This results in restrictions with regard to the dimensions of the moist goods packaging. These dimensions must be adapted to the dimensions of the paper roll holder.
- the invention has the object to improve the suspension of a film packaging for wet wipes in functional terms.
- a film package should be specified, which is a functional and easy to handle suspension on a peripheral surface the wrapping enclosing the packaged encloses.
- the object of the invention and solution of this problem is a film package according to claim 1.
- the object is achieved in that the film laminate in the region of the suspension has a portion where the outer film and the inner film are not connected, and that the outer film is provided in this section with cuts, which limit at least one usable as a suspension loop.
- the outer layer of the film laminate is used for the suspension. The position of the loop and its formation can be variably determined regardless of the shape and dimensions of the film packaging.

The invention relates to a foil packaging, in particular for wet wipes. The film packaging is formed from a multilayer film and closed by at least one sealed seam. It has a removal opening for the packaged goods and a suspension of at least one loop consisting of a film strip. The multilayer film consists of a film laminate which has a sealable inner film on the inside of the packaging and an outer film forming the outside of the packaging.
Against this background, the invention has the object to improve the suspension of a film packaging for wet wipes in functional terms. In particular, a film package should be specified, which is a functional and easy to handle suspension on a peripheral surface the wrapping enclosing the packaged encloses.
The object of the invention and solution of this problem is a film package according to
Starting from a film package with the features described above, the object is achieved in that the film laminate in the region of the suspension has a portion where the outer film and the inner film are not connected, and that the outer film is provided in this section with cuts, which limit at least one usable as a suspension loop. According to the invention, the outer layer of the film laminate is used for the suspension. The position of the loop and its formation can be variably determined regardless of the shape and dimensions of the film packaging.
The section of the film laminate in which the outer film and the inner film are not connected to each other can be realized in different ways. In the context of the invention, it is for example that the outer film and the inner film are not glued flat surface in this area and are provided in the laminating adhesive-free surfaces. A preferred embodiment, which is advantageous in terms of manufacturing technology, provides that the outer film and the inner film are connected by an adhesive layer and that one side of the adhesive layer in the region of the suspension is covered by a separating layer. In particular, the separating layer can consist of a laminated foil which is optionally connected only to the inner foil or only to the outer foil. Preferably, the laminated film is glued only to the outer film and thereby simultaneously forms a reinforcement of the outer film in the region of the suspension.
The separating cuts for forming the loop-shaped suspension can be produced by punching the film laminate or by means of a CO 2 laser beam, wherein the separating cuts pass through the outer film and optionally at least partially also the laminated film. The laser cutting can be used without problems in non-polyolefinic films, in particular films of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). PET is easy to cut with CO 2 lasers. For polyolefinic films, laser cutting is more problematic, since many polyolefins absorb the radiation of the CO 2 laser only weakly and thus the desired cutting effect does not occur. If PE / PE composite films are used as the film laminate, laserabsorptive active substances are expediently added to the outer film and / or the laminated film strip connected to the outer film. For example, mixed silicates are suitable as laser-absorbent active substances.
The film package preferably forms a substantially cuboid enclosure. The removal opening and the suspension are expediently arranged on opposite or at right angles arranged wall surfaces of the cuboid packaging.
The dimensions and shape of the loops introduced into the outer foil by means of separating cuts are limited only insofar that the contour of the separating cuts has to be introduced into the section of the foil laminate where the outer foil and the inner foil are not connected to one another.
The suspension may consist of at least one of two separating cuts limited loop extending from one longitudinal side of a wall surface of the cuboid film packaging to the opposite longitudinal side of this wall surface extends. The width of the loop can for example be adapted to the length of a commercial paper roll holder. The outer film which can be lifted off as a loop and the wall surface of the film packaging formed by the inner film form, as it were, a tube which can be grasped by a paper roll holder. The foil packaging according to the invention can be pushed onto the rod of a paper roll holder in exchange for a commercial paper roll.
A further embodiment variant of the invention provides that the suspension consists of at least one U-shaped loop delimited by two separating cuts, wherein the ends of the U-shaped loop are preferably arranged on a longitudinal side of a wall surface of the preferably parallelepiped sheath. The ends of the loop can also be incorporated in a transverse sealing seam.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the suspension has two U-shaped loops which are formed in the same wall surface of the cuboid film package, wherein the ends of the first loop and the ends of the second loop are arranged on opposite sides of the wall surface. If the loops have a sufficient length, the moist product packaging can be hung in addition to a paper roll in a commercial paper roll holder. The user can then optionally separate toilet paper from a roll of paper or remove wet wipes from the foil packaging.
If the suspension is to have long loops, the separating cuts to increase the loop length may have a wavy or multiple curves course. By a z. B. meandering Contour of the cuts, the packaging surface can be exploited to produce long loops.
In particular, if the loops produced by separating cuts in the outer film have a great length, there is the risk that the loops will come loose from the surface during handling and transport of the foil packaging. To avoid this, the suspension expediently has at least one fixing point spaced from the loop ends, which fixes the loop to the film packaging before the first use. There are several possibilities for loop fixation. Thus, the separating cuts may have interruptions which stabilize the loop bounded by the separating cuts on the foil packaging until it is used for the first time. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the suspension has at least one loop which adheres to the inner film of the film laminate at a fixing point spaced from the loop ends. For attachment, an adhesive surface, for. In the form of a hotmelt point. It is also possible to connect the inner film locally by sealing with the loop. Such a sealing compound is particularly suitable when a sealable film is laminated in the film laminate, which simultaneously fulfills the function of the separation layer explained above.
