Claims (15)

  1. Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer, mit einer in einem Reflektor (20) angebrachten Lampe (10) und einer Abschlussscheibe, wobei die Lampe über Einrichtungen (13) zur Anlage in einer zu ihrer Achse lotrecht verlaufenden Ebene verfügt und in dem Reflektor mit ihrer Achse lotrecht zu einer optischen Achse (x-x) des Reflektors angebracht ist, und wobei der Reflektor durch Kunststoffspritzgießen ausgeführt und parallel zu der optischen Achse entformt ist, und wobei der Reflektor wenigstens eine einem Bodenbereich (21) benachbarte Wandung (22) besitzt und eine Lampenöffnung (204) unmittelbar in der Wandung ausgebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Außenseite einer die Lampenöffnung umgebenden Wand (201) des Reflektors bezüglich der Entformungsrichtung einen Freiwinkel aufweist, und dass zwischen dieser Seite und den Lampenanlageeinrichtungen Anpassungsmittel (2011, 2012, 2013; 500, 2017, 2018) vorgesehen sind, die für die Lampenanlageeinrichtungen Anlageflächen bilden, die sich in einer Ebene parallel zur optischen Achse erstrecken.
  2. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lampenöffnung (204) und die sie umgebende Fläche in einer in der Wandung ausgebildeten Vertiefung gebildet sind.
  3. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung von einer allgemein U-förmigen Wand (202) begrenzt ist.
  4. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die allgemein U-förmige Wand wenigstens eine Unverwechselbarkeitseinrichtung (2022) zum winkelgerechten Positionieren der Lampe besitzt.
  5. Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die allgemein U-förmige Wand (202) wenigstens einen Rücksprung (2021) besitzt, der eine Klammer (151) zur Befestigung eines Abschatters (15) der Lampe aufzunehmen vermag.
  6. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsklammer (151) ein Teil aufweist, welches eine elastische Zunge (153) bildet, die die Lampe in eine Richtung quer zur Achse der Lampe zu drängen vermag.
  7. Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpassungsmittel eine Vielzahl von Stufen (2011, 2012, 2013) aufweisen, die an der Außenseite vorspringen und bei der Herstellung des Reflektors angeformt werden.
  8. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auch ein Organ (300) zum Halten der Lampe aufweist, das das Andrücken der Lampenanlageeinrichtungen auf den Stufen gewährleistet.
  9. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 8 in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteorgan (300) von einer Nadel gebildet ist, die an der Befestigungsklammer (151) des Abschatters angelenkt ist.
  10. Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpassungsmittel ein allgemein zylindrisches Anpassstück (500) aufweisen, das die Lampenöffnung (204) umgibt und einen ersten an der Außenseite anliegenden Rand (501') und einen zweiten entgegengesetzt angeordneten Rand (501) besitzt, der für die Lampenanlageeinrichtungen Auflageflächen (502, 503, 504) bildet.
  11. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste (501') und der zweite (501) Rand des Anpassstücks im Wesentlichen durch Kreise gebildet sind, die in Ebenen liegen, die zueinander in einem dem Freiwinkel entsprechenden Winkel geneigt sind.
  12. Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Rand (501') des Anpassstücks auf den angeformten und an der Außenseite vorspringenden Stufen (2017, 2018) aufliegt.
  13. Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anpassstück (500) Einkerbungen (505) zur Montage der Lampe mit einem Bajonett-Mechanismus aufweist.
  14. Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die durch den zweiten Rand (501) des Anpassstücks (500) gebildeten Auflageflächen (502, 503, 504) in einer Ebene lotrecht zur Achse dieses Stücks erstrecken.
  15. Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anpassstück (500) durch Rollbiegen eines dünnen Metallblechs ausgeführt ist.
