Claims (14)

  1. Porte-récipients comportant
    une pièce découpée (1) en matériau plat pliable, en particulier en carton, pour envelopper un groupe de bouteilles ou d'autres récipients, qui comprend
    une paroi de fond (2),
    des parois latérales (3, 5) articulées directement ou par une languette collante (6) aux côtés longitudinaux de la paroi de fond (2),
    une paroi de couverture (4) articulée à d'autres côtés longitudinaux des parois latérales (3, 5),
    deux ouvertures de préhension (7, 8) distantes l'une de l'autre dans la paroi de couverture (4), et
    une liaison entre l'une des parois (2) précitées et une languette collante (6) articulée à une paroi (5) voisine ou entre deux parties se chevauchant d'une de ces parois et
    dans laquelle les ouvertures en bout entre paroi de fond (2), parois latérales (3, 5) et paroi de couverture (4) de la pièce découpée (1) sont fermées totalement ou partiellement par des parois en bout (17 à 22, 17' à 22'), qui sont reliées à la pièce découpée (1),
       caractérisé en ce que le porte-récipients comporte
    une autre pièce découpée (23) en matériau plat pliable à placer au-dessus du groupe de récipients, en particulier en carton, qui comporte
    une paroi de renfort (24) placée sous la paroi de couverture (4),
    deux autres ouvertures de préhension (28, 29) distantes l'une de l'autre et placées au-dessous des ouvertures de préhension de la paroi de couverture (4), dans la paroi de renfort (24),
    dans lequel la paroi de renfort (23) est formée essentiellement pour se superposer à la paroi de couverture (4),
    a des volets longitudinaux (25, 26) articulés aux côtés longitudinaux et
    comporte une liaison avec la pièce découpée (1) entourant les récipients.
  2. Porte-récipients selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parois en bout comportent des volets en bout (17 à 22, 17' à 22') articulés aux côtés transversaux de la paroi de fond (2), des parois latérales (3, 5) et/ou de la paroi de couverture (4), rabattus dans les ouvertures en bout et reliés entre eux dans des zones de chevauchement ou avec une paroi voisine.
  3. Porte-récipients selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les volets longitudinaux (25, 26) chevauchent les côtés intérieurs des parois latérales (3, 5).
  4. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la paroi de renfort (24) comporte des volets transversaux (27, 27') reliés aux côtés transversaux, qui chevauchent les côtés intérieurs des parois en bout voisines (22, 22').
  5. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 4, dans lequel les volets longitudinaux (25, 26) et/ou les volets transversaux (27, 27') sont reliés aux parois latérales (3, 5) et/ou aux parois en bout (22, 22') voisines.
  6. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les ouvertures de préhension (7, 8, 28, 29) dans la paroi de couverture (4) et la paroi de renfort (24) sont distantes les unes des autres dans la direction transversale.
  7. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel des lignes de pliage (11 à 12', 32 à 33') s'étendent à partir des zones extérieures des ouvertures de préhension (7, 8, 28, 29) dans la paroi de couverture (4) et/ou la paroi de renfort (24) jusqu'à des coins voisins de la paroi de couverture (4) et/ou de la paroi de renfort (24).
  8. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel deux lignes de moindre résistance (13, 14, 34, 35) distantes l'une de l'autre s'étendent respectivement essentiellement dans la direction transversale à partir des zones extérieures des ouvertures de préhension (7, 8, 28, 29) de la paroi de couverture (4) et/ou de la paroi de renfort (24) jusqu'aux côtés longitudinaux, se prolongent de là dans les parois latérales (3, 5) et éventuellement les volets longitudinaux (25, 26) et sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une ligne de moindre résistance dirigée longitudinalement, pour former des languettes à déchirer (15, 16, 36, 37) limitées par les ouvertures de préhension (7, 8, 28, 29) et les lignes de moindre résistance (13, 14, 34, 35).
  9. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les ouvertures de préhension (7, 8, 28, 29) de la paroi de couverture (4) et/ou de la paroi de renfort (24) comportent des languettes de renfort de préhension (9, 10, 30, 31) articulées aux bords intérieurs.
  10. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel les liaisons sont totalement ou partiellement des collages.
  11. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel la pièce découpée enveloppante est fabriquée en carton fort.
  12. Porte-récipients selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la pièce découpée enveloppante (1) a un grammage inférieur à 550 g/m2, de préférence inférieur à 400 g/m2, en particulier de 295 g/m2.
  13. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel l'autre pièce découpée (23) est fabriquée en carton recyclé.
  14. Porte-récipients selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel l'autre pièce découpée (23) est fabriquée en un matériau de carton non couché.
