Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Bearbeitung eines von einem Fahrzeug an eine Pannennotrufdienstzentrale oder Service-Zentrale ausgesandten Pannennotrufes (14), wobei von der Pannennotrufdienstzentrale (4) für die Art der Panne bedeutende Fahrzeugzustandsdaten beim Fahrzeug (2,7) nach Eingang des Notrufes durch eine Anfragenachricht (10) angefordert werden und vom Fahrzeug (2,7) Fahrzeugzustandsdaten zurückübertragen (11,12) werden.
- Verfahren nach Anpruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anfragenachricht (10) von der Pannennotrufdienstzentrale (4) an eine Service-Zentrale (3) übermittelt (10) wird, welche (3) die Berechtigung der Pannennotrufdienstzentrale (4) aufgrund einer in der Anfragenachricht (10) enthaltenen Identifikation feststellt und daß die Service-Zentrale die Anfragenachricht (10) an das durch den Pannennotruf (14) bei der Service-Zentrale (3)identifizierte Fahrzeug (7, 2) weiterleitet (10a). - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Fahrzeug eine Diagnose zur Erstellung der Fahrzeugzustandsdaten ausführt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die von der Service-Zentrale (3) an das Endgerät (7) gesandte Diagnoseaufforderung (10a) eine die Berechtigung zur Aufforderung zur Diagnose implizierende Identifikation enthält. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Übertragung zwischen dem Fahrzeug (2,7) und der Service-Zentrale (3) per Funk, insbesondere Mobilfunk, insbesondere Kurznachricht, über ein Mobilfunknetz erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Pannennotruf (4) eines Fahrzeuges (2,7) eines oder mehrere der Datenfelder Pannenursache, frei definierbarer Text, Fahrzeughersteller definierte Daten enthält. - Service-Zentralemit einem Speicher mit einem Programm zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,mit einer Funkkommunikations-Einrichtung (6) zur Kommunikation mit einem fahrzeugseitigen Endgerät (7),mit einer Funk- oder Festnetzkommunikationseinrichtung zur Kommunikation mit einer Pannennotrufdienstzentrale,mit einer ldentifikationseinrichtung zur Identifikation einer mit der Service-Zentrale verbundenen, eine Anfragenachricht sendenden Pannennotrufdienstzentrale (4).
