Claims (6)
- Druckmaschinenwalze, welche aus einem Metallkern (1) und einer elastomeren Beschichtung besteht, wobei die Walze unterschiedlich unterteilbare Abschnitte aufweist und bei der mindestens eine Vertiefung aufhebbar ist, so daß eine funktional unterbrechungslose Mantelfläche gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rande der aufhebbaren Vertiefung ein Hartgummiwulst (3) vorhanden ist, dessen Stärke etwa 20 bis 60% der Gesamtschichtstärke der elastomeren Beschichtung (2) beträgt und dessen Härte im Bereich von Shore-D 60-90 liegt.
- Druckmaschinenwalze gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke des Hartgummiwulstes (3) 30 bis 45% der Gesamtschichtstärke beträgt.
- Druckmaschinenwalze gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Hartgummiwulstes (3) halbtropfenförmig ist.
- Druckmaschinenwalze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Metallkern (1) und der elastomeren Beschichtung (2) insgesamt eine Hartgummischicht (4) vorhanden ist.
- Druckmaschinenwalze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke der Hartgummischicht (4) 5 bis 25%, vorzugsweise 8 bis 18% der Gesamtschichtstärke der elastomeren Beschichtung beträgt.
- Druckmaschinenwalze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hartgummischicht (4) aus einer Haftmischung hergestellt ist.
