Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines in eine Möbeltür (2) eingelassenen Griffs (1), insbesondere eines Schrankes für Küchen, Aufenthaltsräume, Schlafzimmer, wobei das Möbelstück mehrschichtige oder andere Paneele (3) umfasst, die mit Verblendungsfolien (4) in Lagen oder Schichten aus Kunststoff oder anderen geeigneten Materialien abgedeckt sind, wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    in das Paneel (3) wird eine Aussparung (8) eingebracht, die genau den Abmessungen des Griffs entspricht;
    die Verblendungsfolien (4', 4") werden auf die beiden Oberflächen des Paneels (3) aufgebracht;
    in eine erste Folie (4') wird von der darunter liegenden Aussparung (8) aus ein Einschnitt (9) eingebracht, so dass sich ein freier Teil (6) ergibt, welcher angehoben wird, ohne ihn abzulösen, um Zugang zu der Aussparung zu schaffen;
    in die Aussparung (8) wird eine mit Profil versehene Formleiste (7) eingebracht, welche am Korpus des Paneels verankert wird;
    der freie Teil (6) wird in das Innere der Aussparung umgebogen, so dass dieser die profilierte Formleiste (7) und einen Teil der zweiten Folie (4") abdeckt, so dass der eingelassene Griff (1) gebildet wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Griffleiste (5) in die Aussparung (8) eingesetzt wird, entsprechend der Formleiste (7).
  3. Einbaugriff gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wesentliche Teil der Innenwand vollkommen mit einem freien Teil (6) ausgekleidet ist, welcher zu einer ersten Verblendungsfolie (4') der Oberfläche der Tür (2) gehört.
  4. Einbaugriff nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine am Korpus des Paneels (3) verankerte, mit Profil versehene Formleiste (7) umfasst, die eine profilierte Wand des Griffs bildet.
  5. Einbaugriff nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verblendungsfolien (4) aus Furnierblättern bestehen.
