Abstract
Description

Es ist ein Verfahren zur definierten Erzeugung einer dem Fortdruck nahen Farbverteilung im Farbwerk von Rotationsdruckmaschinen bekannt (DE 37 07 695 C2). Mittels der angegebenen Verfahrensschritte wird ein vorhandenes Farbprofil abgebaut und es erfolgt ein Aufbau eines für den nachfolgenden Druckauftrag benötigten Folgeprofils oder es wird ein Farbprofil in einem keine Farbe enthaltenden Farbwerk erzeugt. Nach dem Aufbau des für den nachfolgenden Druckauftrag benötigten Farbprofils wird der Papierlauf und der Druck an der Maschine angestellt oder die Heberwalzenbewegung abgestellt oder die Heberwalzenbewegung abgestellt und der Maschienenlauf gestoppt.It is a process for the defined generation of a color distribution in the print close to the production run Inking unit of rotary printing presses known (DE 37 07 695 C2). Das Verfahren zur Erhaltung eines dem Fortdruck nahen Farbprofils ist an einer Druckmaschine
mit mindestens einem Druckwerk anwendbar.
Das Druckwerk 7 einer Druckmaschine enthält, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, in bekannter Weise
zur Bogenführung je einen Druckzylinder 1 und eine Übergabetrommel 2. Mit dem Druckzylinder
1 steht ein Offsetzylinder 3 und mit dem Offsetzylinder 3 ein Formzylinder 4 in Wirkverbindung.

Die Farbdosiereinrichtung 13 enthält einen Farbkasten 14, einen Duktor 15 und eine zwischen
Duktor und einer der Übertragungswalzen 12 pendelnden Heberwalze 16.
Das Farbwerk 9 weist üblicherweise ein Farbwerkeintriebsrad 17 auf, welches einerseits mit
einem Zahnrad 18 des Formzylinders 4 und andererseits mit dem Antriebsräderzug 19 des
