Abstract

Die Ausbildung des Fertigabschnittes einer einadrigen Drahtwalzstraße mit zwei Fertigblöcken. Von diesen Fertigblöcken befindet sich einer in einer Walzlinie WL1, die in der Walzlinie des Zwischenabschnitts der Straße verläuft und der andere in einer parallel zu dieser verlaufenden zweiten Walzlinie WL2. Der Walzdraht ist dieser zweiten Walzlinie WL2 über eine Weiche W1 zuführbar und über eine Weiche W2 wieder in die Walzlinie WL1 einführbar. Hinter dieser Weiche W2 ist eine Drahtsammeleinrichtung SE angeordnet. In der einen Walzlinie WL1 ist ein nur für das Walzen von kleineren Drahtdurchmessern bestimmter Fertigblock FB1 mit Nachblock NB1 angeordnet und in der anderen Walzlinie WL2 ein Nachblock NB2 angeordnet.
