Claims (11)
- Dispositif élastique faisant office d'interface entre un embout (2) de latte (3) et le longeron (1) d'un cadre de sommier, comprenant :une platine (5) adossée à la partie interne dudit longeron (1) et fixée à ce dernier,une platine support mobile (7) guidée par rapport à ladite platine fixe (5), munie de moyens pour accueillir ledit embout (2), etun organe élastique (11) interposé entre les deux,
- Dispositif élastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la platine support (7) comporte un tenon cylindrique (10) disposé dans le prolongement de l'appui (13) de l'organe élastique (11), lequel tenon permet de guider ladite platine (7) par rapport à la platine fixe (5), laquelle platine fixe (5) comporte une rainure verticale (14) en forme de lumière dans laquelle s'engage ledit tenon, permettant simultanément le déplacement vertical de la platine mobile et son basculement ou tangage.
- Dispositif élastique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tenon (10) de la platine mobile (7) se présente sous la forme d'un Té dont la tête (45) se loge dans l'épaisseur de la platine fixe (5), laquelle tête s'inscrit dans un cercle et comporte deux méplats (46) parallèles entre eux, horizontaux, perpendiculaires à la rainure (14) de la platine fixe (5), l'écartement desdits méplats (46) étant légèrement inférieur à la largeur de ladite rainure (14) pour permettre, dans un premier temps, le passage de ladite tête (45) au travers de la platine fixe par la lumière de la rainure (14) ; le verrouillage des deux platines (5 et 7) l'une par rapport à l'autre s'effectue dans un deuxième temps, après un mouvement d'un quart de tour des deux platines l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif élastique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe élastique (11) comporte à sa partie inférieure, une douille (36) qui s'enfile et coopère avec une cheville (12) servant d'appui, laquelle cheville est disposée à la partie inférieure de la platine fixe (5), logée dans un orifice (30) de cette dernière, laquelle cheville (12) comporte une tête (31) encastrée dans un creux (32) aménagé dans la partie arrière de ladite platine fixe (5), laquelle tête est immobilisée en rotation et elle est verrouillée par la face interne du cadre (1) du sommier.
- Dispositif élastique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la cheville (12) comporte au moins une gorge (34) selon une génératrice, laquelle gorge coopère avec une nervure (39) en saillie à l'intérieur de la douille (36) de l'organe élastique (11), laquelle nervure (39) permet de verrouiller ce dernier par rapport à la platine fixe.
- Dispositif élastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe élastique (11) comporte à sa partie supérieure, un aménagement (37) en forme de demi-lune, ouvert vers le haut, qui coopère avec l'appui (13), lequel aménagement (37) comporte, dans sa partie centrale médiane, orienté vers le haut, un ergot (49) qui s'encastre dans une cavité (48) aménagée dans l'appui (13).
- Dispositif élastique selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe élastique (11) comporte à sa partie supérieure, des bras (50) qui s'étendent latéralement de part et d'autre de l'aménagement (37), formant des raidisseurs en appui sous la voûte (41) de la platine support (7).
- Dispositif élastique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la cheville (12) comporte à son extrémité, du côté de la platine support (7), un téton (20) logé dans une cavité (17) aménagée sur la platine support (7), laquelle cavité en forme de U évasé renversé, comporte des rebords (21) qui font office de butée sur ledit téton (20) et délimitent l'amplitude du mouvement de ladite platine support (7) par rapport à la platine fixe (5).
- Organe élastique interposé entre une platine fixe (5) et une platine mobile (7) d'un dispositif faisant office d'interface entre un embout de latte (3) et le longeron (1) d'un cadre de sommier, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en matériau thermoplastique à haute mémoire de forme, du genre caoutchouc, dont la déformation s'effectue entre les extrémités d'au moins une pièce en forme d'arc, lequel organe se présente de préférence sous la forme d'un anneau circulaire ou ovale interposé entre des appuis diamétralement opposés situés pour l'un sur ladite platine fixe (5) et pour l'autre sur ladite platine mobile (7).
- Organe élastique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une structure de rigidification des extrémités des arcs (35) de l'anneau, laquelle structure consiste d'un côté dudit anneau en une douille (36) qui est verrouillable sur la platine fixe (5) et, de l'autre côté de l'anneau, en une partie (37) en forme de demi-lune au centre de laquelle se situe un ergot (49) qui se loge et s'encastre dans un orifice (48) aménagé sur la platine mobile (7), au niveau de l'appui (13) sur lequel se positionne ladite partie (37) en forme de demi-lune.
- Organe élastique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau comporte, du côté de l'un au moins de ses appuis, une sorte d'embase constituée de bras (50) qui s'étendent latéralement à partir des extrémités de chacun des arcs (35) constituant ledit anneau, perpendiculairement à l'axe passant par lesdits appuis.
