Description

The invention relates to a guide device for a Elevator door with at least one door leaf consisting of a guide shoe connected to the door wing, which at Opening / closing of the elevator door using a Guide groove is guided.

From patent specification EP 0 455 973 is one Guide device for guiding elevator doors by means of become known a guide bar. The guide bar consists of a support and a sliding guide. On a first leg of the carrier are arranged offset Openings to create adjustment options for the Slideway provided. The one arranged on the first leg Slideway dips into a recessed in the door sill Groove, which causes the elevator door at the bottom of one predetermined shift path is performed. Depending on the structural differences between the elevator door and the groove two of the are moved to attach the sliding guide arranged openings selected. Each opening has three circular recesses, their centers isosceles triangles with certain dimensions form so that screw heads on at least two thirds their circumference are supported by the first leg. The Centers of the recesses of one opening are towards the centers of the recesses of the others Opening in the transverse direction of the first leg in each case offset a certain step size, which ensures will that all adjustment options in uniform gradation can be selected.

A disadvantage of the known device is that to adjust the elevator door at the bottom one in the Manufacture of complex carriers and a lot on site Adjustment work is necessary.

From the patent US 1 983 959 it is a guide shoe for a sliding door became known. The guide shoe is on a bolt rotatably arranged, one of the bolts penetrating spring the guide shoe in one Preloaded direction of rotation. At one end of the guide shoe is a roller arranged when moving the door rolls along a groove, the one roll along the one groove wall and the other roller along the other Groove wall rolls off.

The disadvantage of this device is the complex Manufacture of the guide shoe. Spring shoe body, spring, Bolts with bore and rollers are expensive and expensive need a lot of time to assemble.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in claim 1 solves the problem to avoid the disadvantages of the known device and to create a guidance facility that is optimal Guidance of an elevator door guaranteed without adjustment work.

The advantages achieved by the invention are in essential to see that even at extreme Relationships, such as deformed or bent door leaves, curved guide profiles or Foreign objects in the guide profiles keep the elevator door quiet and remains slidable without additional resistance. This eliminates maintenance work and additional Maintenance costs. In addition, there have been structural deviations Elevator door, the guide device, the guide profiles or changes in the structure have little influence on the Driving force to be shifted Elevator door. A play-free and low-friction management of the Door wing is guaranteed in any case.

Zwei gegenüberliegende Fortsätze 8 bilden zusammen mit ihren Stirnseiten 10 einen Hohlraum 12.1 to 4, 1 is a guide shoe for guidance of a door leaf 2. The door wing 2 can be part a cabin door or a floor door. The Guide shoe 1 slides into a threshold 3 recessed guide groove 4. The guide shoe 1 is connected to the door leaf 2 by means of a bolt 5. On the guide shoe side, a bore 6 takes one Central body 7 on the bolt 5. The bolt 5 can for example by means of a screw connection with the Central body 7 may be connected or directly in the Be cast in the central body. Particularly beneficial for the guiding and sliding properties of the guiding shoe 1 is when the guide shoe 1 rotatably mounted on the bolt 5 is. In this case, the guide shoe 1 can also be in Adjust longitudinal direction. The cylindrical one, for example Central body 7 has wing-like guide elements in the Form of extensions 8 with one on the outside arranged cam 9 on. In the example shown there are four from the central body 7 in the direction of movement of the door leaf 2 outgoing, over the height of the central body 7th extending projections 8 provided with spring properties. In a further embodiment, the extensions 8 also be divided lengthways or the extensions 8 in their Spring properties supported by internal extensions his. In a further embodiment variant on Central body 7 attacking extensions in the form of Booms with spring properties and with ends arranged roles can be provided. The extensions with the The purpose of cams or rollers is to turn themselves on Bumps in the guide groove 4, through the door leaf Conditional leadership deviations as well as due to external Adaptation of force-related lead deviations and to compensate for this in any case a game-free and low-friction guidance of the door leaf 2 in the guide groove 4 to ensure. Each extension 8 has an end face 10 on. The end faces 10 of two opposite extensions 8 form a gap 11 of width a, so that Extensions 8 can deflect unhindered. Two opposite extensions 8 form together with their End faces 10 have a cavity 12.

Fig. 2 shows the guide shoe 1 in the guide groove 4 of the Threshold 3. In this example, door leaf 2 is on hung up by means of rollers and guided. The door leaf can also be roller guided and underneath guided above with the guide shoe 1 according to the invention his. The width of the guide shoe 1 and the opening of the Guide groove 4 are dimensioned so that the extensions 8 in the Guide groove 4 are slightly biased and a light Pressure by means of the cams 9 on the wall of the guide groove 4 exercise. So that lateral vibrations of the Door leaf 2 during the opening / closing process and avoided when driving past the elevator car. The resilient extensions 8 also resemble longitudinal ones Unevenness of the guide groove 4, the guide shoe 1 always remains in contact with the guide groove 4. The maximum travel of two opposite extensions 8 corresponds to the gap width a. A flawless guide is also guaranteed if the axis 13 of the Door leaf 2 as shown by arrow b from her vertical normal position, for example by a deformed or convex door leaf 2, whereby the guide shoe 1 only slightly around the pivot point acting cam 9 is rotated.

The cams 9 running longitudinally on the extensions 8 minimize the friction surface between the extensions 8 and Wall of the guide groove 4, which has the effect that the rubbing noises arising during the opening / closing process be reduced to a minimum.

The end faces 10 of the extensions 8 are used in the Guide groove 4 located foreign objects such as Keep pebbles away from the cavity 12 and keep them at Pushing the opening / closing process out of the guide groove 4. This causes door faults caused by foreign objects avoided.

Fig. 3 shows the guide shoe 1 at extreme Lateral forces, the similar extensions 8 are deflected into the extreme position by means of the cams 9, in which the central body 7 in contact with the wall of the Guide groove 4 comes and serves as a stop. The friction force and thus the driving force for the door leaf 2 thereby only slightly increased.

Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführungsvariante des erfindungsgemässen Führungsschuhs 1. Die übrigen Elemente dieser Führungsschuhväriante wirken sinngemäss den korrespondierenden Elementen der Fig. 1 bis 3.Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of the Guide shoe according to the invention 1. Two each opposite extensions 8 form one cylindrical, having a cavity 12 with a gap 11 and half with one as a deflector for Foreign body serving end face 10. The gap 11 in the body can also be omitted without the Spring properties of the extensions 8 are impaired. The remaining elements of this version of the guide shoe work corresponding to the corresponding elements of the 1 to 3.
