  • Pulleys to facilitate hoisting and lowering of loads and general products are well known. These pulleys are especially used in the building and construction sectors and are normally handled by two persons, one of them being placed at the top where the pulley is fastened and the other at floor level.

Claims (5)

  1. Flaschenzug mit automatischer Sicherheitsbremse, der aus einer Scheibe (1) mit peripherischer Laufrille (2) besteht, um das Seil (3) zu stützen und zu leiten, während sich die Scheibe (1) um ihre durch ein Traglager (5) gestützte Welle (4) dreht, dieses Traglager ist mit der oberen Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) einer beliebigen Art versehen, während das Seil (3) einen Zieh-Strang (7) und einen Lade-Strang (8) hat, um die Ladung herauf und herunter zu lassen, wo
    - ein Kipphebel mit Doppelwand (9), der wie ein rechteckiges Dreieck mit Hypotenuse geformt und schräg oben angebracht ist und zwei spitze Winkel aufweist, dessen größerer (β) auf dem Zieh-Strang (7) und dessen kleinerer Winkel (α) am Lade-Strang (8) des Seils und ein fast rechter Winkel (γ) angebracht ist, wo der genannte Kipphebel (9), der mit seinen beiden außerhalb des Traglagers (5) des Flaschenzugs liegenden Wänden durch quer laufende Drehbolzen (10) zentral befestigt ist, die außerachsig sind hinsichtlich der Welle (4) der Scheibe (1) in Richtung des Zieh-Seils (7);
    - eine Umlenkrolle (11) mit Quer-Achse, an der Seite des rechten Winkels (γ) des Kipphebels (9) angebracht ist, auf der der Zieh-Strang (7) des Seils (3) gleitet;
    - ein verstellbares Gegengewicht (12) an der Seite des kleineren spitzen Winkels (α) des Kipphebels (9) montiert ist;
    - eine Lagerbuchse (15) auf einen Bolzen (16) mit Quer-Achse auf dem Flaschenzug-Traglager (5) montiert ist;
    - ein Bolzen mit Quer-Achse (13), der an der Seite des größeren spitzen Winkels (β) des Kipphebels (9) angebracht ist und einen Klemmkeil (14) trägt, der zwischen dem Seil (3) in der Laufrille (2) der Flaschenzug-Scheibe (1) und der quer-achsigen Lager-Buchse (15) gleitet und so das Seil (3) in der Laufrille (2) zusammenpresst und blockiert oder die blockierende Stellung aufgibt und das Seil (3) freilässt, so dass durch Ziehen (Pfeil T) des Zieh-Strangs (7) des Seils und Stoßen der Umlenkrolle (11) der Kipphebel (9) (Pfeil O) sich dreht und den Klemmkeil (14) entfernt, während das Gegengewicht (12) durch Freilassen des Zieh-Strangs (7) des Seils veranlasst, dass sich der Kipphebel dreht (Pfeil A) und den Klemm-Keil (14) dabei einfügt und damit das Seil (3) blockiert.
  2. Flaschenzug, wie in Anspruch 1 beschrieben, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass in Übereinstimmung mit dem kleineren spitzen Winkel (α) ein Quer-Stift (17) vorgesehen ist, der bei Bewegung des Seils (Pfeil L) die Funktion einer Sperrklinke hat, und er dient zur Befreiung des Lade-Seils (8) und zu seinem Herunterlassen ohne Ladung.
  3. Flaschenzug, wie in Anspruch 1 beschrieben, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass in Entsprechung des fast rechten Winkels (γ) ein Querstift (17') vorgesehen ist, um unvorhergesehene und unerwünschte Bewegungen des Zieh-Seils (7) zu vermeiden.
  4. Flaschenzug, wie in Anspruch 1 beschrieben, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Gegengewicht (12) in verschiedenen Stellungen (18) angebracht werden kann, so dass es möglich ist, den Hebearm hinsichtlich der Dreh-Bolzen-Achse (10) des Kipphebels in Abhängigkeit vom Gewicht und der Länge des Zieh-Seils (7) zu regulieren.
  5. Flaschenzug, wie in Anspruch 1 beschrieben, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die untere Oberfläche des Klemmkeils (14), die zum Seil (3) zeigt, bearbeitet ist, sie ist geriffelt oder verzahnt, um die gegenseitige Blockierungswirkung zu vermehren.
