Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zur Temperaturschutzbegrenzung eines Glaskeramik-Kochfelds (30) mit einer Kochfeldsteuerung (10), die den Heizstrom zum Heizelement (31, 32) jeder Kochstelle entsprechend einer jeweiligen Heizstufenvorgabe über eine Impulsbreitensteuerung (11, 12) mittels eines in die Heizstromleitung geschalteten Taktrelais steuert, und mit am Glaskeramik-Kochfeld angeordneten, den einzelnen Kochstellen zugeordneten Sensoren (33, 34) zur Temperaturerfassung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Der Kochfeldsteuerung (10) ist ein Zusatzmodul (20) zugeordnet, der eine Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (21) enthält, die mit den Sensoren (33, 34) verbunden ist und die Sensorausgangssignale in Temperatursignale umsetzt,b) die Kochfeldsteuerung (10) enthält eine Signalauswerteschaltung (13), welche die Temperatursignale von der Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (21) des Zusatzmoduls (20) empfängt und jeweils mit einem Maximaltemperaturwert vergleicht,c) die Signalauswerteschaltung (13) der Kochfeldsteuerung (10) bewirkt das Sperren des Taktrelais (11, 12) in der Heizstromleitung zum Heizelement (31, 32) der betreffenden Kochstelle in der Offenstellung, wenn und solange ein Temperatursignal für die betreffende Kochstelle den Maximaltemperaturwert erreicht,d) die Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (21) des Zusatzmoduls vergleicht die gemessenen Temperaturwerte ihrerseits mit einem etwas oberhalb des Maximaltemperaturwerts liegenden Schwellenwert,e) die Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (21) bewirkt, wenn ein einer Kochstelle zugeordneter Temperaturwert den Schwellenwert erreicht, das Öffnen eines der Kochfeldsteuerung (10 in der Heizstromleitung vorgeschalteten Hauptrelais (23).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Signalauswerteschaltung (13) der Kochfeldsteuerung (10) die Temperatursignale zyklisch über eine der Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (21) des Zusatzmoduls (20) zugeordnete Kommunikationsschnittstelle (22) abfragt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Signalauswerteschaltung (13) der Kochfeldsteuerung (10) außerdem die Plausibilität der von der Signalauswerteschaltung (21) übermittelten Temperatursignale überprüft und auch bei einer Kommunikationsunterbrechung mit der Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (21) oder bei Plausibilitätsfehlern, wie beispielsweise der Signalisierung schneller Temperatursprünge das Sperren der Taktrelais in der Heizstromleitung aller Kochstellen in der Offenstellung bewirkt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Signalverarbeitungsschaltung (21) des Zusatzmoduls (20) eine Auslöseschaltung (24) zugeordnet ist, die, wenn ein Temperatursignal den Schwellenwert erreicht, das Hauptrelais (23) öffnet.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Heizstromleitung jedes Heizelements (31, 32) oder für Heizelementgruppen jeweils ein eigenes Hauptrelais (23) vorgesehen ist.
