Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour incinérer des déchets industriels et ménagers ainsi que des boues dans une usine d'incinération, consistant à :
    a) amener les déchets industriels et ménagers à travers une goulotte (1) de chargement en déchets, dirigée en général verticalement, qui comporte des moyens, dans le fond de la goulotte (1), pour faire avancer les déchets dans une direction en général horizontale, éventuellement un sas de chargement, et une chambre de combustion (3) située en aval, laquelle comporte un système de grilles amovibles dans le fond, pour faire avancer, sécher, allumer, brûler et laisser brûler jusqu'au bout les déchets dans la chambre de combustion (3),
    b) ajouter les boues à incinérer à travers au moins un tube de chargement (4), débouchant dans le fond de la goulotte de chargement (1) ou du sas, le ou les tubes de chargement (4) étant connectés à un pipeline (5) destiné à amener les boues depuis un appareil (8) d'alimentation par pression qui est connecté en amont à un silo pour le stockage temporaire des boues,
    caractérisé en ce que, avant d'ajouter les boues, d'autres matériaux dont on veut se débarrasser sont ajoutés aux boues.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux ajoutés aux boues sont sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant :
    déchets d'épuration de grilles,
    cendres de chaudières,
    cendres de filtres,
    produits d'épuration de gaz de cheminées,
    autres déchets provenant d'usines d'incinération de déchets,
    déchets broyés,
    déchets de matières plastiques,
    déchets automobiles sous forme de peluches, et
    stabilisateurs destinés à réduire la production de poussières et/ou de vapeur et/ou les réactions chimiques non souhaitées dans la chambre de combustion (3), ou mélanges de ceux-ci.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les boues sont sélectionnées dans le groupe comprenant :
    boues d'épuration des eaux usées,
    boues de pétrole brut,
    déchets de l'industrie pétrochimique,
    boues d'origine animale,
    déchets liquides,
    schlamms, et
    engrais liquides,
    ou des mélanges de ceux-ci.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    d) on lubrifie la paroi interne du pipeline (5) destiné à amener les boues, en utilisant un ou plusieurs diffuseurs en anneau (8) pour ajouter un produit lubrifiant, par exemple un polymère, en vue de réduire la friction de glissement entre boues et pipeline (5).
