Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Falzen von Blattstapeln, die aus einem oder mehreren Blättern bestehen können, wobei die Blätter einen unterschiedlichen Falzwiderstand aufweisen können, durch ein zeitlich aufeinanderfolgendes, zyklisches Zuführen, das Bewegungsphasen und Bewegungspausen aufweist, einer Mehrzahl von Blattstapeln zu einer Falzanlage,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:Ermitteln eines Stapel-Falzwiderstandes für einen jeweiligen Blattstapel aus zumindest der Anzahl und/oder dem Falzwiderstand der einzelnen, einen Blattstapel bildenden Blätter; undFalzen eines jeweiligen Blattstapels, wobei zum Falzen des Blattstapels die Falzgeschwindigkeit der Falzanlage abhängig von dem für diesen Blattstapel ermittelten Stapel-Falzwiderstand gesteuert wird,wobei die Steuerung der Falzgeschwindigkeit der Falzanlage jeweils während Bewegungspausen der zyklischen Zuführung durchgeführt wird, derartdaß im Fall einer Falzgeschwindigkeitsverringerung für das Falzen des nächsten zu falzenden Blattstapels die Bewegungspause verlängert wird, wenn während der normalen Bewegungspause der zyklischen Zuführung die erforderliche Falzgeschwindigkeitsverringerung nicht erreicht wird;daß im Fall einer Falzgeschwindigkeitserhöhung für das Falzen des nächsten zu falzenden Blattstapels abhängig vom Zeitbedarf entweder die Bewegungspause verlängert wird, wenn während der normalen Bewegungspause der zyklischen Zuführung die erforderliche Falzgeschwindigkeitserhöhung nicht erreicht wird, oder die Bewegungspause nicht verlängert wird, obwohl die erforderliche Falzgeschwindigkeitserhöhung während der normalen Bewegungspause nicht erreicht wird. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Basis des Stapel-Falzwiderstandes eines jeweiligen Blattstapels mittels Vergleichstabellen eine optimale Falzgeschwindigkeit der Falzanlage für diesen Blattstapel ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stapel-Falzwiderstand für einen Blattstapel durch die Erfassung der Blattzahl des Blattstapels und die Verwendung von Kennwerten der einzelnen Blätter des Blattstapels ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kennwerte eines Blatts die Faserlage, die Faserart, das Flächengewicht und/oder die Dicke desselben beschreiben.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Falzanlage zugeführten Blätter jeweils den gleichen festgelegten Falzwiderstand aufweisen, wobei der Falzwiderstand eines jeweiligen Blattstapels auf der Basis des festgelegten Falzwiderstandes und der Anzahl der den Stapel bildenden Blätter ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Blattstapel mittels einer Transporteinrichtung zeitlich aufeinanderfolgend der Falzanlage zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verwendete Falzart bei der Steuerung der Falzgeschwindigkeit berücksichtigt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Falzanlage Falzwalzen verwendet werden, die trägheitsreduziert ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Falzanlage Falzwalzen verwendet werden, die eine Polyurethanschaum-Beschichtung aufweisen oder die durch Hohlwalzen gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Falzen von Blattstapeln, die aus einem oder mehreren Blättern bestehen können, wobei die Blätter einen unterschiedlichen Falzwiderstand aufweisen können, miteiner Falzanlage mit steuerbarer Falzgeschwindigkeit;einer Einrichtung zum zeitlichen aufeinanderfolgenden, zyklischen Zuführen, das Bewegungsphasen und Bewegungspausen aufweist, einer Mehrzahl von Blattstapeln zu der Falzanlage;
gekennzeichnet durcheine Einrichtung zum Ermitteln eines Stapel-Falzwiderstandes der Blattstapel, die der Falzanlage zugeführt werden, undeine Einrichtung zum Steuern der Falzgeschwindigkeit der Falzanlage abhängig von dem jeweiligen ermittelten Stapel-Falzwiderstand eines Blattstapels für das Falzen dieses Blattstapels, jeweils zwischen dem Falzen zweier Stapel, derart,daß im Fall einer Falzgeschwindigkeitsverringerung für das Falzen des nächsten zu falzenden Blattstapels die Bewegungspause verlängert wird, wenn während der normalen Bewegungspause der zyklischen Zuführung die erforderliche Falzgeschwindigkeitsverringerung nicht erreicht wird;daß im Fall einer Falzgeschwindigkeitserhöhung für das Falzen des nächsten zu falzenden Blattstapels abhängig vom Zeitbedarf entweder die Bewegungspause verlängert wird, wenn während der normalen Bewegungspause der zyklischen Zuführung die erforderliche Falzgeschwindigkeitserhöhung nicht erreicht wird, oder die Bewegungspause nicht verlängert wird, obwohl die erforderliche Falzgeschwindigkeitserhöhung während der normalen Bewegungspause nicht erreicht wird. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Ermitteln des Stapel-Falzwiderstands denselben auf der Basis der Blattanzahl eines jeweiligen Stapels und/oder den Falzwiderstand der einzelnen, einen jeweiligen Blattstapel bildenden Blätter ermittelt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Steuern der Falzgeschwindigkeit der Falzanlage auf der Basis des Stapel-Falzwiderstands eines jeweiligen Blattstapels mittels Vergleichstabellen eine optimale Falzgeschwindigkeit der Falzanlage für diesen Stapel ermittelt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzanlage Falzwalzen aufweist, die eine Polyurethanschaum-Beschichtung aufweisen oder die durch Hohlwellen gebildet sind.
