Claims (10)
- Dispositif de coupe pour la réalisation de sachets à partir d'une gaine (G) en matière plastique présentant un film supérieur (G1) et un film inférieur (G2) au moyen d'une lame tranchante (1), caractérisé en ce que la lame tranchante (1) est articulée de manière pendulaire sur un support (2) et associée à un moyen (5) de maintien permanent et sous un angle (α) constant par rapport à la gaine (G) de sorte que ladite lame, sous l'effet du déplacement de la gaine, refoule le film supérieur pour former un bourrelet (B), la découpe s'effectuant au niveau dudit bourrelet par un déplacement transversal de la lame sur une partie de la largeur de la gaine.
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien permanent de la lame de coupe (1) en contact avec le film supérieur (G1) de la gaine, est constitué par un contrepoids réglable (5)
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien permanent de la lame de coupe (1) en contact avec le film supérieur (G1) de la gaine, est constitué par un ressort de rappel convenablement taré.
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien permanent de la lame de coupe (1) en contact avec le film supérieur (G1) de la gaine, est constitué par un électro-aimant.
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lame de coupe (1) est une lame à deux arêtes tranchantes opposées (la) et à deux orifices (1b) d'articulation pendulaire sur le support (2) pour être montée de manière réversible.
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (2) de la lame (1) est assujetti à un portique (3) monté à coulissement contrôlé sur une traverse (4) disposée angulairement et de préférence perpendiculairement au sens de défilement de la gaine, ledit support (2) et ledit portique (3) étant agencés pour assurer les déplacements limités en hauteur et en translation de la lame par rapport à la gaine.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur le support (2), immédiatement au dessus de la lame de coupe (1) est positionnée une butée (6) destinée à empêcher le rebond de la lame.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe (7) de réglage de position de la lame est interposé entre le portique (3) et le support (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gaine (G) est animée d'un mouvement d'avance programmé en fonction des opérations à effectuer et défile sous tension de part et d'autre du dispositif de coupe, au-dessus d'une table (8) réalisée de préférence en matériau non abrasif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la table (8) présente au niveau du dispositif de coupe une cavité (8) facilitant la coupe et diminuant l'usure de l'arête tranchante.
