Definitions
- the invention relates to a blank for the production of truncated pyramids Containers, in particular cardboard boxes for holding of bottles, with one longitudinal edge and one at right angles to it running transverse edge with a bottom part, two on both sides adjoining the bottom part and through a the longitudinal edge forming bending line from this separated side parts, whereby the side parts each by a parallel to the longitudinal edge Bending line are divided into two parts, and the The height of the first part, which adjoins the base part, is smaller than the height of the second Partly, at least one adjoining one of the side parts and from this part of the cover separated by a bending line, two wings each on the part delimiting the cover part over a bending line running at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal edge are separated.
- a cardboard beverage carton is used known on a carton filling machine.
- This beverage carton has a bottom part and a pair of side parts which foldable arranged on opposite sides of the bottom part are.
- the tops are overlapping and adhesively bonded together and have handle means for lifting of the box.
- Two opposite sides of the blank Composite boxes are in the upper area Retracted inside, while the long sides running transversely to it stand vertically.
- a disadvantage of this known blank is, on the one hand, that only two opposite side panels are drawn inwards are vertical, while the transverse side parts stand so that filled bottles are only effective in one direction supported and on the other hand such a cut can not only be erected on the filling machine, but must be delivered pre-glued because when erecting the Cutting must be rotated.
- an improved blank is to be created be created with the truncated pyramid Containers can be formed, so that in particular in the container filled bottles effective during transportation all directions are supported, the blank being formed in this way should be that the container on the packaging machine can be fully glued and erected, high stability and the use of materials is as low as possible.
- the truncated pyramid-shaped container does not only offer that Advantage that supports bottles on all sides, for example but also that the bottom surface of the container is always larger than the top surface. Containers stacked on top of each other are therefore never completely on top of each other. Should bottles nevertheless damaged during transport and their Leakage of content ensures that the liquid is too can run down immediately within the network and itself does not jam between two containers and soak the material. Due to the symmetrical design, the container can be easily glued and erected.
- the cover part Part At the limit of the cover part Part are two wings each over one to the longitudinal edge in the obtuse angular bending line separated, one parallel have outer edge running to the transverse edge. These wings form a contact surface for the container at the end sealing part, so that a secure installation and bonding is possible so that the container can be closed permanently can.
- the wings can be seen from the side protruding from the side parts Rags are punched out, so that the rags then completely protrude the wings. This allows the blank to be cut be formed using little material.
- Holes are preferably provided in the base part, which allow that liquid from any broken product quickly can flow out of the container, so that a soak during of transport and the associated complete destruction of the container is excluded. Due to the truncated pyramid the container can, as already explained, so be stacked so that the bottom surface of the upper container always protrudes above the lid surface of the one below. Any out liquid will leak out of an upper container even with a stacked composite, always immediately derived downwards and cannot be on or within the stack collect and cause some containers to soften there.
- Recesses can be provided in the cover parts, which at erect container directly serve as a handle, or a plastic handle can be inserted into these recesses become.
- the blank consists of cardboard or cardboard and has an essentially rectangular dimension, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3.
- the side parts At the bottom part 1 there are two side parts 2, which are separated by a bending line B 1a and B 1b . In the other direction to this end parts 8 are connected, via which the later assembled container is closed in the lower region (cf. FIG. 1d).
- the side parts have the height h. Via an auxiliary bending line B 2a , B 2b , the side parts 2 are divided into two parts 2a, 3a; 2b, 3b divided.
- the distance h 1 which results from the bending lines B 1a or B 1b to the bending lines B 2a or B 2b , is smaller than the distance h 2 , which extends from the bending line B 2a or B 2b to the bending line B 3a or B 3b results.
- the auxiliary bending lines B 2a , B 2b are therefore below half the height H in relation to the erected container.
- the bending lines B 1a to B 3b run in the direction of the longitudinal edge L of the later erected carton.
- the parts 3a, 3b are followed by the two cover parts 4a, 4b, which can be of the same size but can also have a different size.
- the flaps 6 forming the side flaps are separated on the side parts 2a, 2b by means of bending lines (not shown here) which run along the later transverse edge Q.
- Leaves 5a, 5b are separated from the side parts 3a, 3b via bending lines B 5a , B 5b , which then cover the upper part of the side flaps in the erected container and serve as a contact surface for the upper end part 13 to be glued last.
- the wings 5a, 5b are separated by a bending line B 5a , B 5b running at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal edge L and have an outer edge 5 'running parallel to the transverse edge Q.
- the end parts 13 are separated by means of bending lines, which are also not shown here and run parallel to the transverse edge Q.
- the end parts 13 are provided with cutouts 14 which later form the engagement for carrying the container.
- the handle For reinforcing the handle are in the outer areas in the transverse direction Q Rag 6 punched 9 formed.
- In the bottom part 1 are wide outside, close to the transverse edge Q holes 7 provided for this serve to quickly drain liquid from the inside of the container, if the contents should be damaged in order to soften the To avoid the container.
- the part 3a is folded over the bending line B 2a and placed on the bottom part 1.
- the opposite cover part 4b is folded over the bending line B 2b and placed on the bottom part 1, the larger cover part 4b now resting on the strip-shaped cover part 4a.
- the strip-shaped cover part 4a was provided with an adhesive strip or glue application 15 (hot glue), so that the cover part 4b is now glued to the cover part 4a.
- the blank is erected by simultaneously pressing the blank in the direction of the arrows P (FIG. 1c).
- the four side flaps 6 are then folded in.
- the wings 5a, 5b are placed on the upper part of the folded-in side flaps 6 and are connected to the part 3a, 3b via a bending line B 5a , B 5b running at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal edge L. Then the end parts 8, which adjoin the bottom part 1 along the transverse edge Q, are coated with a glue application 16, folded up and glued to the side parts 6. The wings 5 now close with the side parts 8. For final sealing, the side parts 13 now receive a glue application 17 and are folded down onto the end parts 8 and glued to them.

Description
The invention relates to a blank for the production of truncated pyramids Containers, in particular cardboard boxes for holding of bottles, with one longitudinal edge and one at right angles to it running transverse edge with a bottom part, two on both sides adjoining the bottom part and through a the longitudinal edge forming bending line from this separated side parts, whereby the side parts each by a parallel to the longitudinal edge Bending line are divided into two parts, and the The height of the first part, which adjoins the base part, is smaller than the height of the second Partly, at least one adjoining one of the side parts and from this part of the cover separated by a bending line, two wings each on the part delimiting the cover part over a bending line running at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal edge are separated.
Such a blank is, for example, from EP 0 754 631 A1 known. Such cut parts usually exist made of cardboard or cardboard, and by folding and gluing the Container made. So that the packaged goods are not transported is damaged, the container must be designed accordingly stable his. The stability increases with the strength of the for that Cut part of selected boxes or cardboard. The stronger the Cardboard or the cardboard is formed, the more difficult it is fold the blank. Especially when transporting bottles the containers must be designed so that the bottles filled in as possible during transport can't make a move to hit one another and prevent destruction. In addition, such containers be stackable so that the goods are packed into larger units and can be made ready for dispatch. The well-known blank has to be folded quite complicated to make one to get closed containers. In addition, several must Parts overlap to ensure stability when glued. Otherwise the box bends around the middle sideline. It follows that the material used with such cut parts goes along, is quite high.
From US 4,508,258 a cardboard beverage carton is used known on a carton filling machine. This beverage carton has a bottom part and a pair of side parts which foldable arranged on opposite sides of the bottom part are. There is also a first top and a second top provided on opposite sides of the side panels are arranged foldable. The tops are overlapping and adhesively bonded together and have handle means for lifting of the box. Two opposite sides of the blank Composite boxes are in the upper area Retracted inside, while the long sides running transversely to it stand vertically. When bottles are filled in the box that are usually bulbous in the contact area than at the neck of the bottle, the side parts are drawn inwards the advantage that the bottles in their narrower place be better supported, and a swing out movement within the carton during transport is avoided.
A disadvantage of this known blank is, on the one hand, that only two opposite side panels are drawn inwards are vertical, while the transverse side parts stand so that filled bottles are only effective in one direction supported and on the other hand such a cut can not only be erected on the filling machine, but must be delivered pre-glued because when erecting the Cutting must be rotated.
Based on this problem, an improved blank is to be created be created with the truncated pyramid Containers can be formed, so that in particular in the container filled bottles effective during transportation all directions are supported, the blank being formed in this way should be that the container on the packaging machine can be fully glued and erected, high stability and the use of materials is as low as possible.
- the side parts are provided with rags that completely protrude the wings,
- the folded container can be almost completely closed laterally by the wings and the rags, and that
- on both sides of the bottom part, two end pieces of any length cannot be formed greater than the height of the side parts, which are separated from the bottom part via bending lines running perpendicular to the bottom part / side part bending lines.
By creating an auxiliary bending line with which the side panels can be divided into two parts, it is also possible To pull in the transverse sides of the cardboard when erecting it, top and inside. The truncated pyramid-shaped container does not only offer that Advantage that supports bottles on all sides, for example but also that the bottom surface of the container is always larger than the top surface. At the limit of the cover part Part are two wings each over one to the longitudinal edge in the obtuse angular bending line separated, one parallel have outer edge running to the transverse edge. These wings form a contact surface for the container at the end sealing part, so that a secure installation and bonding is possible so that the container can be closed permanently can.
The wings can be seen from the side protruding from the side parts Rags are punched out, so that the rags then completely protrude the wings. This allows the blank to be cut be formed using little material.
Holes are preferably provided in the base part, which allow that liquid from any broken product quickly can flow out of the container, so that a soak during of transport and the associated complete destruction of the container is excluded.
Recesses can be provided in the cover parts, which at erect container directly serve as a handle, or a plastic handle can be inserted into these recesses become.

Figur 1d). Die Seitenteile haben die
Höhe h. Über eine Hilfsbiegelinie B2a, B2b werden die Seitenteile
2 in zwei Teile 2a, 3a; 2b, 3b unterteilt.
B2a bzw. B2b zur Biegelinie B3a bzw. B3b ergibt. Die Hilfsbiegelinien
B2a, B2b befinden sich bezogen auf den aufgerichteten
Behälter also unterhalb der halben Höhe H. Die Biegelinien B1a
The blank consists of cardboard or cardboard and has an essentially rectangular dimension, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. At the
The
The gluing and erection of the container is based on the Figures 1a to 1e can be seen.
verklebt.First, the
As shown in FIGS. 1f to 1h, the
Figure 2 shows a blank, the structure of which before
described essentially corresponds. The same function
Acquiring parts are provided with the same reference numbers.
The main difference between this blank and the previous one
described is that the
In the blank according to FIGS. 3 ff. Is a for reinforcement
