Claims (8)

  1. A seat which is transformable into a wheelchair for the disabled and vehicle equipment for ensuring the transfer and fixing of the said seat (13), comprising:
    a vertical column (35) fixed against the door pillar of the vehicle,
    a seat whereof the structure (13), bearing the seat part and the back part, can be disunited from its front and rear running means (53, 54),
    a transfer structure A articulated to the column and comprising an arm (3) which is horizontal and pivotal and equipped with means for positioning and attaching complementary means of the seat, and intermediate means (4) capable of displacing the arm (3) vertically with the aid of a cylinder (40) and horizontally by rotation,
    characterised in that the arm (3) of the transfer structure (A) bears on the one hand a slide means (5) which is displaceable horizontally and bears the means for positioning and attaching the seat, and on the other hand is articulated by its front end and about a vertical axis to the small vertical upright (26) of the intermediate displacement means (4), these means (4) comprising in a manner complementary to this upright (26) two parallel connection rods (28, 29) whereof the ends are articulated on one side to this small vertical upright (26) and on the other side to a large vertical upright (27) which is itself articulated to the vertical column (35), while the cylinder (40), which is of electrical type, is articulated about a horizontal axis (42) and by means of one of its elements at the upper end of the large vertical upright (27) and by means of its other element and about another horizontal axis (43) to the small upright (26), and in that the vehicle is equipped, in its front and/or centre place, with a mounting base (B1, B2) for positioning the seat (13).
  2. A seat and equipment according to Claim 1, characterised in that the vertical column (35) is integrally formed with a base (34) equipped with fixing and locking means in one of the anchoring wells (38) which are made in the floor (2) of the vehicle for the lateral feet of the removable seats, and its upper end is integrally formed with a perforated tab (39) for fixing it against the door pillar by means of the screw which fixes against this door pillar the return loop of the webbing of the safety belt.
  3. A seat and equipment according to Claim 1, characterised in that the lower connection rod (29) of the transfer structure has in the vicinity of its front end, articulated to the small upright (26), a slightly curved portion (33) whereof the concave side is turned downwards.
  4. A seat and equipment according to Claim 1, characterised in that the arm (3) has two lateral slideways (6) whereof the section is a U laid on its side, forming a raceway for rollers (7) borne by the slide means (5), while this slide means (5) has a cross-section in the shape of an inverted U having downwardly divergent limbs capable of automatically positioning a groove (10) having a complementary profile made below the structure (13) of the seat, and has on the one hand and at its front end an axial blind groove (14) which opens towards the front in a widened portion (15) and is capable of positioning a finger (16) projecting vertically from the bottom of the structure (13) of the seat, and on the other hand and at the base of the blind groove (14) has a means (17) for locking the above-mentioned finger (16) which is unlockable by a manual control means (18).
  5. A seat and equipment according to Claim 1, characterised in that the front end of the arm (3) is integrally formed with a vertical tab (9) projecting downwards and, in order to transfer the seat between the outside and the inside of the vehicle, co-operating with the inlet limbs of a U-shaped guide (73, 47) projecting vertically upwards from the mounting base (B1, B2) for positioning the seat 13.
  6. A seat and equipment according to Claim 1, characterised in that the mounting base (B1, B2) for positioning the seat (13) has fixing means co-operating with anchoring wells (38) made in the floor (2) of the vehicle in order to fix removable seats of the vehicle.
  7. A seat and equipment according to Claim 1, characterised in that the mounting base (B1) for positioning the seat and fixed in the front place has on its rear part two lateral tabs (74) each equipped with a notch (75) opening towards the rear and capable of receiving a cylindrical part (52) projecting transversely from the structure (13) of the seat, at least one of these notches being associated with an articulated hook (76) for locking the cylindrical part.
  8. A seat and equipment according to Claim 1, characterised in that the mounting base (B2) for positioning the seat and fixed in the centre place has on its rear part two vertical forks (48) each capable of co-operating with a cylindrical bearing face of the structure (13) of the seat and each equipped with means (49) for locking to the above-mentioned bearing face, these locking means being unlockable by a manual control means (50).
