Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Einstellung einer elektrischen Schaltanordnung mit einem Paar elektrischer Kontakte auf einen vorbestimmten Kontaktabstand, wobei ein erster Kontakt (1) einem ersten beweglichen Bauteil (2) und ein zweiter Kontakt einem zweiten beweglichen Bauteil zugeordnet wird, der erste und der zweite Kontakt normalerweise den vorbestimmten Kontaktabstand voneinander haben und relativ zueinander über den Kontaktabstand bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(i) wenigstens einer (1) der Kontakte verschiebbar auf dem zugeordneten beweglichen Bauteil (2) gehalten ist;(ii) die beweglichen Bauteile über den vorbestimmten Kontaktabstand aufeinander zu bewegt werden;(iii) der eine Kontakt (1) relativ zu dem zugeordneten beweglichen Bauteil (2) bis zum physikalischen Kontakt mit dem anderen Kontakt verschoben wird;(iv) und der eine Kontakt (1) in Position auf dem zugeordneten beweglichen Bauteil (2) fixiert wird, während er physikalisch in Kontakt mit dem anderen Kontakt steht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Kontakt (1) einen Querschnitt in Form eines Vielecks hat, in einer angepaßten Vieleckausnehmung des beweglichen Bauteils (2) axial verschieblich gehalten ist und durch Drehung um seine Längsachse unter plastischer Verformung des Kontaktes (1) und/oder des beweglichen Bauteils (2) in letzterem axial formschlüssig festlegbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Kontakt (1') kreiszylindrisch ausgebildet und mit Übermaß in das bewegliche Bauteil (2) eingepreßt ist und durch weiteres Einpressen relativ zum beweglichen Bauteil (2) in der gewünschten Endposition axial unverschieblich kraftschlüssig festlegbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Umfang des kreiszylindrischen Kontaktes (1') hakenförmige Vorsprünge (3) ausgebildet sind, mittels derer eine kombiniert kraft- und formschlüssige axiale Fixierung des Kontaktes (1') im beweglichen Bauteil (2) ermöglicht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zunächst axial verschieblich gehaltene Kontakt (1) durch Schweißen, Löten oder dergl. im beweglichen Bauteil (2) festlegbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche Festlegung durch Schweißen, Löten oder dergl. angewendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, jedoch mit der Maßgabe, daß der Kontakt (1'') im beweglichen Bauteil (2) axial verschieblich gehalten ist und daß der den Kontakt (1'') haltende Bereich (4) des beweglichen Bauteils (2) zur Einstellung des gewünschten Kontaktabstandes plastisch leicht verformbar ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der haltende Bereich (4) derart weit vorgeformt ist, daß der voreingestellte Kontaktabstand kleiner ist als der gewünschte und daß der gewünschte Kontaktabstand durch Rückformen des haltenden Bereiches (4) einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, jedoch mit der Maßgabe, daß der haltende Bereich im beweglichen Bauteil (2) unverformbar ausgebildet ist und daß am unbeweglichen Bauteil (5) ein plastisch verformbarer Bereich (6) zur Ausbildung des funktionell unbeweglich angeordneten Kontaktes vorgesehen ist.
