Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors, wobei der Motor einen Zylinderblock (1), einen Zylinderkopf (2), eine Ölwanne (3) und eine Einrichtung (12) zum Ansaugen des Öls in einen ersten (4A) und einen zweiten Schmierkreislauf (4B) der mechanischen Organe im Zylindergehäuse (1) beziehungsweise im Zylinderkopf (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die Temperaturen des im ersten (4A) und zweiten Schmierkreislauf (4B) zirkulierenden Schmieröls unabhängig voneinander zu regeln.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors, wobei der Motor einen Zylinderblock (1), einen Zylinderkopf (2), eine Ölwanne (3) und eine Einrichtung (12) zum Ansaugen des Öls in einen ersten (4A) und einen zweiten Schmierkreislauf (4B) der mechanischen Organe im Zylindergehäuse (1) beziehungsweise im Zylinderkopf (2) aufweist, die das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 einsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie erste (5, 8A, 8B) und zweite Mittel (6, 7A, 7B) zum unabhängigen Regeln der Öltemperaturen des ersten (4A) beziehungsweise des zweiten Schmierkreislaufs (4B), eine Einrichtung (10) zum Messen der Öltemperatur sowie eine Einrichtung (11) zum automatischen Steuern der Mittel (5, 8A, 8B; 6, 7A, 7B) zum Regeln der Öltemperatur des ersten (4A) und zweiten Schmierkreislaufs (4B) abhängig von der gemessenen Öltemperatur aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die ersten (5, 8A, 8B) und zweiten Mittel (6, 7A, 7B) zum Regeln von der Steuereinrichtung (11) zwischen einem inaktiven und einem aktiven Zustand umschalten lassen, wobei der aktive Zustand der Mittel (5, 8A, 8B, 6, 7A, 7B) zum Regeln entweder zum Kühlen oder zum Erwärmen des im betreffenden Schmierkreislauf (4A, 4B) zirkulierenden Öls dient.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mittel (5) zum Regeln des Öls aktiviert werden, wenn die Öltemperatur niedriger ist als eine Referenztemperatur (Tr), um das im ersten Schmierkreislauf (4A) zirkulierende Öl zu erwärmen, wobei die zweiten Mittel (6) zum Regeln entweder deaktiviert oder aktiviert werden, um das im zweiten Schmierkreislauf (4B) zirkulierende Öl zu kühlen.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Referenztemperatur (Tr) zwischen circa 80 und 120 Grad beträgt.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mittel (5) zum Regeln deaktiviert werden, wenn die Temperatur des Schmieröls zwischen der Referenztemperatur (Tr) und einer Grenztemperatur (Tmax) liegt, während die zweiten Mittel (6) zum Regeln aktiviert werden, um das im zweiten Schmierkreislauf (4B) zirkulierende Öl zu kühlen.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten (5) und zweiten Mittel (6) zum Regeln aktiviert werden, wenn die Temperatur des Schmieröls eine Grenztemperatur (Tmax) übersteigt, um das im ersten (4A) beziehungsweise zweiten Schmierkreislauf (4B) zirkulierende Öl zu kühlen.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Mittel zum Regeln der Öltemperatur jeweils einen Tauscher (5, 6) und zugehörige Schaltmittel (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) aufweisen, wobei die Tauscher (5, 6) vor dem ersten (4A) beziehungsweise zweiten Schmierkreislauf (4B) angeordnet sind und die Schaltmittel (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) es erlauben, das Schmieröl wahlweise in Wärmeaustausch mit der Kühlflüssigkeit eines Kühlkreislaufs (9) des Motors zu bringen oder nicht.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltmittel (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) die Kühlflüssigkeit und das Öl des ersten Schmierkreislaufs (4A) in Wärmeaustausch bringen und den Wärmeaustausch der Kühlflüssigkeit mit dem Öl des zweiten Schmierkreislaufs (4B) deaktivieren, wenn die Temperatur des Schmieröls bei normalem Betrieb des Motors unter der stabilisierten Maximaltemperatur (Ts) der Kühlflüssigkeit liegt.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltmittel (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) die Kühlflüssigkeit und das Öl des zweiten Schmierkreislaufs (4B) in Wärmeaustausch bringen und den Wärmeaustausch der Kühlflüssigkeit mit dem Öl des ersten Schmierkreislaufs (4A) deaktivieren, wenn die Temperatur des Schmieröls zwischen der stabilisierten Maximaltemperatur (Ts) der Kühlflüssigkeit und einer Grenztemperatur (Tmax) liegt.
  11. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltmittel (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) die Kühlflüssigkeit und das Öl des ersten (4A) und zweiten Schmierkreislaufs (4B) in Wärmeaustausch bringen, wenn die Temperatur des Schmieröls höher ist als eine Grenztemperatur (Tmax).
  12. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach einem der Ansprüche 6, 7, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grenztemperatur (Tmax) zwischen circa 140 und 180 Grad beträgt.
  13. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stabilisierte Maximaltemperatur (Ts) der Kühlflüssigkeit ein fester, der Steuereinrichtung (11) bekannter Wert oder ein variabler, in Echtzeit gemessener Wert ist.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Temperatur des Schmieröls für die mechanischen Organe eines Verbrennungsmotors nach einem der Ansprüche 8, 9, 10, 11 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kühlkreislauf (9) zwei parallele Abzweigungen aufweist, wobei jeder der beiden Wege einer Abzweigung ein Ventil (7A, 7B, 8A, 8B) aufweist, welches das zum betreffenden Tauscher (5, 6) gehörige Schaltmittel bildet.
