- Serrure électrique encastrée comportant un logement en forme de goulotte (1), fermé par un couvercle et recevant l'ensemble du mécanisme de verrouillage, la serrure étant constituéed'un dispositif d'actionnement (5)d'une tringlerie de commande (4), mobile longitudinalement dans le logement,d'au moins deux dispositifs de verrouillage (2, 2') écartés l'un de l'autre, susceptibles de faire saillie du logement en position de fermeture de la serrure,la tringlerie (4) reliant directement entre eux les dispositifs de verrouillage (2, 2'), solidaires du logement (1), et coulissant dans le logement, en étant guidée sur celui-ci par l'intermédiaire des dits dispositifs de verrouillage (2, 2'),le dispositif d'actionnement étant un moteur électrique (5),un mécanisme de transmission (6, 6') assurant la transmission du mouvement entre le dispositif d'actionnement (5) et la tringlerie (4),le moteur électrique (5) constituant dispositif d'actionnement, commandant la tringlerie (4) tant dans le sens de la fermeture que de l'ouverture, par l'intermédiaire de la transmission (6, 6'),un dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7) étant également prévu pour commander la tringlerie (4) dans le sens de l'ouverture,le logement (1) reçoit, outre la tringlerie (4), le dispositif d'actionnement (5) ainsi que le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7), et en ce quele dispositif d'actionnement (5) et le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7) sont distincts l'un de l'autre, et sont disposés en des emplacements distincts du logement (1), le long de la tringlerie (4).
- Serrure encastrée suivant la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce quele moteur (5) est solidaire du logement (1),des éléments moteur (10) et récepteur (11, 12, 12') du mécanisme de transmission (6') sont directement fixés respectivement sur l'arbre de sortie (9') du moteur et sur la tringlerie (4),le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7) commande directement la tringlerie (4), sans toutefois empêcher les déplacements de la tringlerie (4) sous l'action du moteur électrique (5), - Serrure suivant 2, caractérisée en ce que l'entraínement (6') assurant la liaison entre le moteur électrique (5) et la tringlerie (4) est débrayable au moins dans le sens de l'ouverture, et en ce que le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7) commande la tringlerie (4) exclusivement dans le sens de l'ouverture, le mouvement de la tringlerie (4) étant totalement libéré de l'action du dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7) lorsque celui-ci est en position de repos, correspondant à la position de fermeture.
- Serrure suivant 3, caractérisée en ce que l'entraínement (6') assurant la liaison entre le moteur électrique (5) et la tringlerie (4) est constitué d'une part d'un pignon d'entraínement (10) monté à la sortie d'un réducteur de vitesse (9) solidaire du moteur (5), et d'autre part d'une courroie crantée (11), maintenue en engagement avec le dit pignon d'entraínement (10) et tendue entre deux poulies de renvoi (12, 12') montées pivotantes sur la tringlerie (4), un embrayage électro-magnétique (15) agissant sur au moins une (12') des poulies de renvoi pour la bloquer en rotation, cet embrayage étant susceptible d'être débrayé en cas de rupture du courant pour libérer la poulie (12'), et donc permettre l'enroulement de la courroie crantée (11) sur la dite poulie (12'), au moins dans le sens correspondant au sens d'enroulement requis pour permettre l'ouverture de la tringlerie (4).
- Serrure suivant 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7) mû par une clé est une serrure mécanique actionnant un bras de commande (16) animé d'un mouvement parallèle à la direction de déplacement de la tringlerie (4), et en ce que la tringlerie (4) présente une saillie (17) se disposant dans le trajet du bras (16), considéré dans le sens de déplacement de la tringlerie (4) vers la position d'ouverture, pour venir en coopération avec le dit bras (16) lors de son déplacement dans le sens d'ouverture de la tringlerie (4).
- Serrure suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la tringlerie (4) comporte en outre un dispositif de verrouillage (8) commandé à la fois électriquement et par le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7).
- Serrure suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (8) est constitué d'un loquet (29) pivotant sur le logement (1), constamment rappelé par un ressort dans une position en engagement avec une butée (28) prévue sur la tringlerie (4), et actionné à l'écart de cette position en engagement, à la fois par le plongeur d'un électro-aimant (31) commandé par le dispositif électrique, et par un doigt (33), solidaire du bras de commande (16) du dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7), venant en coopération avec une rampe (32) formée dans le loquet (29).
- Serrure suivant la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une serrure quart de tour (35), comportant un lançant (36) destiné à coopérer avec une gâche électrique (37), normalement commandée en même temps que la serrure électrique, est intégrée au mécanisme de serrure encastrée, et en ce que le mouvement du lançant (36) de cette serrure quart de tour (35) à l'écart de la gâche (37) est commandé, par l'intermédiaire de l'organe d'actionnement (38) de la dite serrure quart de tour (35), par le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7).
- Serrure suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (38) de la serrure quart de tour commande (35) aussi la tringlerie (4), exclusivement dans le sens de l'ouverture, ainsi que le basculement du loquet (29) de verrouillage de la tringlerie (4).
- Serrure suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la saillie sur la tringlerie (17), soumise à l'action du bras de commande (16) du dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7), est constituée par le petit bras (45), disposé à la partie supérieure d'un élément en L inversé (41), dont le grand bras (44) se dispose parallèlement à la tringlerie (4) et appuie, par son extrémité inférieure, sur un levier d'actionnement (39) de la serrure quart de tour (35), en ce que le grand bras (44) de l'élément en L (41) est relié à la tringlerie par l'intermédiaire de boutonnières (43, 43') dont la longueur correspond, au moins sensiblement, à la course d'ouverture de la tringlerie (4), et de goujons 42, 42', et en ce que l'extrémité du levier d'actionnement (39) de la serrure quart de tour (35) s'engage dans une boutonnière (40) de la tringlerie, boutonnière (40) de longueur telle à ménager au dit levier (39), dans la dite boutonnière, une course correspondant à la course d'ouverture de la tringlerie (4) augmentée d'une course préliminaire de déverrouillage du loquet (29), et en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement (38) de la serrure quart de tour (35) est relié au loquet (29) du dispositif de verrouillage (8) de la tringlerie (4) de telle sorte que le début de la course du levier (39) d'actionnement de la serrure quart de tour (35), dans la boutonnière (40) correspondante de la tringlerie (4), entraíne le retrait de loquet (29) de verrouillage en position déverrouillée.
- Serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le logement (1) de la serrure constitue à la fois boítier unique recevant l'ensemble des dispositifs de verrouillage (2, 2'), de la tringlerie (4) , du dispositif d'actionnement (5, 7, 35) et de la transmission (6, 6') entre le dispositif d'actionnement (5) et la tringlerie (4), et montant de la porte.
- Serrure selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le logement de serrure constitue un montant de l'ouvrant d'une porte blindée.
- Serrure selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le logement de serrure constitue le montant du dormant d'une porte blindée.
- Serrure suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif mécanique auxiliaire d'actionnement (7) est constitué d'un support (18), solidaire du logement (1), d'un cylindre (27) d'actionnement de la dite serrure, porté par le support (18), et du bras de commande (16), coulissant sur le support (18) par l'intermédiaire de boutonnières (19, 19') dans lesquelles s'engagent des guides (20, 20') portés par le support (18), le bras de commande (16) comportant deux séries de crans, à savoir une première série de crans, dits crans d'actionnement (22), destinés à coopérer avec le pêne (26) du cylindre d'actionnement (27) pour assurer le déplacement du bras de commande (16), et une seconde série de crans, dits crans de blocage (21), destinés à coopérer avec un ergot de blocage (23) sollicité élastiquement en permanence vers une position en engagement avec les crans de blocage, le dit ergot de blocage (23) étant porté par un levier (24) monté oscillant sur le support (18) et commandé en basculement par le pêne (26) du cylindre (27) pour écarter l'ergot de blocage (23) du cran (21) dans lequel il est engagé, lorsque le pêne (26) du cylindre (27) vient en engagement avec le cran d'actionnement (22) correspondant, en vue d'assurer l'actionnement du bras (16), cette action du pêne (26) sur le levier oscillant (24) étant interrompue dès que le bras de commande (16) a entamé son déplacement, pour que l'ergot (23) soit à nouveau sollicité élastiquement vers une position d'engagement et puisse ainsi tomber dans le cran de blocage (21) suivant, dont la position correspond à la fin du cycle de déplacement du bras de commande (16) suite à l'action du pêne (26) sur le cran d'actionnement (22) correspondant.
- Serrure suivant la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le bras de commande (16) est constitué de deux plaques de profil identique, parallèles, assemblées à écartement, et en ce que le levier (24) portant l'ergot de blocage (23) est monté oscillant sur un des guides (20) s'engageant dans les boutonnières (19) de guidage du bras de commande (24), et se dispose entre les deux plaques constituant le bras de commande.
- Serrure suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture de la gâche électrique (37) est réalisée par l'intermédiaire d'un temporisateur afin de n'autoriser la libération du lançant (36) qu'après retrait complet des pênes de verrouillage (3) de leurs logements respectifs.
