Claims (6)

  1. Cuve de transport et de stockage de liquides, comprenant un bâti du type en palette en un matériau conducteur de l'électricité, une cuve intérieure en matière plastique qui peut être remplacée et qui a quatre parois latérales, un fond inférieur et un fond supérieur, une ouverture de remplissage supérieure qui peut être fermée et une ouverture inférieure de sortie ayant une direction de vidange, ainsi qu'une enveloppe extérieure constituée sous la forme d'une enveloppe en treillis ou en tôle, caractérisée par une pièce (8) de mise à la terre en un matériau conducteur de l'électricité, de préférence en métal, qui est interposée; dans l'ouverture (10) de passage du dispositif (4) de vidange, entre le robinet (6) de vidange de ce dispositif et la cuve (2) intérieure, et qui est raccordée à un élément de liaison introduit de l'extérieur, conducteur de l'électricité et ayant une liaison de mise à la terre avec le bâti de la cuve (1).
  2. Cuve suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de liaison qui est conducteur de l'électricité est une vis (7) en métal.
  3. Cuve suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée par un raccord (11) de vissage, qui est disposé radialement par rapport à l'ouverture (10) de passage du dispositif (4) de vidange, qui est dirigé vers l'extérieur et qui a un trou borgne (12) ouvert vers l'extérieur et destiné à recevoir la vis (7), la paroi (13) du dispositif (4) de vidange étant traversée lorsque la vis (7) est mise dans le trou borgne (12).
  4. Cuve suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le raccord (11) de vissage a, à son extrémité libre, un prolongement (14) annulaire pour assurer l'étanchéité de l'élément de liaison (vis 7).
  5. Cuve suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la pièce (8) de mise à la terre est constituée sous la forme d'une tôle incurvée s'étendant sur une partie de la paroi intérieure de l'ouverture (10) de passage du dispositif (4) de vidange et ayant une ouverture (6) au milieu dans laquelle passe le fût (17) de la vis.
  6. Cuve suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la pièce (8) de mise à la terre et la vis (7) sont en acier fin.
