Definitions
- the invention relates to a weather protection device that can be attached to a scaffolding according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a weather protection device is known from GB-A-2 287 728 A.
- a tarpaulin for the front and side scaffolding cladding especially for winter construction with the help of um to fasten the scaffold straps looped is known.
- DE-U-81 34 173.3 is known, a tarpaulin for the front and side scaffolding cladding especially for winter construction with the help of um to fasten the scaffold straps looped.
- German patent DE-A-2 230 555 mentions in the superimposed tarpaulin be connected to each other by means of hook strips. Plans of this kind protect the construction area enveloped by them against direct rain and against wind.
- GB-A-2 287 728 discloses an inflatable device which comprises a double membrane temporary roof covering emerging from an inflatable temporary Support structure and single-layer or also arranged between the support structure double-layer, inflatable film.
- Multiple support structures can be arranged side by side to cover larger roof areas.
- the support structure can be attached to the bars of the scaffolding by means of tapes become.
- the arrangement can be pressurized by means of a blower and seems appropriate, a building and construction workers on the building, in particular on the roof structure of the building opposite from above Protect the effects of the weather, especially against sun and rain. On lateral protection of the scaffolding is not provided. Wind and weather can therefore further impair the structure from the side. To the building or to completely cover a work area, additional tarpaulins would have to be attached that protect the work area against wind and weather. Is this carried out, there arises a problem in that of the processed ones Surfaces escaping moisture or harmful gases cannot be easily removed can what z. B. the drying process for painting or plastering delayed.
- the object of the invention is to provide a weather protection device in the preamble to further develop the type mentioned in such a way that emerging in the work area Moisture and other vapors can be removed more easily thereby, for example, the drying process for painting or the To accelerate the curing process during plastering work.
- the workers employed in the work area should be potentially toxic Vapors are better protected.
- the weather protection device should be designed so that optionally not the whole Buildings need to be encased, but rather it allows limited areas to protect the building or the like in such a way that even in frosty weather, especially painting work can be.
- the task is solved in that according to the characteristic of The main claim is the inner tarpaulin with adjustable tarpaulin Outlet openings, such as nozzles, is provided through which air due to the excess pressure from the space enclosed by the inner and outer tarpaulin into the area of the Scaffolding (work area) emerges.
- this creates moist air, on the other hand through other harmful or disturbing vapors Fresh air displaces what the drying process and when painting Plastering speeds up the curing process and for jobs that are too toxic Lead to evaporation that protects workers from damage.
- claim 2 is the air supply device provided with a device for heating the air. This has the advantage that the Fresh air can be heated and thereby the drying process may be even stronger is accelerated and in particular an extension of the construction period in the Winter is made possible.
- the two tarpaulins lying parallel to each other also result in better thermal insulation between the outer tarpaulin and inner tarpaulin and thus also better insulation of the one behind the inner tarpaulin Scaffolding and the work area accessible from the scaffolding.
- the air supply device is still provided with a device for heating of the supplied air, the drying effect can be made even stronger than it already is.
- a heating device enables Warming of the work area in the area of the scaffolding on which the Weather protection device according to the invention is attached, also to such Temperature that all common work, despite z. B. frosty weather can. Since only a very specific, narrowly defined space is ventilated and if necessary must be heated, the cost of the necessary tarpaulin material such as also for the heating energy that may need to be used within manageable limits.
- the space between the tarpaulins is formed, divided by flexible partitions, whose walking distance the desired distance between corresponds to inner and outer tarpaulin.
- the partitions should be arranged so that the air is between can flow back and forth to them, for example what could happen that these partitions in certain Distances have breakthroughs.
- the tarpaulin areas could be made of non-transparent Include material in the areas of transparent material are integrated (e.g. sewn in).
- connection of individual tarpaulins with each other or the Planning with edge strips can be done by welding, sewing or other permanent connection happen, is cheaper however, a detachable connection, all the more flexible To be able to attach tarpaulins.
- a detachable connection would be, for example possible with the help of zipper devices, or also with the help of Velcro fasteners.
- a side surface (or Top or bottom surface) to dismantle or open can, according to yet another embodiment, for example in one side vertical tarpaulin lockable access opening can be arranged.
- Executable is such an access door, for example in the form of a Lock chamber that is under pressure from the rest Room is separated. However, it is u. Awkward, first a first outer zipper, for example to open the door to be opened into the lock chamber to enter, close the door, and then the inside open second lock door and after passing through close again. Therefore, one is usually on one waive such lock chamber and instead in Area of the door on the double arrangement of tarpaulins waive and instead z. B. only an inner tarpaulin arrange, which then contains the (simple) zipper door.
- the great advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is that that an inner tarpaulin area and an associated outer Tarpaulin area with each adjoining each other opposite or perpendicular edge areas form a module that protects only a small work surface. With a larger work surface, this module can be used with a or possibly several other such modules combined to the respective building area conditions to create adapted protective devices.
- the link of the individual tarpaulins of the individual modules can in turn by means of, for example, zipper devices, or also with Velcro or the like.
- the Protective devices With specially shaped additional modules, the Protective devices also adapted to the ridge areas become.
- first, inner tarpaulin and second, Outer tarpaulin formed space can be close to the outer tarpaulin a third, middle tarpaulin can be arranged, the one forms additional insulating air layer to protect against external cold or, alternatively, against excessive external hardness, as they e.g. B. in southern countries (e.g. desert areas, Arab states) occurs and the "fire" in fresh Plaster can lead.
- the system is created using Air conditioning supplied with cooled air.
- So-called piping strips can also be used instead of zippers are used, that are at the connecting edges inserted strips, which enable a tight closure.
- Fig. 1 is a weather protection device generally designated 10 (Basic module) according to a first embodiment to recognize the invention on a scaffolding 12 on their horizontal and vertical struts, 14, 16, e.g. B. by means of straps 18, cords 20, hooks or the like may be attached.
- This scaffolding 12 is in front of one Work surface 22, for example the wall of a building 24, which wall z. B. plastered or by means of a suitable Wall paint should be painted.
- the weather protection device 10 comprises a first, inner tarpaulin 26 facing the scaffolding 12 and one in a distance A from it, parallel to the first tarpaulin running second, outer tarpaulin 28.
- the two tarpaulins 26, 28 are, here by side stripes 30, 32, and lower and upper side strips or sub-strips 34 and Top strips 36 are essentially airtight with one another connected so that between the inner and outer tarpaulin, 26, 28, an essentially airtight space 38 results, which via a connection 40, 41 by means of feed devices 42, 43 with air under pressure is applied. This can be generated by a fan 44 will be located near the job like.
- the air flow supplied creates inside the Room 438 a pressure drop from the outside air that the the surrounding tarpaulin stabilized and the arrangement inflates like an airbag.
- adjustable outlet openings such as in particular adjustable nozzles 46, 48, 50 can from the inside of the Room 38 air to escape towards the scaffolding for example an air flow on the one previously painted To cause wall surface 22 and there the drying process accelerate.
- the compressed air to be supplied can by an on or in the Fan 44 arranged special heater heated be, for example by an oil or gas heating or by an electric heater, so that the room 38 led to Air exits the nozzles 46, 48, 50 as warm air and so an even faster acceleration of the drying process causes, alternatively or additionally also keeps cold outside temperatures from the work surface 22 for example in winter despite, for example, below zero outside temperatures in the range of the protected To be able to continue working.
- the tarpaulins can be made from conventional, non-transparent fabric material exist, provided the work surface by others Measures have sufficient work light available, for example by artificial lighting or by side incident light, as it would be possible in Fig. 1.
- the tarpaulin uses translucent materials the light shining through the tarpaulin to get to the work surface 22.
- the outer tarpaulin 28 itself manufacture opaque material, but z. B. in height provide suitable window areas 58, 60 on the work surface, which would then be made of transparent material and in Cooperation with appropriate transparent areas the inner tarpaulin lying parallel to it would enable that the house painter, bricklayer or other working personnel sufficient light is available.
- the tarpaulins 26, 28 are expedient at their edges with each other and / or with the side strips 30, 32, 34, 38 by means of zipper devices 62 or also with Velcro devices 64 connected, the relatively airtight are. Instead, of course, a fixed one Sewing should be provided if the protective device is only in of a certain shape. Even bonds or plastic welding may be suitable.
- a surface of the scaffold 12 by the invention Weather protection device covered.
- a laterally arranged recognizing similarly constructed protective device 110 which, for example, the left vertical side of the in Fig. 1 shown scaffold covers and for example by 6 may have the shape seen above.
- corner module stabilized by compressed air general designated 110, which also consists of an inner Tarpaulin 126 and an outer tarpaulin 128, which together with a side part 132 and another part 130 and corresponding floor parts and ceiling parts 134 and 136, not shown here, an enclosed space Form 138, which via an air connection unit 40 in the already described be connected to a blower may to create excess pressure within space 138.
- this special connection 140 instead of this special connection 140, however also the "corner module” 110 with the "basic module” 10 according to FIG. 6 so connected, for example by a connector 240, which is the overpressure generated in the basic module 10 transfers to the corner module 110.
- Another alternative would be to omit the side wall 130 of the corner module and likewise omit the side wall 30 of the basic module 10 and instead the edges of the External planning of the corner module 110 and the basic module 10 or of the inner tarpaulins 126 and 26 of the corner module 110 and the To connect basic module 10 directly to one another, for example by zipper connections, as already described. This would create a common inner space, so that the pressure ratios of the basic module and the would align corner module.
- the corner module 110 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 offers one walk-in room 66 next to the scaffolding 12, which is sufficient here is large to enable one person to move in it.
- This is an advantage if in an access door 68 is provided in this area may be designed as a lock chamber, for example, with an outer door 70 and an inner door 72, these Lock door 68 from the rest of room 138 by means of a Partition 74 may be separated.
- the one from the lock door 68 formed space should be designed so that a full-blown Person can stand comfortably in it. 5 recognizable height of the room 68 is therefore z. B. about 2 meters, while the width may be about 50 cm.
- Inner door 72 or, alternatively and more appropriately, the outer door 70 can be omitted.
- the closure wall 74 is then a replacement for in the area of the door the sidewall 132, i.e. H. that reinforces the arrangement, like also for example an intermediate wall or a band 152, 154, as shown in FIG. 6.
- the door 68 can be designed as a flexible zippered door be how z. B. is used in tents. Stiffened you can take the door frame area by taking suitable measures but also a rigid door can be provided.
- a scaffolding 12 with a front mounted Weather protection device 10 can be at the top of the front or rear tarpaulin 28, 26 another tarpaulin 76 attached be, for example by means of a zipper, for example has the shape shown in plan view in Fig. 8, so that they placed around the gable front edge 78, 80 and on the roof surface 82, 84 can be placed.
- the edges 86, 88 then lay along the ridge 90 of the two roof areas 78, 80, or overlap slightly. This will make the between the inner tarpaulin of the weather protection device 10 as shown in FIG. 7 and the house wall 22 existing space and then the entire gable area upwards envelops.
- the invention can be evaluated commercially in the construction industry.
