Abstract
Description
Die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Schubrosts eines Kühlers für Zementklinker ist so zu regeln, daß sich eine Schichthöhe von 600 mm ergibt, sofern dabei ein Wert des Durchströmungswiderstands gemessen wird, der dieser Schichthöhe als normal entsprechend vorbestimmt wurde, beispielsweise 60 mbar. Wird bei dieser Schichthöhe ein geringerer Durchströmungswiderstand gemessen, beispielsweise 50 mbar, so ändert der Regler den Sollwert der Schichthöhe auf 650 mm.
Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Regeln der Fördergeschwindigkeit eines Rostkühlers abhängig vom Zustand des Kühlgutbetts im Anfangsbereich des Kühlers unter Berücksichtigung des Durchströmungswiderstands, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördergeschwindigkeit sowohl abhängig von der Höhe des Kühlgutbetts als auch des Durchströmungswiderstand im Anfangsbereich des Kühlers geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Kühlgutbetts als Führungsgröße und der Durchströmungswiderstand als Korrekturgröße verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß statt des Durchströmungswiderstands bzw. der Höhe des Kühlgutbetts oder zusätzlich deren zeitliche Änderung oder deren Abweichung von ihrem Langzeitwert berücksichtigt wird.
