Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Standrohr (1) zwecks lösbarer Eingliederung in einen Niederschlag abführenden Rohrstrang. Das Standrohr (1) weist ein ein Fallrohr (5) umgreifendes Innenrohr (2) und ein Mantelrohr (3) auf. Das obere Ende (4) des Innenrohrs (2) umschließt ein Fallrohr (5), wobei das untere Ende (6) in eine Grundleitung (8) mündet. Das Mantelrohr (3) hat einen Längenabschnitt (9), der sich auf der Stirnseite (11) des oberen Endes (4) des Innenrohrs (2) abstützt. Dem Mantelrohr (3) ist eine das Fallrohr (5) umschließende Standrohrkappe (13) zugeordnet. Das Mantelrohr (3) und/oder die Standrohrkappe (13) können aus dem gleichen Werkstoff wie das Fallrohr (5) bestehen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Standrohr für einen Niederschlag abführenden Rohrstrang gemäß den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Ein Niederschlag abführender Rohrstrang umfaßt in der Regel ein an einer Hauswand entlang geführtes vertikales Fallrohr, dessen oberes Ende mit einer Regenrinne verbunden ist und dessen unteres Ende in ein Standrohr mündet. Das Standrohr führt den Niederschlag einer insbesondere unterirdisch verlegten Grundleitung zu.
Bislang werden Standrohre zumeist aus Gußeisen, Stahl, Kupfer oder Kunststoff hergestellt. Dadurch unterscheiden sich die Standrohre rein optisch erheblich von den marktüblichen Materialien für Fallrohre. Weiterhin sind die Standrohre nur mit großen Aufwand mit der Grundleitung zu verbinden, wobei vor allem das extrem hohe Gewicht, z. B. bei Rohren aus Gußeisen die Handhabung bei der Montage erschwert. Des weiteren kann die Montage der Standrohre häufig erst nach der Installation der Grundleitungen bzw. der Anschlüsse durchgeführt werden. Eine eventuell notwendige Reinigung der Grundleitung und der Fallrohre ist oftmals nur mit erheblichem Montageaufwand möglich, da die Entfernung eines Teilstücks aus dem Rohrstrang durch die konstruktive Ausführung des Standrohrs problembehaftet ist.
Der Erfindung liegt ausgehend vom Stand der Technik die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Standrohr für einen Niederschlag abführenden Rohrstrang zu schaffen, das mit marktüblichen Grundleitungen leicht und ohne zusätzliche Formteile verbunden werden kann, wobei eine Reinigung der Grundleitung und des Fallrohrs jederzeit mit geringem Aufwand möglich ist und welches darüber hinaus optisch mit dem Fallrohr eine Linie bildet.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht nach der Erfindung in den im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen.
Kernpunkt der Erfindung ist die Gliederung des Standrohrs in ein Innenrohr und ein Mantelrohr. Dem Innenrohr kommt dabei die Aufgabe zu, den Niederschlag der Grundleitung zuzuführen, wobei sein oberes Ende ein Fallrohr umgreift und das untere Ende in die Grundleitung mündet. Das Innenrohr ist vorzugsweise zylindrisch gestaltet und kann dadurch auf seiner ganzen Länge als Schiebestück genutzt werden. Das hat hinsichtlich der Montage wesentliche Vorteile. Zum einen kann das Standrohr mit der Grundleitung verbunden sein und nachträglich ein Fallrohr montiert werden, wobei das untere Ende des Fallrohrs zu Montagezwecken tief in das Innenrohr eingeführt und zur Verbindung mit dem oberhalb des Fallrohrs gelegenen Rohrelement anschließend wieder angehoben werden kann. Dementsprechend einfach ist auch eine spätere Entnahme des Fallrohrs aus dem Rohrstrang möglich. Zum zweiten kann das Fallrohr zusammen mit dem verschieblichen Standrohr vor dem Verlegen der Grundleitung montiert werden. Durch die Verschieblichkeit des Standrohrs kann es für die Montage mit dem Anschluß des Grundrohrs angehoben werden, wobei darüber hinaus eine individuelle Anpassung an die Verlegetiefe der Grundleitung möglich ist. Weiterhin kann auf eine aufwendige Reinigungsöffnung verzichtet werden, da das Fallrohr ohne großen Aufwand zu Reinigungszwecken jederzeit von Standrohr entfernt und später leicht wieder montiert werden kann. Das Standrohr ist formstabil, schützt das Standrohr in seinem unteren Bereich vor mechanischer Beschädigung und ist frostsicher.
Dem Innenrohr ist außenseitig ein Mantelrohr lösbar zugeordnet.
Das Mantelrohr erstreckt sich zumindest über den oberen Höhenbereich des Innenrohrs, der den oberirdischen oder auch sichtbaren Teil des Standrohrs umgreift und sich bis zu dem unteren Ende erstrecken kann, wobei es jedoch einen unteren endseitigen Längenabschnitt des Innenrohrs zur Festlegung an die Grundleitung freiläßt.
Das Mantelrohr erstreckt sich gemäß Anspruch 2 zweckmäßig über das obere Ende des Innenrohrs hinaus und weist einen sich auf der Stirnseite des Innenrohrs abstützenden Längenabschnitt auf. Es ist beispielsweise ein Umbördeln oder Abkanten des oberen Endes des Mantelrohrs nach innen denkbar oder auch eine, insbesondere konische, Verjüngung des Längenabschnitts. Ferner können Stifte, Schrauben, Haken oder sonstige Konstruktionselemente genutzt werden, die geeignet sind, ein Herabrutschen des Mantelrohrs von der Stirnseite des Innenrohrs zu verhindern.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird in den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 3 gesehen, wobei sich das Mantelrohr über mindestens eine nach innen gerichtete Einprägung an der Stirnseite des Innenrohrs abstützt. Einprägungen in Form von Sicken oder Bohrungen mit nach innen umbördelten Kanten, Kerben oder sonstigen nach innen gerichteten Vertiefungen, wenigstens auf Abschnitten des Umfangs, sind ebenfalls denkbar.
Vorzugsweise ist nach Anspruch 4 eine Einprägung in Form einer umfangsseitigen Ringnut geeignet, das Mantelrohr in seiner Position zu fixieren.
Nach Anspruch 5 ist der Außendurchmesser des Innenrohrs etwa gleich dem Außendurchmesser der Grundleitung bemessen. Das hat zum Vorteil, daß das Standrohr ohne zusätzliche Formteile mit insbesondere einem denselben Durchmesser aufweisenden seitlichen Stutzen der Grundleitung verbunden werden kann, was eine schnelle, unkomplizierte und kostengünstige Montage vor Ort gewährleistet.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht das Innenrohr nach Anspruch 6 aus Kunststoff. Dessen Material ist so gewählt, daß das Innenrohr formstabil sowie frostsicher ist und durch sein geringes Gewicht eine einfache Montage ermöglicht. Die Formstabilität des Innenrohrs dient dazu, das Fallrohr in seinem unteren Bereich zu schützen.
Gemäß Anspruch 7 ist dem Standrohr eine das Fallrohr umschließende Standrohrkappe zugeordnet. Die Standrohrkappe deckt einen zwischen dem Fallrohr und dem Mantelrohr gebildeten Zwischenraum ab, wobei der Übergang zwischen dem Mantelrohr und dem Fallrohr paßgenau hergestellt werden kann.
Die Standrohrkappe weist einen unteren zylindrischen Längenabschnitt auf, der das Mantelrohr außenseitig umgreift, und einen oberen Längenabschnitt, dessen Innendurchmesser kontinuierlich, insbesondere konisch, auf etwa den Außendurchmesser des Fallrohrs reduziert wird. Die Standrohrkappe stützt sich mit dem oberen Längenabschnitt auf der oberen Stirnseite des Mantelrohrs ab. Der zylindrische Längenabschnitt der Standrohrkappe kann sich bis zur Einprägung am Mantelrohr erstrecken oder aber, wie nach Anspruch 8 ausgeführt, bis über die Einprägung hinaus. Durch diese Maßnahme wird erreicht, daß kostengünstig punktuell am Mantelrohr angebrachte Einprägungen oder sonstige Maßnahmen für die Abstützung des Mantelrohrs auf dem Innenrohr formschön verdeckt werden. Fallrohr, Standrohrkappe und Mantelrohr bilden somit eine optisch ansprechend gestaltete Einheit.
In diesem Zusammenhang wird eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung in den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 9 gesehen, wobei das Mantelrohr und/oder die Standrohrkappe aus dem gleichen Werkstoff wie das Fallrohr bestehen. Diese Maßnahme begünstigt die optische Einheit des Niederschlag abführenden Rohrstrangs, die sich somit über alle Elemente des Rohrstrangs erstreckt.
Bevorzugt können das Mantelrohr und/oder die Standrohrkappe aus desoxidiertem Kupferwerkstoff mit einem Kupfergehalt von mindestens 99,9 % und einem begrenzten Phosphorgehalt hergestellt werden, wie z. B. SF-Cu F24 (halbhart). Der Kupferwerkstoff kann blank oder aber nach einer speziellen Wärmebehandlung beidseitig braun voroxidiert sein. Weiterhin ist ein Kupferwerkstoff, der durch eine beidseitige Verzinnung eine matte, einer Vorbewitterung entsprechende, graue Oberfläche aufweist, als Werkstoff für das Mantelrohr und/oder die Standrohrkappe zweckmäßig. Ferner kann der Kupferwerkstoff einseitig grün patiniert sein.
Walzblanke, quarz- oder anthrazitfarben vorbewitterte Zink-Titan-Legierungen, Aluminium, Aluminiumlegierungen, Farbaluminium sowie Edelstahl sind ebenso als Werkstoff geeignet.
Die funktionale Gliederung des Standrohrs in ein Innenrohr zur Abführung des Niederschlags und in ein individuell anpaßbares Mantelrohr zur Erfüllung dekorativer Anforderungen vereint auf geschickte Art und Weise Technik und Design. Durch die Kombination eines standardisierten Innenrohrs mit einem geeigneten Mantelrohr können gegenüber einem Standrohr, das ausschließlich aus dem Material des Fallrohrs besteht, z. B Kupfer, einerseits Gewicht und andererseits Baukosten eingespart werden. Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, das Innenrohr stauwasserdicht über eine Muffenverbindung mit der Grundleitung zu verbinden, wobei das Standrohr jederzeit von der Grundleitung demontiert werden kann. Übergangsstücke zwischen der Grundleitung und dem Innenrohr sind im allgemeinen nicht erforderlich.
Die Erfindung ist nachfolgend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.
Mit 1 ist in der Zeichnung ein Standrohr bezeichnet, das sich aus einem Innenrohr 2 und einem Mantelrohr 3 zusammensetzt.
In das obere Ende 4 des Innenrohrs 2 greift ein Fallrohr 5 ein. Das untere Ende 6 mündet in einen nach oben gerichteten Stutzen 7 einer Grundleitung 8.
Das Mantelrohr 3 umschießt das Innenrohr 2 außenseitig oberhalb des Stutzens 7. Es weist einen sich über das obere Ende 4 des Innenrohrs 2 hinaus erstreckenden Längenabschnitt 9 auf, der eine nach innen gerichtete Einprägung 10 in Form einer umfangsseitigen gerundeten Ringnut aufweist. Der Innendurchmesser ID des Mantelrohrs 3 im Bereich der Einprägung 10 ist kleiner als der Außendurchmesser AD des Innenrohrs 2. Die Einprägung 10 stützt sich dadurch auf der Stirnseite 11 des oberen Endes 4 des Innenrohrs 2 ab. Oberhalb der Einprägung 10 setzt sich der Längenabschnitt 9 zylindrisch fort.
Der zylindrische Bereich 12 des Längenabschnitts 9 wird außenseitig von einer Standrohrkappe 13 zylindrisch umschlossen. Oberhalb eines zylindrischen Höhenabschnitts 14 der Standrohrkappe 13 schließt sich ein das Fallrohr 5 umschließender, sich radikal verjüngender oberer Höhenabschnitt 15 an. Die Standrohrkappe 13 stützt sich über den oberen Höhenabschnitt 15 auf der Stirnseite 16 des zylindrischen Bereichs 12 des Längenabschnitts 9 des Mantelrohrs 3 ab.

Claims (9)

  1. Standrohr für einen Niederschlag abführenden Rohrstrang, in dessen oberes Ende (4) ein Fallrohr (5) eingreift und dessen unteres Ende (6) in eine Grundleitung (8) mündet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Standrohr (1) ein das Fallrohr (5) umfassendes Innenrohr (2) und ein Mantelrohr (3) aufweist, welches zumindest den oberen Höhenbereich (4) des Innenrohrs (2) außenseitig umschließt.
  2. Standrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (2) sich mit einem über das obere Ende (4) des Innenrohrs (2) hinaus erstreckenden Längenabschnitt (9) an der Stirnseite (11) des Innenrohrs (2) abstützt.
  3. Standrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sich über das obere Ende (4) des Innenrohrs (2) hinaus erstreckende Längenabschnitt (9) des Mantelrohrs (3) sich über mindestens eine nach innen gerichtete Einprägung (10) an der Stirnseite (11) des Innenrohrs (2) abstützt.
  4. Standrohr nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einprägung (10) als umfangsseitige Ringnut ausgebildet ist.
  5. Standrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser (AD) des Innenrohrs (2) etwa dem Außendurchmesser (AD1) der Grundleitung (8) entspricht.
  6. Standrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenrohr (2) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  7. Standrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Standrohr (1) eine das Fallrohr (5) umschließende Standrohrkappe (13) zugeordnet ist.
  8. Standrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Standrohrkappe (13) über die Einprägung (10) erstreckt.
  9. Standrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (3) und/oder die Standrohrkappe (13) aus dem gleichen Werkstoff wie das Fallrohr (5) bestehen.
