Washer extractors for commercial users be able to be loaded automatically as far as possible. Manual handling of the laundry when loading or unloading the machine be avoided. In particular, laundry comes in as laundry Consideration. There is also the washing of small piece goods possible, for example corks for wine bottles. Of the For the sake of simplicity, laundry is referred to below, without excluding other areas of application.
Gerade bei diesen Ausführungen ist es bislang üblich, das Be- und Entladen manuell auszuführen .Washer extractors are used in partitions or Through-loading versions used. The loading takes place the drum on one side and the discharge on another Page. With these versions in particular, it has so far been common perform loading and unloading manually.
A special version of a partition machine is one-sided stored, loaded through an opening in the drum jacket and unloaded through a front opening. Automatic unloading via the front opening can be made possible by tilting the drum become. Up to now, the loading process had to be carried out manually become.
The object of the present invention is to close the machine design that an automatic loading is possible. The machine according to the invention is characterized by means for automatic opening and closing of the door in the drum jacket. Up to now, the door operation had to be carried out manually to ensure that the door is loaded after loading is closed properly.
The automatic opening of the door is particularly supported by two Measures. The door is inside the drum can be lowered and is there parallel to the drum jacket a partial rotation of the drum with the opening of an opening automatically moved. If the door is in Is in the closed position, but is not locked a clear safety reserve that the door in ongoing operation to the outside and at the same time to the adjacent walls of the drum shell is pressed. A It is not possible to open the door to the outside.
The door has a special locking mechanism an outward facing lock. This is activated by a fixedly arranged outside the drum Actuator that, in addition to the closing function, the Drum door in this area inside the drum and can move back again.

vorgesehen. Im Einwurfschacht 32 ist eine nicht gezeigte,
vorzugsweise pneumatisch betätigte Gehäusetür vorgesehen. Das
Betätigungselement 26 als Schließmechanismus für die Tür 29 und
der Einwurfschacht 32 sind im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel
in einer 12-Uhr und 13-Uhr-Position angeordnet. Möglich sind
sowohl weitere Betätigungselemente mit zugeordneten
Einwurfschächten als auch die Anordnung eines
Betätigungselements mit dem zugehörigen Einwurfschacht an
anderer Stelle. So kann beispielsweise ein zusätzlicher oder
alleiniger Einwurfschacht in 10-Uhr-Position vorgesehen sein,
mit zugeordneten Betätigungselement in 9-Uhr- oder 11-Uhr-Position.The
Dadurch kommen zwei seitliche Verriegelungsbolzen 38 frei.
The
Gleitschiene 40 gelangt.To expose an
damit getrennt. Die Trommel 21 kann anschließend anlaufen. The
The positions of the key,

51 gehalten.The
Fig. 9 shows details in connection with the management of the
49, 50. Diese stecken zweifach in Führungen 59, 60 und können
deshalb keine queraxialen Bewegungen ausführen. In the following, the function of the lock will be explained with reference to FIG.
