The invention relates to a flat roof water drain with a Drain box and an adjoining drain pipe, the for essentially horizontal implementation through a roof edge is intended for a downpipe, the drain box has a floor whose width is greater than the clear one The diameter of the drain pipe is and the bottom of the drain box a non-lowered floor section and one over a step has lowered bottom portion. The invention further relates to a flat roof with such a flat roof water drain.
The invention also relates to a flat roof water drain a drain box and a drain pipe connected to it, that for essentially horizontal implementation an edge upturn to a downpipe is determined, the Drain box has a bottom whose width is larger than that clear diameter of the drain pipe. The invention relates also a flat roof with such a flat roof water drain.
It is basically possible to have flat roofs through an inside of the flat roof pipe system to drain over large areas of a flat roof provide as even a drainage as possible to enable. The considerable effort involved in the roof structure can be avoided if there is sufficient is the flat roof, for example due to its limited Size, just drain at the edge by the usual Roof edge termination (ATTIKA) of the flat roof penetrations with Drain pipes are provided, which are regular in vertical Open downpipes.
The DIN standard 19599 writes for processes for rainwater maximum damming levels before discharge and minimum discharge quantities for predetermined nominal or nominal widths of the drain pipe. For drain pipes with a nominal width of 100 mm, for example, is a minimum discharge quantity of 4.5 l / s and a maximum accumulation height of 35 mm specified.
It has been shown that through usual ATTIKA processes, as is for example in the book Dierks / Schneider / Wormuth "Baukonstruction", 3rd ed., Düsseldorf 1993, page 575 are values that are not reached by the standard. The well-known flat roof water drains consist of one box formed by a sieve wall, with its bottom on placed the flat roof or in the top sealing layer of the Flat roof is embedded. A rectangular mouthpiece, the bottom of which is flush with the bottom of the sieve box, closes and turns into a round one that is led through by the edging Drain pipe over. The drain pipe is only there installed slightly inclined to the horizontal (1 to 3 °).
An essentially L-shaped drain piece draws a trough-shaped lowered section of the floor before, which practically merges into a pipe connection on which a horizontally installed drain pipe can be pushed on. The lowered trough of the floor ensures that the water runs off into the horizontal drain pipe.
For the removal of larger amounts of water at the previously known Construction enlarged nominal diameters of the drain pipe be provided.
The fulfillment of the limit values specified by the named standard for the minimum flow rates and maximum dam levels for a predetermined nominal diameter of the diameter of the drain pipe does not succeed with the known constructions.
The present invention is therefore based on the problem out, a flat roof drainage through a penetration of a To allow roof edge termination with which the flow rates can be increased and the maximum accumulation levels can be reduced.
On the basis of this problem, according to the invention Flat roof water drainage of the type mentioned in the introduction, that the drain pipe with a falling down Piece and possibly only a slightly inclined pipe end piece connects to the lowered floor section so that the diameter of the pipe end completely below the not lowered floor section.
The invention is based on the knowledge that the previous one Considering the drainage problem as having a drainage problem a free surface from a purely hydrostatic point of view, according to which the flow rate and flow rate by the nominal size of the drain pipe and the dam height before Depending on the mouth of the drain pipe, not only that of the invention can solve the underlying problem. According to the invention measures influencing the hydrodynamics, namely using at least two accelerations of water flow at least one by step-like lowering. Here has shown that at least two accelerations are required are to the desired effect of a significant increase to achieve the drainage performance at low water retention levels. The step-like lowering therefore has the effect that a damming reaction of the flowing water on the front dammed water standing at the outlet avoided or at least is significantly reduced, so that a largely backflow free Drainage of water from the flat roof is achieved. The high of step-like lowering of the water flow, that of the acceleration serve the water is already due to the installation conditions limited, the only relatively small step-like subsidence allow (maximum a few centimeters). In addition, the acceleration effect according to the invention towards the drain pipe also only when received a continuous flow remains, so the water flow does not at the step-like subsidence tears off like a waterfall. Are preferred therefore the step-like depressions dimensioned so that after Formation of a constant accumulation height of the water on the Flat roof a steadily flowing water surface in the area of gradual reductions are retained.
In the flat roof water drain according to the invention, the drain pipe arranged so that it is due to low water levels on the flat roof is already completely filled, as it is with its cross section does not over the surface of the flat roof protrudes. It is thus offset in level compared to the Flat roof surface arranged. In this case, the causes the measures according to the invention accelerated water flow in the drain pipe an additional suction effect, the acceleration effect transfers to the water to be drained on the flat roof and thus contributes to an increase in drainage performance. The second acceleration of the outflowing water becomes special executed effectively when the free diameter of the pipe end piece at least more than half below the lowered one Bottom section is located.
It has been shown that it is for the implementation of the invention The method is particularly advantageous if the first gradual acceleration of the water across a flow range takes place, which is much larger than the flow width in the drain pipe. This also makes the filling supports the drain pipe even at low accumulation heights.
Under a level or step-like lowering is in the sense of present invention a slope increase realized on a small distance to understand. This can be done with an angle of 90 °, but also carried out with a relatively small acute angle be, as can be seen from the exemplary embodiments explained in more detail below results.
The piece falling down according to the invention can be part of a be a piece of pipe sloping downwards, which may be together with a possibly only slightly inclined pipe section the drain pipe forms. The sloping piece can be one have a larger diameter than a remnant of the drain pipe, whose diameter determines the nominal width of the drain pipe.
The piece sloping downwards can join with a mouth connect the lowered floor section. The mouth can are only in the lowered section of the floor, in some cases, however, the lowered ones are also advantageous Bottom section and in a rear end wall of the drain box extend so the drain pipe is not too strong lower against the surface of the flat roof.
The stage for forming the lowered floor section and the Beginning of the piece falling down can in the direction of flow be spaced apart. For a minor Longitudinal expansion, especially for assembly of the whole Flat roof water drain inside the roof edge is useful is the beginning of the bottom section lowered by the step with the beginning of the sloping piece collapse.
For manufacturing and assembly reasons, it is useful if the Drain box with the piece falling down a uniform is prefabricated component. The drain box can Roof surface be closed with a sieve arrangement, the can also be formed as a separate part.
The flat roof water drain according to the invention can be divided into several install advantageous arrangements.
According to the invention is therefore a flat roof with one over Roof insulation layer applied sealing layer and with a Flat roof water drain of the type mentioned above in a first principle embodiment characterized in that the lowered bottom section in one is only a part the thickness of the roof insulation layer extending recess the roof insulation layer is used.
The flat roof water drainage according to the invention therefore requires not that interfering with the load-bearing roof layer become. Rather, it is sufficient if only within the roof insulation layer penetration is provided. It can the mouthpiece of the flat roof water drain that slopes downwards below the lowered section of the floor and inside the roof insulation layer or that falling down Piece connected to the lowered floor section be that it is performed essentially within the edging is.
In an alternative embodiment, the flat roof is included the flat roof water drain according to the invention provided that the sunken bottom section of the flat roof water drain essentially completely arranged within the roof edge is.

The sectional view shown in Figure 1 shows a load-
Fassadenschicht 8 ergibt. Auf die Oberseite des Dachrandabschlusses
5 ist ein den Dachrandabschluß 5 vollständig übergreifendes
Abschlußprofil 10 aufgebracht, das auf den vertikalen
Seiten mit Abstand von der Abdichtschicht 4 endet. The edge of the
Be- und Entlüfungsöffnung aufweist.
begrenzt. Die L-förmig ausgebildete Einlauföffnung des Ablaufkastens
16 wird durch ein entsprechend gewinkeltes Siebgitter 25
abgedeckt, das grobe Verunreinigungen zurückhält.The
Figure 2 shows that the
Figure 3 shows that the
Figure 5 shows that the roof structure described regularly by

For the description of the following exemplary embodiments the same reference numbers are used for functionally identical parts, although the statements may be modified in individual cases.
In the embodiment shown in Figures 6 to 10
the
Figures 7 to 9 illustrate that the
Figure 10 illustrates that the opening of the
Flachdaches praktisch unangetastet bleibt.
A third exemplary embodiment is shown in FIGS. 11 to 14
shown. The
Bodenabschnitts 19. Im übrigen ist das nach unten abfallende
Stück 14 wiederum abgewinkelt ausgebildet, um den Anschluß
zum Abflußrohr 11 herzustellen.The
Weise statt. Also in the fourth exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 15 to 18
the
Because of the training according to the invention, it is shown with all
Embodiments possible, which were not previously achievable
