Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Befüllen einer Zwei-Kammer-Tube aus Kunststoff, die einen im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt und eine sich zwischen zwei im wesentlichen diametral gegenüberliegenden Anschlußpunkten (23, 24) der Tubenwandung (21) erstreckende Trennwand (22) aus Kunststoff aufweist, die eine Überlänge gegenüber dem Tubendurchmesser besitzt und zusammen mit der Tubenwandung (21) die beiden Kammern (25, 26) bildet, wobei in jede Kammer (25, 26) eine Fülldüse zum Einbringen eines Füllguts eingeführt und die Tube (20) anschließend nach dem Herausführen der Fülldüsen verschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (22) vor dem Einführen der Fülldüsen in ihren an die Anschlußpunkte (23, 24) angrenzenden Endbereichen (22a) an der Innenseite der Tubenwandung (21) derart festgelegt wird, daß die Länge des zwischen den Endbereichen (22a) verbleibenden Mittelbereichs (22b) im wesentlichen dem Durchmesser der Tube (20) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endbereiche (22a) der Trennwand (22) vollflächig mit der Tubenwandung (21) verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endbereiche (22a) der Trennwand (22) mit der Tubenwandung (21) oberflächlich verschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endbereiche (22a) lösbar an der Tubenwandung (21) festgelegt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Tube (20) ein beheizter Formkopf (14) eingeführt wird, der die Endbereiche (22a) der Trennwand (22) ausgerichtet hält und daß von der Außenseite der Tube (20) Preßbacken (16) gegen die die Endbereiche (22a) haltenden Abschnitte (14c, 14d) des Formkopfes (14) verfahren werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkopf (14) den Mittelbereich (22b) der Trennwand (22) in einer Nut (17) im wesentlichen berührungsfrei aufnimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßbacken (16) unbeheizt und ungekühlt sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit einer Fülleinheit und einer nachgeschalteten Verschlußeinheit zum Verschließen der gefüllten Tube, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fülleinheit eine Formeinheit (10) vorgeschaltet ist, die einen in die Tube (20) einführbaren, beheizten Formkopf (14), der die Endbereiche (22a) der Trennwand (22) mit Hilfe von Anlageflächen (14c, 14d) ausgerichtet hält, und außenseitig der Tube (20) angeordnete Preßbacken (16) umfaßt, die gegen die Anlageflächen (14c, 14d) des Formkopfes (14) verfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen (14c, 14d) auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des Formkopfes (14) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkopf (14) eine sich zwischen den Anlageflächen (14c, 14d) erstreckende Nut (17) besitzt, die den Formkopf (14) in zwei Einführabschnitte (14a, 14b) unterteilt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführabschnitte (14a, 14b) auf ihrer der Tube (20) zugewandten Einführseite jeweils Führungsflächen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen gegeneinander geneigt sind, so daß die Einführabschnitte (14a, 14b) eine sich verjüngende Form aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (17) schräg zu den Anlageflächen (14c, 14d) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (17) im mittleren Bereich ihrer Länge an ihren Nutflanken (17a) jeweils Ausnehmungen (18) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßbacken (16) unbeheizt und ungekühlt sind.
