Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Ausrichten eines durch seinen Transport auf einer Rollbahn unregelmässigen Stapels (P) von Bogenmaterial, wobei die Rollen (4) der Rollbahn auf parallelen und quer zur Transportrichtung des besagten Stapels (P) verlaufenden Drehachsen (5) angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stapel (P) an einer Stopfläche (1, 32) festgestellt wird, und dass die Achsen (5) der Rollen (4), auf welchen der Stapel (P) liegt, mit einer Parallelverschiebung in der Transportrichtung des Stapels (P) angetrieben werden, während die Rollen (4) frei um ihre jeweiligen Drehachsen (5) drehen können.
- Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten eines durch seinen Transport auf einer Rollbahn (4) unregelmässigen Stapels (P) von Bogenmaterial, wobei die Rollbahn parallele und quer zur Transportrichtung verlaufende Drehachsen (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Stopfläche (1, 32) für den Stapel (P) und mindestens einen Zug mit Rollen (4) umfasst, welche um parallele und quer zum Transportweg des Stapels (P) auf dem Förderer verlaufenden Drehachsen (5) angebracht sind, wobei die jeweiligen Enden dieser Achsen (5) mit Kettengliederachsen von jeweils zwei Endlosketten (6, 7; 8, 9) verbunden sind, die auf Führungs- und Antriebsmitteln (10, 11; 12, 13; 16 - 23) angebracht sind, und eines ihrer Trumms unter dem Stapel (P) ist, wobei diese Antriebsmittel die besagten Rollen (4) des Trumms der besagten Kette unter dem besagten Stapel (P) in einer Parallelverschiebung in der durch den besagten Förderer dem Stapel (P) erteilten Vorwärtsrichtung bis zum Ausrichten des Letzteren bewegen.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Stopfläche einen Anschlag (32) umfasst, der zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen beweglich ist, wobei er in der einen quer zum Verlauf des besagten Stapels (P) auf der Rollbahn (4) angeordnet, und in der anderen von diesem Verlauf zurückgezogen ist, sowie Mittel (33 - 36), welche diesen Anschlag (32) von der einen Position in die andere bewegen.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stopfläche zwischen den Teilen von zwei Rollenzügen (4) angeordnet ist, wobei die Achsen (5) der Rollen (4) von jedem Zug mit den Kettengliederachsen von jeweils zwei Endlosketten (6, 7; 8, 9) verbunden sind, und die Trumms der Endlosketten (6, 7; 8, 9) unter dem Stapel (P) bilden, wobei diese Stopfläche aus einer angehobenen Fläche (1; 37) besteht, welche zwischen diesen zwei Rollenzügen (4) in der Mitte des Verlaufs des Stapels (P) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Stopfläche aus einer Endlospalettenkette (1) besteht, die mit Antriebsmitteln (24 - 27) verbunden ist, welche von den Antriebsmitteln (16 - 23) der besagten Endlosketten (6, 7; 8, 9) unabhängig sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Bremsmittel (29 - 31) umfasst, die mit den Rollen (4) in Eingriff kommen, welche sich in den Teilen der Rollenzüge (4) befinden, die mit den oberen Trumms der Endlosketten (6, 7; 8, 9) verbunden sind, so dass sie diese Rollen (4) um ihre jeweiligen Achsen (5) antreiben, wenn sie durch die besagten Ketten (6, 7; 8, 9) in Parallelverschiebung angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stopfläche (37) aus einer horizontalen Fläche besteht, die zwei vertikale Positionen einnehmen kann, eine Position über und die andere unter den oberen Teilen der Rollenzüge (4), wobei diese horizontale Fläche um eine vertikale Achse drehend angebracht ist.
- Gebrauch der Vorrichtung gemäss Patentansprüche 6 und 7 zum Drehen des besagten Stapels (P) von Kartonzuschnitten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte horizontale Stopfläche (37) über die oberen Teile der Rollenzüge (4) gebracht wird, und die Bremsmittel (29 - 31) so eingesetzt werden, dass die zwei Endloskettenpaare (6, 7; 8, 9) in zwei entgegengesetzten Richtungen angetrieben werden, so dass dem besagten Stapel (P) eine Drehung um die vertikale Drehachse der besagten horizontalen Stopfläche (37) auferlegt wird.
