Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abgasführung für ein Heizgerät sowie ein Heizgerät mit einer derartigen Abgasführung, mit einer Strömungssicherung (24), mit einem in den Aufstellungsraum des Heizgeräts mündenden Auslaß (32), sowie mit einem in dessen Bereich angeordneten Abgassensor (34) zur Detektion von rückstauendem Abgas. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Strömungssicherung (24) einen ersten Anschlußstutzen (26) für ein zum Heizgerät führendes Abgasrohr (18) und einen zweiten Anschlußstutzen (30) für eine externe Abgasführung, z. B. in Form eines Kamins oder eines Schornsteins, aufweist, wobei beide Anschlußstutzen (26, 30) versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Strömungssicherung (24) wird erstens die Einbauhöhe des Heizgeräts nicht wesentlich erhöht und zweitens läßt sich das Heizgerät auf einfache Art und Weise in ein vollkondensierendes Brennwertgerät mit einem Luft-Abgas-System umrüsten.
