Definitions
- the invention relates to a ceiling grid for clean rooms according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- Such ceiling grids are used to hold and store filter-fan units in cleanrooms.
- the ceiling grid is through Profile rails and connecting pieces connecting them to one another educated.
- the filter-fan units are in the ceiling grid openings used and supported on the ceiling grid.
- the area above the ceiling grid must be opposite that below clean room located in the ceiling grid. Therefore, in the joint area between the rails and the Connections of the connector after a liquid sealant the installation of the ceiling grid.
- the ceiling grid Filling openings are provided through which the sealing liquid is introduced.
- optically not checked can be whether the sealing fluid in the joint area is sufficient has spread to ensure a perfect seal.
- the invention has for its object the generic ceiling grid to be designed so that in the joint area between the profile rails and the connectors are reliably sealed can.
- the dry seal used before assembly of rails and connectors in the corresponding Grooves can be inserted. This can be done without difficulty to determine whether the dry seal is properly inserted is. That is why the profile rail and connecting piece are joined together ensures a reliable seal in the joint area.
- a profile rail can be removed to for example, to replace a filter-fan unit and / or to repair. Either the old one can be inserted into the open groove Dry seal or a new dry seal without difficulty insert so that after installing the profile rail again a perfect seal in the joint area is guaranteed.
- the ceiling grid is used to hold and store filter-fan units in cleanrooms.
- the ceiling grid consists of Profile rails 1 and connectors 2, which in a known manner be connected to each other. 1 is the connecting piece 2 a node is shown at the four perpendicular to each other Profile rails 1 are connected with their ends.
- In Corner areas of the ceiling grid are angle or L-shaped connectors provided at the two angled, preferably Profile rails 1 lying at right angles to one another are connected can be.
- T-shaped Connectors 2 used, at the three angled, preferably Profiled rails connected at right angles to each other can be.
- the profile rails 1 are usually located perpendicular to each other, so that the connectors 2 accordingly have connections at right angles to each other.
- the connecting piece 2 forming a node has four Connections 3 to 6 at right angles to each other, each are equally trained. For this reason, the following is only the connection 3 described in more detail. It is designed as a hollow profile part, the transverse of a base body 7 of the connector 2nd protrudes.
- the connection 3 has two parallel side walls 8 and 9, at the bottom by a perpendicular to them running floor 10, 11 with a parallel to them Side wall 12 and 13 are connected.
- the side walls 8, 9, 12, 13 are the same height.
- the side walls 12, 13 bound together with a perpendicular to them and them together connecting bottom 14 a rectangular in cross section Cavity 15, which is closed by a ceiling 16. It lies in parallel to the floor 14 and connects the side walls 12, 13 at the top Longitudinal edge.
- the bottom 14 of the cavity 15 connects the lower ones Longitudinal edges of the side walls 12, 13 and lies in one plane with the Floors 10, 11.
- the floors 10, 11, 14 are flat and form in the installed position part of the underside
- the side walls 8, 12 and the bottom 10 and the side walls 9, 13 and the bottom 11 each delimit a groove 17 and 18 which serve to accommodate sealing material.
- the channels 17, 18 are behind open at the top and close at right angles to corresponding neighboring ones Gutters of adjacent connections 4 and 6.
- a rectangular wall 19 stands vertically on the ceiling 16, the middle provided with a passage opening 20 for a threaded bolt 21 is.
- the outside of the wall 19 lies in a common one Level with the end face 22 of the connection 3.
- To the back of the Wall 19 connects two side walls 23 and 24, which also lie perpendicular to the ceiling 16 and triangular in view are.
- the side walls 23, 24 taper from the connection 3 up to the top of wall 19.
- Profile rails 1 which connect to connections 3 to 6, have a profile part 25, which has essentially the same outline shape has the connection 3.
- a web 26 which is designed as a hollow profile part and is arranged upright.
- the web 26 is provided with a transverse web 27 in height, which has a central, Has opening 28 through its length.
- a C-shaped one Rail part 29 is provided, which is used to hold holders 30, with which the ceiling grid hanging on a ceiling or the like is attached.
- the profile rail 1 is advantageously formed in one piece.
- the connector 2 is advantageously made in one piece.
- the profile rails 1 are on the respective connections 3 to 6 are butted.
- the threaded bolts 21 the profile rails with the corresponding connectors 2 firmly connected.
- the threaded bolts 21 are inserted through the passage openings 20 and into the openings 28 screwed in the crosspiece 27 of the profile rails 1.
- the bolt head is located protected in the area between the two triangular ones Side walls 23, 24.
- the web 26 lies on the outside of the wall 19 flat.
- the profile part 25 also lies with its flat end face on the corresponding flat end face 22 of the respective connection 3 to 6 of the connector 2.
- a dry seal 32 (Fig. 2 to 4) is inserted becomes.
- It is advantageously made of silicone, but can also be made of polytetrafluoroethylene, made of polyethylene, rubber or the like.
- the dry seal 32 which is before attaching the rails 1 is inserted into the connector 31 in the grooves 31 in their shape to the shape of the end face 22 of the respective connection 3 to 6 adjusted.
- the dry seal designed as a molded part Accordingly, 32 has two ends that are parallel to one another Legs 33, 34, each by a perpendicular to them Connector 35, 36 with inner legs 37 and 38 are connected.
- the outer legs 33, 34 are in the Installation position in the groove sections assigned to the side walls 8, 9 of the connecting piece 2.
- the inner legs 37, 38 lie in the side walls 12, 13 of the connecting piece 2 associated groove sections, while the crossbar 39 in the Cover 16 associated groove section is used.
- the floor 14 of the connections 3 to 6 is not provided with a groove.
- the dry seal 32 can be installed before mounting the rails 1 easily into the grooves 31 in the end faces of the connections 3 to 6 of the Insert connector 2. In particular, this can be reliable check whether the seal has been inserted properly.
- the grooves 31 in the end faces 22 of the connections 3 to 6 are like this deep that the dry seals 32 are held securely in the grooves. This ensures that the dry seals 32 in the Assembly of the profile rails 1 does not accidentally fall out or slip within the grooves 31.
- the dry seals 32 are slightly out of the grooves 31, so that they are screwed on the rails 1 are compressed elastically, because the Profile parts 25 of the rails 1 the same cross-sectional profile as that Have connections 3 to 6.
- dry seals 32 has the advantage that they can be used several times, so that the dry seals again after a repair on the ceiling grid can be used. Add to that the dry seal 32 is an inexpensive component.
- the dry seal 32 preferably has a rectangular cross section rounded edges. This allows the dry seal 32 simply insert into the groove 31.
- the groove 31 can also in the end face of the profile part 25 of the respective Profile rail 1 may be provided. It is also possible in the End faces of the connection 3 and the profile part 25 each have a groove to provide for the dry seal 32. Then it is so thick that it is elastically compressed in the installation position to ensure tightness to ensure in the joint area.
