Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zur mechanischen Behandlung von hochkonsistentem Faserstoff, mit mindestens zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren Behandlungswerkzeugen (1, 2,),1.1 die jeweils eine im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrische Form haben und koaxial zueinander angeordnet sind,1.2 die in ringförmigen, zu ihrer Mitte konzentrischen Reihen angeordnete Zähne (3, 3', 3'', 4, 4', 4'') aufweisen, zwischen welchen sich Zahnlücken (5) befinden, die freie Querschnitte bilden, welche von dem zu behandelnden Faserstoff durchströmbar sind,1.3 die zwischen den Zahnreihen ringförmige Zwischenräume (11) aufweisen,1.4 die so zueinander positioniert sind, daß mindestens eine Zahnreihe eines Behandlungswerkzeuges (1,2) in einen ringförmigen Zwischenraum (11) des anderen, komplementären Behandlungswerkzeuges (2,1) hineinreicht,1.5 wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Austragsvorrichtung (8) für den radial nach außen austretenden Faserstoff enthält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Austragsvorrichtung (8) ein Umlenkelement (9) enthält mit einer Kontur (10), die so geformt ist, daß sie radial austretenden Faserstoff in etwa axiale Richtung umlenkt und daß das relativ zum Gehäuse (6) der Vorrichtung bewegbare Behandlungswerkzeug (2) im Bereich des Außendurchmessers mit mindestens einem Radialvorsprung (7) versehen ist, der sich über den radial äußersten Rand hinaus erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Behandlungswerkzeug (1) zu einem feststehenden Stator (6) gehört und das komplementäre Behandlungswerkzeug (2) zu einem antreibbaren Rotor (5). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rotationsachse waagerecht liegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens ein Radialvorsprung (7) Teil des bewegbaren Behandlungswerkzeuges (2) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der radiale Überstand (b) des Radialvorsprungs (7) über den Umfang des Rotors (5) hinaus zwischen 3 und 50 mm beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der radiale Überstand (b) des Radialvorsprungs (7) über den Umfang des Rotors (5) hinaus zwischen 3 und 20 mm beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Radialvorsprung (7) in Umfangsrichtung auf mindestens einer Seite eine Fläche (A, A') aufweist, die zum Radius in einem Auflaufwinkel (α) zwischen 10° und 45° steht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangserstreckung (c) des Radialvorsprungs (7) einen Winkel zwischen 3° und 15° hat. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangserstreckung (c) des Radialvorsprungs (7) einen Winkel von 360° hat. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Behandlungswerkzeug (2) einen einzigen Radialvorsprung (7) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Radialvorsprung (7) nicht axial in den Behandlungsbereich des komplementären Behandlungswerkzeuges hineinreicht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontur (10) des Umlenkelementes (9) über einen Umfangswinkel (d) zwischen 180° und 300° verläuft und sich im wesentlichen oberhalb der Behandlungswerkzeuge erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontur (10) des Umlenkelementes (9) die Innenfläche eines Torusabschnittes hat, dessen Zentrum mit dem der Behandlungswerkzeuge zusammenfällt. - Behandlungswerkzeug zur mechanischen Bearbeitung von hochkonsistentem Faserstoff,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es für eine Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche geeignet ist. - Behandlungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es aus einer Mehrzahl von Kreisringsegmenten zusammengesetzt ist.
