Abstract

Es ist hierbei vorgesehen, daß eine Verstelleinrichtung für ein Potentiometer zur elektrischen Saugleistungseinstellung in die Bedienfläche (3) des Schalters (1) zum Ein- und Ausschalten integriert ist. Hierzu tritt aus der Bedienfläche (3) des Schalters ein Abschnitt (7) eines abgedeckten Scheibenelementes (5) als Stellrad hervor, das mit dem Potentiometer (8) als Antrieb verbunden ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum elektrischen Ein- und Ausschalten von Staubsaugern über einen Schalter mit einer plattenförmigen Bedienfläche, wobei der Schalter, insbesondere als Fußtaster, im Staubsaugergehäuse, integriert und zur elektrischen Saugleistungseinstellung ein einstellbares Potentiometer angeordnet ist.
Anordnungen dieser Art sind bekannt, wobei die Saugleistung durch eine Verstellung eines gesonderten Potentiometers erfolgt. Dieses geschieht über ein Bedienelement als Schieberegler oder Drehknebel. Hierbei besteht der Mangel, daß zusätzlich ein Umsetzungsglied und/oder eine aufwendige Führung mit einem Display erforderlich ist und eine Fußbedienung kaum möglich ist.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine bedienerfreundliche, einfache Anordnung zu schaffen, die auch eine störungsfreie Mechanik mit einfacher Montage ermöglicht und eine Fußbedienung gewährleistet.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß die Bedienfläche des Schalters einen hervortretenden Abschnitt eines abgedeckten Scheibenelementes als Stellrad aufweist, das zur elektrischen Saugleistungseinstellung mit einem verstellbaren Potentiometer verbunden ist.
Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, daß zwei beabstandete Kreisscheiben als Scheibenelemente über ein zentrales Wellenelement angeordnet und das Wellenelement in seiner Drehachse mit dem Potentiometer verbunden ist.
Um eine einfach Stellungsanzeige entsprechend der Saugleistung zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß jedes Scheibenelement eine Farbkennzeichnung zur Stellungsanzeige im außenliegenden Abschnitt aufweist.
Es ist ferner vorteilhaft, daß die Scheibenelemente über einen Bereich von etwa 260 Grad verstellbar sind.
Durch diese Ausbildung ist es möglich, mit einem Minimum an zusätzlichen Teilen eine Integration in die Einschalttaste durchzuführen und keinen Eingriff in die Gehäuseoberfläche vorzunehmen.
In der Zeichnung ist eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung im Schnitt schematisch dargestellt.
Bei der Darstellung ist ein Schalter 1 als Taster, der in einem nicht näher dargestellten Staubsaugergehäuse integriert ist, zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Staubsaugers mit einem Schaltergehäuse 2 gezeigt. Es ist hierbei im wesentlichen die außenliegende Bedienfläche 3 erkennbar, während die eigentlichen elektrischen Schaltelemente nicht zu entnehmen sind.
In dem Schaltergehäuse 2 ist ein zentrales Wellenelement 4 innenwandnah gelagert, das zwei beabstandete Scheibenelemente 5 als Keisscheiben trägt. Diese Scheibenelemente 5 treten durch zugeordnete Durchtritte 6 der Bedienfläche 3, so daß Kreisabschnitte 7 der Scheibenelemente 5 von außen als Stellrad zugänglich sind.
Das zentrale Wellenelement 4 ist direkt mit einem Potentiometer 8 verbunden, um bei Verdrehen der Scheibenelemente 5 eine elektrische Saugleistungseinstellung vorzunehmen. Die Verstellung geschieht durch kraftschlüssiges tangentiales Bewegen der Scheibenelemente 5 am außenliegenden Kreisabschnitt 7. Eine Drehwinkelbegrenzung kann durch einen Nocken am Scheibenelement 5 erfolgen, der sich auch am zentralen Wellenelement befinden kann.
Die Außenbereiche der Scheibenelemente 5 sind farblich gekennzeichnet, um die eingestellte Drehposition und somit die Saugeinstellung anzugeben.

Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zum elektrischen Ein- und Ausschalten von Staubsaugern über einen Schalter mit einer plattenförmigen Bedienfläche, wobei der Schalter, insbesondere als Fußtaster, im Staubsaugergehäuse, integriert und zur elektrischen Saugleistungseinstellung ein einstellbares Potentiometer angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bedienfläche (3) des Schalters (1) einen hervortretenden Abschnitt (7) eines abgedeckten Scheibenelementes (5) als Stellrad aufweist, das zur elektrischen Saugleistungseinstellung mit einem verstellbaren Potentiometer (8) verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Ansspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei beabstandete Kreisscheiben (5) als Scheibenelemente über ein zentrales Wellenelement (4) angeordnet und in das Wellenelement (4) in seiner Drehachse mit dem Potentiometer (8) verbunden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Scheibenelement (5) eine Farbkennzeichnung zur Stellungsanzeige im außenliegenden Abschnitt (7) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibenelemente (5) über einen Bereich von etwa 260 Grad verstellbar sind.
