Abstract

Es wird ein 2/2-Wege-Elektro-Magnetventil (1) vorgeschlagen, das stromlos offen ist und das in eine Dieselöl führende Leitung zu einer Hochdruckpumpe eingesetzt ist.
Zum Zweck einer Notabschaltug oder bei einer Überprüfung der Einrichtung wird das Magnetventil (1) bestromt und schließt dann die Leitung zur Hochdruckpumpe ab, wodurch die Hochdruckförderung unterbrochen wird.
Das Magnetventil (1) hat einen Anker, der in einem dieselölgefüllten Ankerraum (13) arbeitet, der nach außen durch zwei O-Ringe (16 und 17) abgedichtet ist. Ein bei einem Spritzvorgang hergestelltes, aus Kunststoff bestehendes Ventilgehäuse (2) schützt die Spule (20) und die Kontaktierung der elektrischen Anschlüsse vor Korrosion und bewahrt die einzelnen Drähte der Spule (20) vor Schwingungsbeanspruchungen.
Das Magnetventil (1) ist zur Anwendung in Common Rail-Einspritzanlagen von Fahrzeug-Brennkraftmaschinen bestimmt.
