Definitions
- the invention relates to a sun protection holder and a multi-part Awning holder, according to the generic terms of Claims 1 and 2.
- Multi-part awning brackets were used primarily for mounting large or long or wide awnings created. This is because when assembled with one-piece brackets the unevenness of walls or ceilings was not could be compensated. With those known for years and proven two-piece holders is a compensation in horizontal, but not stepless in the vertical direction possible. This is how every cassette awning, however stable it was horizontally mounted correctly, but then when tightening the Bracket on the odd, crooked walls and ceilings more or less twisted or tense. When driving out then came the bezel with the arms - for warped Box seen - crooked out and "popped" when entering, which always led to complaints.
- the invention enables any awning (on cassette or for the first time with the possibility to adjust that they can be installed without twisting. Once on the Central holder mounted, it can be horizontal, vertical and can be readjusted diagonally without being removed from the central holder must be removed again. This results in on the other hand, that the undesired readjustment of the arm is eliminated.
- the awning as such remains as straight as it was set at the factory.
- WO91 / 17329 by the same inventor describes an awning construction in the awning bracket that can be attached to a building Pick up a supporting part at two coupling points.
- the lower coupling point consists of one along the awning extended gutter into which a corresponding, opposite Bar of the supporting parts can be used.
- the bar and thus the supporting parts are therefore laterally displaceable, however held immovable across the gutter. At this coupling point therefore, there is only freedom of movement when installed (Play) in one direction.
- the supporting parts are each by means of an adjusting screw, so that it over the axis pivoted by the bar or gutter can.
- This allows the awning to be tilted to get voted.
- the adjusting screw is in a laterally displaceable sliding block, so that here, too, a shift at the upper coupling point (Play) in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the awning (only in one spatial direction) is possible.
- the tilt setting on the other hand, around the axis mentioned allows itself no "clear" play in one direction.
- a locking screw is provided to a selected inclination setting to lock.
- the previously known awning itself is a Cassette awning, one over its entire length Has cassette.
- the supporting parts are on the cassette fixed rigidly and without play.
- the invention also relates to another new inventive idea, which is particularly in Combination with the first is sensible to use, however is also applicable regardless.
- Awnings with two-part awning holders are, for example under the designations Superflach 120, Columbus sleeve and discus offered. In the German patent DE-B-2909306 a two-part holder is also specified.
- US-A-4673017 describes an awning with tilt adjustment, a support part for the two swivel arms is held on a holding part.
- a screw is used for Swivel adjustment of the swivel arms and thus for the inclination adjustment the awning.
- An additional screwable lock is not scheduled.
- a clear game in two Spatial directions are not provided.
- An uneven compensation Walls are not provided.
- the structure is - conditional through the two swivel arms and as a result of the required Bearings - also complex and in certain assembly positions possibly unstable.
- the invention is therefore an object of the search after size reduction, weight and component reduction to find an awning tilt adjustment that builds smaller and lighter.
- the invention also allows existing ones to be created two-part holder simple and cheap on an inventive Convert version. This has the advantage that no new injection molding tools for the production of the holder parts are necessary and small modifications are sufficient, in order to achieve the effect according to the invention.
- the invention further relates to a special variant: It's about a new kind - of course also independent of the invention applicable telescopic - Height adjustable - wall bracket, which in particular together applied advantageously with the invention described above can be.
- the new telescopic wall bracket makes it possible namely, depending on the individual inclination the awning, this up as far as possible move. This measure eliminates the problem that when the awning tilts, namely that an unnecessary free space is created above the awning also contributed to the fact that the awning was possibly free Window areas covered. Apart from that, it corresponds to the Aesthetics and the trend of modern awning constructions that To build awnings as small and "invisible as possible” or to assemble.
- the various height adjustment options according to the invention thus ensure that despite the inclination adjustment the awning is always optimally close to the Ceiling is mountable.
- FIGS. 26a, 26b, 27, 28, 30a, 30b, 30c and 31, are not covered by the subject matter of the independent claims.
- the essence of the invention consists in a two-part awning holder, in which the two parts, the holding part 1a and the Support part 2a are pivotable and can be blocked relative to one another.
- the Both parts are, as is known per se, by means of a retaining screw 3a connected, the retaining screw 3 in the holding part 1 is held rigid or pivotable, and the support part 2 around the retaining screw 3 is held rigidly or pivotably.
- the retaining screw 3 is a retaining nut 25a, 25b assigned, while in the figures 5-9 retaining screws 3 are shown with screw head. Of course can screw the respective screws with heads to be replaced with nuts and vice versa.
- the retaining screw 3 according to FIGS. 2-4 is an eye screw trained that penetrated by a bolt lla is that the screw 3 is thus pivotable in the holding part 1b holds, which has a corresponding recess 26a, 26b.
- FIGS. 5, 6, 8, 9 and 14 A variant of this is shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 8, 9 and 14, in which the bolt 11 has a threaded bore into which screw 3 is screwed in.
- FIG. 11 shows, as an alternative, a bolt 11c which is penetrated by a screw 3e, which is not by means of a thread but held in the bolt 11c by means of circlips 27 is.
- Another pin 11d is symbolic in FIG indicated that - with sufficient dimensioning - the Screw 3e can penetrate, making the bolt 11c superfluous would.
- Fig. 11 allows an even more extensive one Simplification, which is also within the scope of the invention and could also be used for the other designs:
- the circlips 27 act as locking parts, since they lock the retaining screw 3e in the retaining part 1, the retaining screw 3e at the same time, however Threaded bore 32b held against unwanted longitudinal displacement is.
- the setting of the retaining screw 3e could in in this case determine the inclination of the support part 2c itself, whereby this is supported on the rocker 33b. At such training would be preferred as not shown, the threaded bore 32b with the inclination to the supporting part 2c, like the clamping screw 4d in the present example.
- the peculiarity of the bolt 11e according to FIG. 14 is a Swivel angle stop 24, for example as a spring in a groove is pressed into the bolt and with a counter stop 28a, 28b cooperates in the holding part 1i in a pivot-limiting manner.
- the second essential element in the invention is a Clamping part 4, which is accessible in the installation position of the awning and the desired relative pivot position of the holding part and supporting part blocked to each other.
- clamping screws 4 which are conical at their tip or cambered or a clamping cone Wear 14a. They prevail in a threaded hole 5a Support part 2 directly or on a projecting support web 7a.
- clamping screw 4 could also be in the holding part 1 rotatably and against a portion of the Press support part 2.
- the support screws 4d according to Fig. 7 and 8 pass through Axis of rotation 29a with threaded bore, which is mounted in the supporting part is.
- the bore 30a in the support part 2e, f through the clamping screw 4d is enforced, the latter allows a swing game.
- Such can different pivot positions of the support part 2e, f are taken into account and the clamping screw is 4d optimally supported against the holding part 1b, c.
- the bore is in the supporting part 2a dimensioned for the retaining screw 3a with play so that the Support part 2a can pivot about the screw 3a. It is also 6,7,9,10,12 and 13 provided.
- the retaining screw 3b however in a threaded bore 32a in the support part 2b.
- swiveling is made possible by swiveling the retaining screw 3b in the holding part 1b.
- This Variant also applies to Figures 3-5,8,11 and 14.
- the clamping part 4 of presses down on the holding part 1 is in the embodiments of Figures 3.5-12 and 14 in the holding part 1 one bowl-shaped recess 15a, 15b, 15c attached, in which the Clamping screw 4 supports.
- two clamping screws 4e are provided, which are supported in a recess 15c, respectively a rocker-like between the two recesses 15c Bulge 33a of the holding part 1d is provided in order to suitable setting of the clamping screws 4e of the supporting part 2g bounces.
- the rocker has a similar rocker function 33b according to Fig. 11.
- FIG. 5 and 11 are a mounting tube 34 with a clamping screw 35 shown for its attachment, which illustrates that any awning constructions with the inventive new two-part awning holder installed can be.
- the Sun-Matic has in the embodiment shown a tilt joint installed, which is now removed or could be replaced by a simpler one.
- the invention also includes such variants with two Includes tilting options.
- FIG. 8 shows an example of a possible swivel angle 37 drawn.
- the rocker construction according to Fig. 9 is special stable.
- the shape of the rocker 33a influences any axial displacement of the support member 2.
- the support part 2h symbolically corresponds to the rigid Hinge part (26 from Fig.3 of EP-B1-194622) of the hinge attachment.
- One such is in EP-B1-194622 described so that it is not discussed in detail must become.
- a hinge 38 is indicated on the left edge of the supporting part 2h, that can be used as an assembly aid, but also makes the left retaining screw 3d replaceable if necessary.
- a wedge is inserted, the is designed to increase friction, for example, so that it when the nuts 25a are tightened, they cannot slip between the plate le and support part 2h is liable.
- Such a wedge could, for example also be adjustable, e.g. in Fig.1 and 2 shown.
- Alternatively, could be different thick washers around the retaining screws 3d between Support part 2h and plate le are arranged. The same thing applies not only to a ceiling arrangement, but also to an arrangement on a vertical wall, then of course a corresponding support bracket from the support part 2h protrudes.
- Fig. 10b offers a very similar structure, with this dispenses with the plate and the hinges 38 becomes.
- the structure according to Fig.10b represents a cheap construction Since the screw 4f against the masonry or e.g. supports against a steel beam in the ceiling, the is not machined, the tip of the screw 4f via a rounded support head that can be used for a wide variety of Masonry can be used universally.
- the hinge-like pivoting structure according to Fig. 13 draws is characterized by the fact that from the bottom only one Screw, namely the retaining screw 3f is visible.
- the Tilt adjustment or the setting of the clamping screw 4f is somewhat more complicated, since for the purpose of To change the setting, first remove the retaining screw 3f must become. If necessary, however, the clamping screw 4f also from the side using an open-ended or Allen key or the like be designed to be operable.
- the hook 23 can also be formed in two parts according to FIG. 13a, such a structure has an even greater mobility in the hinge area. Part lh could too be integrally connected to the part 2k, e.g. about a springy Piece of sheet metal.
- the part could also be one opposite recess for an opposite part in the part 2k so that they can be intertwined.
- the hole in the screw 4f is according to the invention countered or self-locking, so that when screwing in screw 3f into this hole automatically Solving is impossible.
- the support part 2k is excluded, so that the head of the Screw 4f can be added.
- the diameter of the Screw 3f is self-evident compared to the diameter of screw 4f trained in the correct dimension so that enough Holding force between 4f and 3f can be achieved.
- the bore on the other hand, has such a large one Diameter that a screwdriver convenient to use the screw 4f can be used.
- 15a and 15b show in principle a telescope adjustment a two-part holding part 1K1 and 1L1.
- the two parts 1K1 and 1L1 are connected by a lifting screw 40a.
- 1K1 the part to be attached to a ceiling is relative during 1L1 displaceable to this - by the lifting screw 40a driven - is guided in a recess 41.
- the part 1L1 has one of the recess 41 opposite trained recessed part 42, so that a lateral guidance of part 1L1 is given.
- the lower Part of part 1L1 is designed as a block 43 which, like not shown, the inclusion of a support part 2 for an awning is used.
- the recess 41 is limited by parallel webs that form the recessed part 2 leads in parallel so that any bending or tilting forces on the lifting screw 40a are kept away, because these bending or tipping forces through this parallel guidance be included.
- the lifting screw 40a is therefore only loaded with vertical forces.
- a simple structure follows 16a in which the movable holding part 1L2 laterally next to the rigid holding part 1K2 adjustable in height on the lifting screw 40b is.
- a support part 2i is between the bottom of the movable holding part 1L2 and a washer 17b or a holding nut 25b pivotally and by means of Lockable screw.
- the movable holding part is 1L2 relative to the rigid holding part 1K2 secured against rotation, so that Actuate the helicopter head 45b to an automatic Upward or downward movement of the movable holding part 1L2 leads. Since the holding nut 25b opposite the rigid holding part 1K2 is not secured against rotation, it initially migrates not independently along the lifting screw 40b.
- At least one side wall 61 optionally with the holding part 1K2 can be formed in one piece, or with this is screwable. Through slots 62a and b enable clamping of the movable holding part 1L2 on the side wall 61. As an alternative to this structure also a clamp or screw fastening through the holding part 1K2 with comparable slots and screws, whereby the screws would be in the plane of the drawing.
- the Side wall 61 could also be designed only as a side piece be that with the movable by the two screws 63a and 63b Holding part 1L2 and the rigid holding part 1K2 jammed becomes. In the jammed condition, could exceptionally even the lifting screw is omitted, if at the same time Support part 2i screwed or clamped accordingly would.
- the lifting screw bearing 44a is also in this example so big that with a wrench from the lifting screw 40b can be actuated from the side. At this version is the same as for other versions conceivable to relieve the bending of the lifting screw 40b in the rear Part of the holding part 1K2 - provide grooves in which sliding blocks or equivalent training of the movable holding part 1L2 can slide.
- Fig. 16b shows the embodiment with one piece trained side wall 61 and Fig.16c a variant thereof with removable side wall 61, which by a screw 63a can be clamped with retaining part 1K2 using a slot and sliding block 64 is.
- Fig. 17 The more detailed structure according to Fig. 17 is based on the Teaching the structure according to Fig. 16.
- Fig.20 are its components exploded. Unlike the previous constructions take place parallel to the lifting screw 40b two retaining screws 3h application, one of which is one Elongated hole 31c, the other one by way of example Slot 31d penetrates to with the movable holding part 1L3 to be connected and thus the supporting part 2L on the holding part 1 to keep.
- the movable holding part 1L3 is again on one
- Lift screw 40b is adjustable in height.
- the lower part the lifting screw 40b is rigid in a bore Holding part 1K5 mounted and opposite this with a lock nut 47 secured against rotation.
- the rigid holding part is 1K4 formed as a T-profile, which as a helical bearing 44c has a countersink into which the conical helicopter head 45c fits.
- a self-locking mother on the other end 47 provided that secures on the one hand and on the other hand as Screw head serves for turning the lifting screw 40b.
- a split pin can be used by the mother ensure their torsionally rigid connection with the lifting screw 40b.
- a guide or protective part 1K5 is preferred connected in one piece with 1K4. If necessary, it is through the recess 57 is added.
- a T or dovetail groove 55b or the like be provided for receives a sliding block against which a clamping screw 58b can be tightened in the desired position of 1L3.
- the inclination is set by the screws 3h, whereby a version with two screws as shown, too a lateral inclination - e.g. as horizontal compensation an uneven or sloping ceiling is permitted.
- Fig. 18 goes back to a structure, at the lifting screw 40b also the holding screw forms 2m for the supporting part.
- a holding nut 25 e.g. according to Fig. 16
- a washer 17b is advantageous a lifting ball 46 or a rotatable spherical Rotation body provided, which is optionally secured against rotation. can be held in a corresponding recess the supporting part is pivotally mounted 2m and a threaded hole for the lifting screw 40.
- One turn the lifting screw 40b thus leads to a height adjustment of the supporting part 2m when the lifting ball 46 is secured against rotation is locked relative to the supporting part 2m - e.g.
- Fig. 19 shows the corresponding detail of the rotating body 46.
- the structure according to Fig. 21 also shows a two-part Holding part 1Kb and 1L4 that slide on each other and laterally can be locked to each other by means of clamping screws 48.
- Both a stepless height adjustment and one graded height adjustment is possible with this design, provided that in the former case one of the two parts is vertical Longitudinal slot for the throughput of the clamping screws 48 has, while in the second case both parts have several superimposed, horizontal lifting holes 49 have to show.
- FIGS. 22 and 23 go back to constructive solution according to Fig. 15. You have against it from below, for example using an Allen key, actuatable screw head 45d. You are also with one Equipped slide pin 50, which in the rigid holding part 1K7 is pressed or glued and the movable holding part 1L5 serves as a guide and rotation lock. To protect against loss of the movable holding part 1L5 has the slide pin 50 at its lower end via a pressed, springy Lock washer 51.
- Fig. 24 differs from the structures according to FIGS. 22 and 23 only through the modification of the rigid holding part 1K8 and the waiver of the Slide pin 50.
- Fig. 25a shows a comparable supporting part (central holder) with elongated holes 70.
- the support part 2o can be seen from FIG. 25b, by a holding screw 3e in a holding part lm held. Due to the longitudinal slots, the support part 2o in Relative to the holding part 1m laterally shifted. are the elongated holes wider than the screw 3e also result the possibility of an incline adjustment. How in the remaining embodiments above, by the way also oversized hole for freedom from play can have, is by means of the clamping screw 4d Support part 2o opposite the holding part lm in the selected position definable.
- a holding part 1n has via lateral guide grooves 71, which guide a bolt 72, which is connected to a support part 2p.
- the guide groove 71 is approximately concentric to a bore 73 which has an ax bolt for the support part 2p.
- the ax bolt can - how not shown - stored with a game in the bore 73 or, as shown, for example, in an eccentric part 75 which is free of play in itself be that has an eccentric hole.
- the bolt 74 is added. On Rotation of the eccentric part 75 thus leads to an adjustment the position of the bolt 74 by an eccentric path with respect to the bore 73.
- clamping screw 4g is rotatably supported in the support part 2p.
- the clamping screw 4g supports in the present embodiment against a support screw 76, which is rotatably mounted in the holding part lh and engages in an annular groove 77 on the head of the clamping screw 4g.
- the support screw 76 serves to release the clamping screw 4g during assembly.
- FIG. 27 also shows the application, for example a new and inventive eccentric adjustment for an ax bolt 74.
- a special feature of this is Top view also a two-part holding part 101 and 102 recognizable.
- the vertical separation of the holding part enables thus another degree of freedom in which the parts 1o1 and 1o2 are slightly displaceable to each other.
- This The embodiment is of course also without the Eccentric part 75 usable.
- interesting in this Structure is also that the two parts 101 and 102 by means of of the axle pin 74 - if this is on both sides with nuts cooperates or has a bolt head - contracted or can be clamped together. This can also the locking in the swivel direction can be accomplished, if the static friction is chosen large enough.
- Fig. 29 shows a further variant, the particularity of which is shown in a tab-shaped - if necessary in one piece with the Holding part lp is connected.
- the tab 78 rests on one Ax bolt 74 a support member 2r, which is comparable to the structure 25 is held by a retaining screw 3g.
- the hole 79 in the support part 2r in particular allows play or a clearance for the retaining screw 3g.
- this structure could also be reversed, namely, that the tabs are attached to the central bracket, and one Axis is held on the wall bracket.
- FIG. 30c Another advantageous construction is shown in Fig. 30c, the exterior of a known structure leans on.
- a curved support part 2s has a continuous curved groove 80, which on two bolts 81 and 82nd is held in the holding part lr.
- the groove 80 is guided in such a way so that the support part can be swiveled up and down 2s can.
- the diameters a2, d1 of the bolts 81 and 82 are clear less than the width of the curved groove 80 a game for the support part 2s, which is only by the Tightening a nut 83 is locked.
- Fig. 30b gives one Variant in which the bolts 81 and 82, if necessary no smaller diameter than the width a1 of the curved groove 80 have, but the holes 84 in the holding part 1r are significantly enlarged to the desired invention To achieve game.
- FIG. 31 shows a conventional awning 85 for understanding comparable with several two-part known wall brackets 86 the structure according to Fig. 30. With correspondingly uneven Assembly wall is illustrated in this picture, how advantageous the invention in assembly and appearance affects when using the game an optimal Adaptation can be achieved.
- a further developed awning holder is thus in the figures shown with a holding part and a supporting part, in which the holding part 1K-1L in two or more parts is formed, one part 1L2 relative to the other 1K2 is adjustable in height and receives the support part 2i, whereby preferably the rigid holding part 1K1; 1K7; 1K8 via a recess 41, while the movable holding part 1L1; 1L5; 1L6 via an approximately counter-recessed part has the height adjustable in the recess is displaceable, or wherein the two holding parts 1K, 1L to each other adjustable by means of at least one lifting screw 40a, 40b are, preferably by at least one of the two parts preferably has a thread for the lifting screw 40 and the parts against each other - e.g.
- the rigid one Holding part 1K4 detachable with a second rigid holding part 1K5 connected, the second rigid part 1K5 in particular as Guide for the lifting screw 40b is formed.
- the movable or the rigid holding part 1 a vertical, force-absorbing groove, in particular with prismatic or dovetail cross-section assigned, in which an opposing sliding block 64 is displaceable is to use the other part 1 Clamp screw. This causes vertical forces Bending forces on the lifting screw can be optimally absorbed.
- jack screws 40b are shown that do the job have to lift the central bracket 2 up and down.
- the invention also includes a variant in which to Place the lifting screw 40b only a guide rod or the like is provided, on which the central holder 2 is shifted in height can be. The height is then locked not through the guide rod but through the side Clamping the central holder on the wall holder 1. The lifting takes place in this case by hand by the assembly staff.
