    Claims (16)

    1. A device for ventilating (1) a baking oven (2) with a baking muffle (3) having ventilation means and at least one motor (4), characterized by at least one air duct (5) for discharging cooling air and vapours, having at least a first flow connection (6) for discharging a vapour air flow (7) out of the baking muffle (3) and at least a second flow connection (8) for discharging a cooling air flow (9) for the exterior (10) of the baking muffle (3), the motor (4) driving a first fan wheel (11) for the cooling air flow (9) as well as a second fan wheel (12) for the vapour air flow (7).
    2. A device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the fan wheel (11) for the cooling air flow (9) is an axial flow fan wheel.
    3. A device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the fan wheel (12) for the vapour air flow (7) is a radial flow fan wheel.
    4. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the fan wheels (11, 12) are adapted to a relation of the cooling air and vapour discharge air flows of 20:1.
    5. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the two fan wheels (11, 12) are arranged on a common shaft (13).
    6. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the axial flow fan wheel (11) is arranged in the first flow connection (6) for the cooling air flow (9) and the radial flow fan wheel (12) is arranged in the flow connection (8) for the vapour air flow (7).
    7. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the motor (4) is arranged between the two fan wheels (12, 13) and that the common shaft (13) includes the motor shaft.
    8. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the motor (4) is arranged in the cooling air flow (9).
    9. A device as claimed in one of the preceding claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the at least one air duct (5) is arranged on the top of the baking muffle (3) with an outlet at the front side (18) of the baking oven (2).
    10. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the air duct (5) is provided as a common duct for the joint discharge of cooling air and vapour.
    11. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that in the area of the flow connection (6, 8), the respective airflows are conducted over a predetermined distance in separate ducts (air duct 14, vapour duct 15).
    12. A device as claimed in claim 11, characterized by a mixing area (16) in which vapour and cooling air are mixed together.
    13. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the motor (4) is mounted on a plate (17) in the air duct (5).
    14. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that below the plate (17) the spiral casing of the radial flow fan is formed.
    15. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the at least one air duct (5) is formed by side walls and connecting walls (5' - 5"') arranged to form a duct and the plate (17).
    16. A device as claimed in one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the air duct (5), the motor (4) and the mounting form a pre-assembled component which can be mounted on the baking muffle.
