Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zur verzögerten Antriebsabschaltung von Aktenvernichter-Schneidwerken, deren Einschaltvorgang vornehmlich durch das Einführen der zu vernichtenden Materialien in den Einzugsschacht selbsttatig ausgelöst wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der zwischen Antriebsmotor ( 4 ) und Schneidwalzenpaar ( 1 ) liegenden Getriebestufen ( 5, 6 und/oder 13, 14 ) mit einer Schrägverzahnung ( 6a ) versehen
und mindestens eines der Zahnräder ( 6, 7 bzw. 13, 14 ) dabei axialbeweglich ( Hub x ) auf seiner Achse ( z.B. 8 ) gelagert
und im Bereich des Axialhubs ( x ) ein mit der Motorsteuerung verknüpftes Schaltelement ( Endschalter 10, 10a ) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endschalter ( 10 ) in axialer Richtung gesehen unmittelbar neben der Stirnseite des Antriebsritzels ( 5 ) angeordnet ist und sein Schaltstift ( 10a ) in Richtung auf die Zahnflanken des Abtriebsrades ( 6 ) der ersten Getriebestufe weist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
Zuordnung einer Feder ( 9 ) oder irgendeines anderen, elastischen Gliedes als Rückstellelement zum Antriebsrad ( 6, 6a ) bzw. eines der anderen Räder. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückstellelement als Druckfeder ( 9 ) ausgebildet und endseitig auf der Achse ( 8 ) zwischen Radnabe ( 7 ) und Lagerplatte ( 11 ) angeordnet ist.
