Claims (10)

  1. Pompe à piston radial pour l'alimentation haute pression en carburant pour un système d'injection en carburant d'un moteur à combustion interne, en particulier pour un système d'injection à rampe commune, avec un arbre d'entraînement (4) logé dans un boîtier de pompe (2), réalisé de manière excentrique ou qui présente plusieurs rehaussements en forme de cames dans la direction périphérique et avec de préférence plusieurs pistons (12) disposés radialement par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (4) chacun dans une chambre de cylindre (18) qui sont disposés coulissants d'avant en arrière lors des rotations de l'arbre d'entraînement (4) dans la chambre de cylindre et avec un clapet anti-retour (80, 42) se trouvant du côté de l'aspiration et du côté haute pression et avec une pièce de construction (16) avec une ouverture de passage (20) constituant la chambre de cylindre (18) dans l'extrémité radiale extérieure de laquelle est installé un élément de verrouillage (26, 86), l'élément de verrouillage (26, 86) étant fermé étanche en pression vers l'extérieur dans la direction longitudinale de l'ouverture de passage (20) constituant la chambre cylindrique et l'alimentation en carburant vers le clapet anti-retour (80, 42) du côté de l'aspiration se faisant au moyen d'une ouverture d'alimentation en carburant (50) essentiellement radiale par rapport à la direction longitudinale, dans la pièce de construction (16), caractérisée en ce que le clapet anti-retour (80, 42) du côté de l'aspiration est intégré dans l'élément de verrouillage (26), en ce que le corps de soupape (82) du clapet anti-retour (80) du côté de l'aspiration est prévu dans un évidement en forme de pot (84) de l'élément de verrouillage (86) et précontraint dans le sens de la fermeture de manière étanche contre la zone d'entrée d'une ouverture (102) réalisée dans le fond (90) de l'évidement en forme de pot (84) et communiquant avec l'alimentation en carburant.
  2. Pompe à piston radial selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (26) est une vis de verrouillage (86) qui est vissée dans un filetage intérieur prévu à l'extrémité radiale extérieure de la pièce de construction (16).
  3. Pompe à piston radial selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture de passage (20) est réalisée décalée ou échelonnée et en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (26) est pressé de manière étanche avec une bride d'étanchéité (31) en particulier annulaire contre un échelon (32) de l'ouverture de passage et le clapet anti-retour (80) est disposé central à l'intérieur de la bride d'étanchéité (31).
  4. Pompe à piston radial selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'opposé de la bride d'étanchéité (31), radialement à l'extérieur, on prévoit une chambre annulaire (98) entre l'élément de verrouillage (26, 86) et la paroi de la pièce de construction (16) limitant l'ouverture de passage (20), chambre annulaire dans laquelle débouche l'ouverture d'alimentation en carburant (50).
  5. Pompe à piston radial selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit un perçage oblique (100) s'étendant à partir de la chambre annulaire (98), obliquement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de l'ouverture de passage (20) dans l'intérieur de l'élément de verrouillage (26, 86) vers le clapet anti-retour (80) du côté de l'aspiration.
  6. Pompe à piston radial selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (26, 86) présente un évidement en forme de pot (84) sur son côté tourné vers le piston (12), évidement recevant le clapet anti-retour (80) du côté de l'aspiration.
  7. Pompe à piston radial selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sur le côté ouvert de l'évidement (84) en forme de pot tourné vers le piston, on prévoit un appui pour un ressort (88) précontraignant le corps de soupape (82) dans la direction de fermeture.
  8. Pompe à piston radial selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'appui est constitué par un élément de recouvrement (92) avec une ouverture traversante.
  9. Pompe à piston radial selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (92) est en forme de pot dans sa section et vient en prise au-dessus d'une section en forme de bride (94) de l'élément de verrouillage (86).
  10. Pompe à piston radial selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (92) est maté en plusieurs points avec l'élément de verrouillage (86).
