Abstract
Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verdrahten von Anschlußstellen von Komponenten elektrischer Geräte, mit einem insbesondere robotergesteuerten Leiterverlegekopf, der eine wahlfrei einstellbare Länge eines am führenden Ende abisiolierten elektrischen Leiters spendet und das abisolierte Leiterende durch die Leitereinstecköffnung in die Anschlußstelle einsteckt, die eine im wesentlichen schleifenförmige Klemmkontaktfeder umfaßt, die zur Freigabe eines Leiterklemmfensters mittels eines Öffnungswerkzeugs verspannbar ist, welches entsprechend der Erfindung von einer vom Leiterverlegekopf mitgeführten Lanze gebildet ist, die mit Bezug zur Anschlußstelle relativ zur Bewegung des Leiterverlegekopfes und/oder relativ zur Leiterzuführung bewegbar angeordnet ist. Dadurch ist es problemlos möglich, das erforderliche Öffnen der Kontaktklemme in einen seriellen Verdrahtungsbetrieb zu integrieren und die Verdrahtung damit insgesamt zu automatisieren.
