Claims (7)
- Hydraulisches Steuerventil (10) mit einem Gehäuse (11), das in einer Schieberbohrung (14) ein längsbewegliches Steuerglied (15) aufweist, das wenigstens die Verbindung zwischen zwei Druckmittelkammern (17 bis 21) mit Hilfe mindestens eines am Steuerglied (15) angeordneten Steuerquerschnitts steuert, und bei dem an wenigstens einem Endabschnitt des Steuergliedes (15) eine Verdrehsicherung (35) für das Steuerglied (15) angeordnet ist, die einen eine Nase (43) aufweisenden Federteller (45) hat, der verdrehfest auf einem Abschnitt (23) des Steuergliedes (15) angeordnet ist, und auf dessen eine Stirnfläche eine Feder (29) einwirkt, die den Federteller (45) axial in Richtung des Steuergliedes (15) drückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nase (43) des Federtellers (45) in einer Ausnehmung (42) eines Elements (40) geführt ist, daß auf der einen Stirnseite des Elements (40) ein axialer Anschlag (36) angeordnet ist und daß auf der anderen Stirnseite des Elements (40) ein scheibenförmiges Federelement (45) einwirkt, das das Element (40) durch Kraftschluß gegen den axialen Anschlag (36) drückt.
- Hydraulisches Steuerventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (40) hülsenförmig ausgebildet ist, daß die Ausnehmung als über die gesamte Höhe (H) des Elements (40) angeordneter Schlitz (42) ausgebildet ist.
- Hydraulisches Steuerventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (40) an seinem Außenumfang eine umlaufende Entlastungsnut (47) aufweist.
- Hydraulisches Steuerventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Anschlag für das Element eine Schulter (36) des Gehäuses (11) ist.
- Hydraulisches Steuerventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Element (40) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Federelements (45) ein in das Gehäuse (11) einschraubbares, auf die zugeordnete Stirnfläche des Federelements (45) einwirkendes Magnetgehäuse (32) eines Stellmagneten (12) angeordnet ist.
- Hydraulisches Steuerventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (45) Riffelungen (50) ausweist, die mit dem Element (40) und/oder dem Magnetgehäuse (32) Formschluß bewirken.
- Hydraulisches Steuerventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdrehsicherung (35) innerhalb eines von den Druckmittelkammern (17 bis 21) getrennten Bereichs (24) des Gehäuses (11) angeordnet ist.
