Abstract
Description
Herstellung. The present application relates to a tool according to the
The preamble of
For the machining of workpiece surfaces and edges are traditionally used, for example rotating bristle tools used. These tools essentially have a surface to be machined vertically aligned axis of rotation and essentially parallel bristles resp. Bristle bundle on. When the tool is working, i.e. if the axis of rotation of the Tool is driven, the bristles are in centric circles around the axis of rotation machined workpiece. Here come in essentially the bristle tips in contact with the Surface of the workpiece. If now the workpiece in the Surface a cutout resp. Opening, so the bristles penetrate this cutout. Through the Rotation of the tool and the grinding resistance the contact of the bristle tips with the The bristles become light on the workpiece surface during operation bent backwards against the direction of rotation. Thereby only slightly brush the bristle ends when cutting over its edge and then immediately spring into hers Home position, parallel to the axis of rotation, back. This will the cut surface of the cutout practically through the Bristles not processed. On the opposite The cut edge now essentially does not meet this Bristle end on but an area of the bristle body.
This will cause the bristle to turn slightly against the Direction of rotation bent out and the Bristle tip does not come into contact with the Cut surface and comes into contact with the Cutting edge.
Such conventional bristle tools have from reasons described in particular for deburring the Cut edges of cutouts in the workpiece surface and machining the perpendicular to the workpiece surface trending cut surfaces a bad one Machining efficiency.
The object of the present invention was now to to find such a processing tool with bristles, which has an improved machining effect in the range of Shows sections of workpiece surfaces.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch ein
Borstenwerkzeug mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus
den weiteren Ansprüchen 2 bis 8.According to the invention, this object is achieved by a
Bristle tool with the features of
Due to the inventive alignment of the bristles in tangential direction of rotation of the tool results in a advantageous processing of the cut edges of recesses resp. Cutouts of the to be processed Workpiece surface. As a result, the individual bristles grip first in the cut edge area, spring in the further rotation of the tool against the direction of rotation and thereby migrate along the cut surface below. By turning the tool further, the Bristles continue to reverse against the direction of rotation bent back and then over the cut edge subtracted in the direction of rotation of the tool.
Advantageously, both the cutting edge and the cut surface through the individual bristles is optimal processed.
Due to the preferred parallel arrangement of the bristles a uniform, defined resistance behavior of the Bristles and thus a homogeneous processing image reached. The preferred embedding of the bristles in one Holding layer leads to a uniform, level Machining area formed by the tips of the bristles. This means that any postprocessing is not necessary uniform resp. same length from the tool body protruding bristles. This advantageously leads to one optimal running-in behavior, i.e. the tool points in New condition no different from the operating phase Running-in phase.
Bevorzugte
Ausführungsformen des Verfahrens ergeben sich aus dem
abhängigen Anspruch 10.Next is a method of manufacturing such
Tools proposed according to
Borstenwerkzeuges 1 dargestellt. Dabei sind in einem
Grundkörper 2, welcher über eine Achse 3 drehend
angetrieben werden kann, eine Viehlzahl von Borstenbündeln
4 angeordnet. Die Borstenbündel 4 werden herkömmlicherweise
aus einer Viehlzahl von einzelnen Borsten 4' gebildet,
welche am Bündelgrund beispielsweise durch Verschlaufung
zusammengefasst sind und mittels Metallklammern
zusammengehalten werden. Diese Bündelanordnungen werden in
entsprechend ausgebildeten Bohrungen im Grundkörper 2
eingeführt und darin befestigt. In Figure 1 is the side view of a conventional one
The disadvantage of this arrangement is already from the
schematic representation in Figure 1 can be seen by the
Bristle
A tool according to the invention, such as a partial area in the
Radial section shown in Figure 2 now avoids
these disadvantages effective. Here are the individual bristles
4 'aligned parallel to one another, preferably in one
Weiter sind die Borsten 4' erfindungsgemässe tangential in
Laufrichtung L gesehen unter einem spitzen Winkel α
bezüglich der Drehachse 3 des Werkzeuges angeordnet, wie
aus dem Tangentialschnitt A-A in Figur 3 hervorgeht. Durch
diese Anordnung wird ein gegenüber den herkömmlichen
Werkzeugen wesentlich verbesserte Bearbeitungswirkung
insbesondere von Ausnehmungen in zu bearbeitenden
Werkstücken erreicht, wie nachfolgend anhand der Figuren 4
bis 6 noch näher erläutert wird.Furthermore, the bristles 4 'according to the invention are tangential in
Direction of travel L seen at an acute angle α

Figure 4 shows schematically in section a single bristle

gezogen.By turning the tool further in the direction of rotation L

Beim
beschrieben wirken. With further rotation of the tool, the bristle becomes

Um die dargestellte Wirkung der Bearbeitung der
Schnittkante 8 und der Schnittfläche 9 weiter zu
verbessern, können die Borsten 4' anstelle einer glatten,
zylinderförmigen Gestalt eine leicht gewellte,
korkenzieherartige Gestalt aufweisen, wie in Figur 8
dargestellt ist.To the illustrated effect of editing the
Figure 7 now shows the supervision of the

The tools according to the invention have advantageously very good running-in behavior, i.e. it there is practically no running-in phase with one against the subsequent operating time changed effectiveness. In order to there is no need for any processing of the bristle lengths any unproductive running-in phases before use with immediate, even processing quality of the Tool.
The effect of the tool can also be significant better adjust or define based on the defined Resistance behavior of the bristles in the base layer and have due to the inventive orientation of the Bristles against the direction of rotation a better one Machining behavior of the cut edges of recesses in workpieces to be machined.
