Abstract
Description
LAPP GmbH & Co. KG, Stuttgart, Seite 57).The invention relates to a flexible electrical cable for towing at least three wires made of insulated conductors, at least one for all wires effective protective conductor and a common electrical shield surrounding all wires (Catalog K 37, July 1994, "Cables and Lines" from U.I. LAPP GmbH & Co. KG, Stuttgart, Page 57).
Such lines are used, for example, as connecting lines between one Electric motor and a frequency converter used. When operating corresponding systems the cables are constantly moved, especially in drag chains. In the mentioned catalog both shielded and unshielded cables are listed. The shielded version is used when there are special demands on the electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
Due to the asymmetrical structure of such shielded cables different between the wires and the protective conductor depending on the shielding Operating capacities and inductors, which in operation lead to equalizing currents to earth to lead. In addition, the shield is insulated from the protective conductor. That has to Consequence that between the shield and the protective conductor also line coverings (capacities and inductors) exist. It can therefore be in the harmonic range (MHz range) especially in the case of relatively long lines, build a resonance circuit that is too uncontrolled Equalizing currents against earth. This can be an undesired response to the Residual current circuit breaker.
The invention has for its object to design the line described above so that disturbing equalizing currents can be largely avoided.
- that the protective conductor while maintaining its electrically effective cross-section is divided over the three wires so that each wire is completely surrounded by a separate partial protective conductor and
- that a semiconducting layer is applied over each partial protective conductor.
With such a line, equalizing currents are avoided since the same for all wires Operating capacities and inductors are available. Because of the semiconducting layer over everyone In particular, there are no partial capacities between the partial protective conductors themselves as well as between the shield and the partial protective conductors. The line is therefore particularly as Trailing cable suitable for connecting a frequency converter to a motor.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawings.
Die Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen Querschnitte von drei unterschiedlichen Ausführungen der Leitung nach der Erfindung.1 to 3 show cross sections of three different versions of the line according to the invention.
The line shown in cross section in FIG. 1 has three
Jede Ader 1 bzw.
Each
Leitungen erforderlichen Querschnitts entpricht. Dessen elektrisch wirksamer Querschnitt muß
durch die drei Teilschutzleiter 8 gewährleistet sein. The
All
In the embodiment of the line according to FIGS. 2 and 3, in addition to the
According to FIG. 3, it is also possible to have only one wrapping 15 made of insulating material
to attach over the control wire pair 11. That is usually enough for an effective one

The
