Claims (15)
- Procédé de nettoyage d'une tête d'impression d'une machine à affranchir du type à tambour rotatif, ladite tête d'impression (1) comportant un ensemble de gravure ayant au moins des premières molettes d'impression (10) pour l'impression d'une valeur d'affranchissement et des secondes molettes d'impression (12) pour l'impression d'une date courante, et ladite machine à affranchir comportant un support encreur (9) sur lequel est monté un rouleau encreur (7) destiné à assurer une mise en encre de la tête d'impression, caractérisé en ce qu'on remplace tout d'abord le rouleau encreur par un rouleau de nettoyage puis on actionne une motorisation de la tête d'impression pendant une durée déterminée et à la fin de cette durée déterminée on remet en place le rouleau encreur après avoir ôté le rouleau de nettoyage.
- Procédé de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite motorisation de la table d'impression pendant une durée déterminée comporte une rotation de la tête d'impression pendant un nombre de tours prédéterminé, par exemple cinquante.
- Procédé de nettoyage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la rotation de la tête d'impression est effectuée alors que chacune des molettes d'impression de cette tête est positionnée sur une valeur de référence.
- Procédé de nettoyage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la rotation de la tête d'impression est suivie par des rotations successives de chacune des molettes d'impression, la tête d'impression restant immobile.
- Procédé de nettoyage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la rotation de chacune des molettes d'impression est effectuée l'une après l'autre pendant une durée prédéterminée, par exemple cinq secondes.
- Procédé de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que à la fin de ladite durée déterminée au lieu de remettre en place le rouleau encreur on remplace le rouleau de nettoyage par un rouleau de séchage et on fait ensuite effectuer à la tête d'impression une rotation d'un nombre de tours prédéterminé, la remise en place du rouleau encreur n'étant effectuée qu'à l'issue de cette rotation.
- Système de nettoyage pour une machine à affranchir du type à tambour rotatif comportant une tête d'impression (1) avec un ensemble de gravures dont au moins des premières molettes d'impression (10) pour l'impression d'une valeur d'affranchissement et des secondes molettes d'impression (12) pour l'impression d'une date courante, et ladite machine à affranchir comportant en outre un support encreur (9) sur lequel est monté un rouleau encreur (7) destiné à assurer une mise en encre de la tête d'impression ,caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un rouleau de nettoyage destiné à être monté en lieu et place du rouleau encreur (7) pour être mis en contact avec la tête d'impression et des moyens logiciels (3) adaptés pour permettre une motorisation de la tête d'impression selon un cycle déterminé de nettoyage.
- Système de nettoyage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau de nettoyage est constitué par une mousse de polyuréthane préimprégnée d'un solvant de nettoyage à base de glycol.
- Système de nettoyage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un rouleau de séchage destiné à être monté en lieu et place du rouleau encreur (4) à l'issue dudit cycle déterminé de nettoyage.
- Système de nettoyage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau de séchage est constitué par une mousse de polyuréthane.
- Machine à affranchir comportant un système de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10.
- Ensemble de nettoyage prêt à l'emploi pour une machine à affranchir du type à tambour rotatif comportant une tête d'impression (1) et un support encreur (9) sur lequel est monté un rouleau encreur (7) destiné à assurer une mise en encre de la tête d'impression, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un rouleau de nettoyage destiné à être monté en lieu et place du rouleau encreur pour être mis en contact avec la tête d'impression.
- Ensemble de nettoyage prêt à l'emploi selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau de nettoyage est constitué par une mousse de polyuréthane préimprégnée d'un solvant de nettoyage à base de glycol.
- Ensemble de nettoyage prêt à l'emploi selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un rouleau de séchage destiné à être monté en lieu et place du rouleau encreur pour être mis en contact avec la tête d'impression.
- Ensemble de nettoyage prêt à l'emploi selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau de séchage est constitué par une mousse de polyuréthane.
