Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour le poinçonnage, dans une machine transfert, de glissières métalliques de tiroirs, en particulier de glissières métalliques pour des tiroirs dits « à fermeture automatique », comprenant au moins une étape de poinçonnage d'une bande (10) pour façonner les profils d'une ébauche (12), une étape pour séparer ladite ébauche (12) de ladite bande (10) afin d'obtenir une seule ébauche plate (12) de forme rectangulaire allongée, permettant de réaliser un ensemble (13, 14) avec deux glissières opposées droite et gauche d'un tiroir, des étapes supplémentaires de frappe et de façonnage de ladite ébauche plate en deux parties en Z mutuellement opposées à symétrie spéculaire, réunies l'une à l'autre en leur centre, et une étape de séparation reposant sur le poinçonnage desdites deux parties de manière à former deux glissières à section transversale sensiblement en Z (30, 40) ayant une rampe inclinée (31, 41) dans une zone terminale (120), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    une étape de frappe succédant à l'étape de séparation de ladite ébauche de ladite bande, au cours de laquelle ladite ébauche plate (12) est soumise, dans une de ses zones terminales (12a), dans une direction longitudinale dans laquelle ladite rampe ou zone inclinée (31, 41) doit être réalisée, à une action de frappe sur une de ses portions intermédiaires (50), en formant ainsi au moins une partie gauchie (28).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il exécute une étape de redressage de ladite partie gauchie (28) à la suite de ladite étape de frappe.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il exécute dans une partie choisie (16) ladite étape de frappe de ladite une portion intermédiaire (50) de ladite zone terminale (12a) de ladite ébauche (12).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il exécute, lors de ladite étape de frappe dans ladite au moins une partie d'une de ses portions de ladite ébauche (12) de ladite zone terminale (12a), un déploiement des bords terminaux libres (27) et un gauchissement central (28) entre deux outils de frappe (26, 26', 26" et 26"'), déterminé par lesdits outils.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise pour ladite étape de frappe une paire d'outils de frappe (26, 26', 26" et 26"') séparés l'un de l'autre de manière à pouvoir opérer sur une paire de parties choisies (16) de ladite zone intermédiaire (50).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il exécute des étapes successives de flexion de ladite ébauche, de façon que lesdites parties choisies (16) où s'est produite ladite opération de frappe se disposent le long des parois centrales (23, 24) d'une portion en Z de ladite glissière finale.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise pour ladite étape de frappe un outil de frappe (26, 26') à extrémité plate.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise pour ladite étape de frappe un outil de frappe (26") à extrémité arrondie.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise pour ladite étape de frappe un outil de frappe (26"') à extrémité asymétrique dentée.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il exécute ladite étape de frappe sur une seule face de ladite ébauche.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il exécute ladite étape de frappe sur les deux faces de ladite ébauche.
