The two tools are applied in a direction from below toward above against the preform 12.

Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Stanzen metallischer Schubladenführungen, insbesondere metallischer Führungen für so genannte "selbstschließende" Schubladen in einer Transfermaschine, umfassend mindestens eine Phase des Stanzens aus einem Streifen (10), um die Profile einer Vorform (12) zu formen, eine Phase des Trennens der Vorform (12) von dem Streifen (10), um eine einzelne flache Vorform (12) in einer verlängerten rechteckigen Form herzustellen, die für die Herstellung eines Ganzen (13, 14) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden rechten und linken Führungen einer Schublade geeignet ist, zusätzliche Phasen des Prägens und Formens der flachen Vorform in zwei "Z"förmige Teile, die einander spiegelgleich zugewandt und miteinander mittig verbunden sind, sowie eine Trennphase, die auf dem Stanzen der beiden Teile beruht, um zwei Führungen mit einem im Wesentlichen "Z"-förmigen Querschnitt (30, 40) zu bilden, die eine geneigte Rampe (31, 41) in einem Endbereich (12a) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:eine Prägephase vorgesehen ist, die der Phase des Trennens der Vorform von dem Streifen folgt, in welcher die Klappen-Vorform (12) in einem ihrer Endbereiche (12a) in einer Längsrichtung, in der die Rampe oder der geneigte Bereich gebildet werden soll (31, 41), einem Prägevorgang an einem ihrer Zwischenabschnitte (50) unterzogen wird, wodurch mindestens ein geknickter Abschnitt (28) gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Geraderichtephase des geknickten Abschnitts (28) nachfolgend auf die Prägephase durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Prägephase des einen Zwischenabschnitts (50) des einen Endbereiches (12a) der Vorform (12) in einem ausgewählten Abschnitt (16) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in der Prägephase in dem zumindest einen Teil von einem seiner Abschnitte der Vorform (12) des einen Endbereiches (12a) eine Ausdehnung der freien Endränder (27), sowie eine zentrale Knickung (28) zwischen zwei Prägewerkzeugen (26, 26', 26" und 26'''), bestimmt durch die Werkzeuge, durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
für die Prägephase ein Paar Prägewerkzeuge (26, 26', 26" und 26''') verwendet wird, die voneinander getrennt sind, um so in der Lage zu sein, auf ein Paar ausgewählter Abschnitte (16) des Zwischenbereiches (50) zu wirken. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
aufeinander folgende Biegephasen an der Vorform durchgeführt werden, sodass die ausgewählten Abschnitte (16), in denen der Prägevorgang stattgefunden hat, sich entlang der mittleren Wände (23, 24) eines "Z"-förmigen Abschnitts der fertigen Führung selbst ausrichten. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
für die Prägephase ein Prägewerkzeug (26, 26') mit einem flachen Ende verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
für die Prägephase ein Prägewerkzeug mit einem gerundeten Ende (26") verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
für die Prägephase ein Prägewerkzeug mit einem asymmetrischen gezahnten Ende (26"') verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Prägephase an nur einer Seite der Vorform durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Prägephase an beiden Seiten der Vorform durchgeführt wird.
