Description
The invention relates to a screening machine with a stationary sieve basket, a rotor rotating in the sieve basket and one opening at an end face of the strainer basket Screw conveyor for dosing and feeding one sieving material, with the rotor and screw conveyor are driven by rotation.
For screening machines with one in a screening machine housing stationary sieve basket and one in it revolving rotor takes place the feeding of the sieving material usually via a screw conveyor, on one end of the strainer basket this protrudes and transfers the material (DE-A1-23 38 731, EP-A1-0 353 126). The material from the Detected and centrifugally against the screen surface of the rotor Sieve basket accelerated. The screenings fall into a collecting funnel and is removed from the screen machine housing, while the coarse material on the screw conveyor facing away from the face of the strainer basket, which is usually achieved in that the rotor strips have a slight inclination in the axial direction.
For the rotary drive of the screw conveyor and the rotor, sitting on a common wave is one Drive motor provided, the one facing away from the rotor End of the screw conveyor is positioned. The amount of the material fed to the rotor by the speed of the drive motor must not be too large so that unswept material is discharged via the coarse material discharge is dissipated. In addition, the speed be chosen so that for the material to be screened ensures a sufficient residence time in the strainer basket is. The greatest possible screening performance of the screening machine therefore requires an optimal rotor speed for the actual screening process and on the other hand an optimal screw speed for the material feed. Since both speed values do not match and are also material dependent it is always necessary for the operation of the drive motor to find a compromise on the speed.
An attempt has been made to place the feed hopper above the Screw conveyor an additional, independently driven Arrange dosing device so that the strainer amount of material supplied no longer depends on the speed of the Screw conveyor is dependent and the screening machine with the optimal rotor speed can be operated. The additional metering device brings a significant constructive additional effort with itself and needed additional height in the area of the inlet funnel, the especially because of the more difficult filling process is undesirable.
Another way to avoid the above Disadvantages are, at least in the screw conveyor their dosing range with a large core diameter or to train a steeper worm gear, which makes the Flow rate is reduced. If necessary, the screw conveyor also against a screw conveyor with a different geometry be replaced. Make all of these measures however, only compromises that are unsuitable in practice.
When the material to be sieved is changed should be, it is usually necessary to Screen machine to clean. For this purpose, the Screw conveyor, screen basket and rotor removed (EP-A1-0 353 126). The same applies to the changeover of the sieve basket to a different grain spectrum. The Expansion and exchange is however due to the relative large axial length cumbersome and expensive.
The invention has for its object a screening machine to create the type in which the rotor and the screw conveyor is operated at optimal speed and can be a simplified cleaning and Changeover enabled.
This task is performed on a screening machine of the type mentioned Art solved in that for the screw conveyor and Each rotor provided its own drive device is.
Due to the separation of the drive of the rotor from the The rotor can be driven with a screw the material to be screened and the screen effect are optimal tuned speed while the Inflow by setting the drive device of the Screw conveyor is customizable. In this way, the additional height for one above the inlet funnel arranged dosing device. Furthermore enables the constructive separation of rotor and screw conveyor drive the targeted expansion only for conversion or cleaning necessary components, the axial length of the individual components to be removed is reduced, since the shaft carrying the rotor from the the screw-carrying shaft is separated.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, that the drive device of the rotor on the-der End of the screw conveyor is arranged. To this The drive device can on the one hand save space be installed and on the other hand enables the coaxial arrangement of rotor and screw conveyor.
Around the rotor and the strainer basket for cleaning or to expand the conversion is in further training Invention provided that the rotor together with the Sieve basket and its drive device from the sieve machine housing axially along a guide device is extractable. For this purpose the rotor is the Sieve basket and the drive device for example by means of the front cover of the screening machine summarized in a constructive unit, which according to Loosen appropriate closures by the axial length the strainer basket or the rotor are pulled out of the housing so that the screen basket and the rotor are exposed.
The guide device preferably comprises at least one, but especially two axially parallel guide rods, the on the rotor, screen basket and drive device existing unit attached and in guides are slidably mounted on the screening machine housing are trained.
Around the rotor pulled out of the screening machine housing or to be able to replace the strainer basket is easier in preferred development provided that the rotor, Sieve basket and drive unit existing unit a pivot bearing is connected to the guide rod. After the screen basket with the rotor around its axial length is pulled out of the screen machine housing, the complete assembly around the swivel bearing becomes Swiveled side so that the components are easily accessible and in particular the rotor is pulled axially out of the screen basket and the strainer basket can be removed. On this saves assembly space in the axial direction.
The pivot axis of the pivot bearing can essentially run perpendicular to the rotor axis and in particular vertically, alternatively, however, it is also possible that the Pivot axis of the pivot bearing with the longitudinal axis of the Guide rod collapses.
At the end of the screw conveyor facing away from the rotor whose drive device is arranged. This enables the screw conveyor, which runs in a screw housing, together with their drive device axially pull this out, making it good for cleaning is accessible.
