Definitions
- the invention relates to a cutting tooth for installation in a Milling tooth holder of an earth working device according to Preamble of claim 1.
- Erdbearbeitungs réelle may, for example to be a cutting wheel or a milling chain, which in civil engineering at Schlitzwandfräsanlagen for production be used by diaphragm walls.
- the milling teeth are made each from tooth root and cutting edge and are with Milling tooth holders used on Erdbearbeitungs réelle.
- the cutting teeth are moved in the milling direction, i.e. in the circumferential direction of the cutting wheel or in the running direction the milling chain.
- the cutting teeth have a cutting edge on.
- the cutting edge cuts through the one in front of her Soil in the respective milling direction, on the other hand is the actual milling feed by a movement of the Milling wheel or the milling chain in the plane of rotation of the Milling wheel or the circulation of the milling chain reached.
- the Feed direction pointing feed side of the cutting tooth is So according to the milling feed against the soil pressed.
- US-A-4 998 574 discloses a cutting device for Installation in a block frame, which has a cutting head and a having a cutting head connected to the shank at least one side region has a recess.
- the Block frame comprises two half-elements, which are on opposite sides Sides of a rotating disc are attached, wherein on at least one half-element, a recess located, which receives the shaft in a wedge-shaped shape.
- a pin is provided in the recess engages.
- the teeth used have indentations on their side edges.
- a cutting tooth which to the flank pointing in the cutting direction has a cutting edge, upstream of a cutting support area in the milling direction is.
- the cutting axis is slightly in the milling direction inclined.
- the cutting support area closes at the feed direction pointing feed side flush with the one End of the cutting edge and is in the direction of the milling opposite Area with a side view slightly shaped convex protrusion.
- the side edges run parallel.
- the invention is therefore based on the object , a cutter tooth for installation in a Fräs leopardhalterung an earthworking implement with at least one cutting edge upstream in the cutting direction cutting edge designed so that it has an improved wear behavior with a simple structure.
- the cutting tooth according to the invention leads through the relief the Fräsvorschübs discipline to significant energy savings. Furthermore, a considerable saving of material given, since the cutting tooth according to the invention only after a much larger use must be replaced. Of the In addition, cutting tooth according to the invention is extremely simple manufacture.
- the cutting support area is given a shape in which in the individual cross-sectional planes parallel to the feed side Length and width are coordinated and depend on each other so that the surfaces in all cross-sectional planes are the same.
- the cutting support area on the feed side a roughly parallel to the graduation directed at least one cutting edge, the opposite oriented the milling direction
- Cutting support area is retracted towards the tooth root. is the cutting tooth by wear up to this gradation his lying to the Fräsvorschubraum edge of the gradation abraded, which is perpendicular to the direction of milling extending cross-sectional area at the feed side of the cutting tooth in the further use of the cutting tooth not enlarged until the cutting tooth over the entire height of the gradation is ground down.
- the cutting support area in the area of the side edges respectively an elongated indentation in the milling direction. Between These two indentations thus remains in the milling direction consist longitudinal web. Also through this Measure is achieved that the urged against the soil Surface of the ground milling tooth with increasing Degree of wear increases only slightly. Reach the surface of the cutting tooth the lying in the direction of milling ends the indentations, the shifts against the milling direction lying boundary of the surface of the cutting tooth only along the steeply sloping and in the milling direction lying boundary line of the indentations and along of the footbridge. However, the bridge has a much lower Width than the entire cutting tooth on, so he only Slightly contributes to the surface of the cutting tooth.
- the Advantageous embodiment shown here leads to a very efficient support despite the indentations of the cutting support area lying in the direction of cutting as well as the cutting.
- the indentation is through Reduction of the movement resistance advantageously up to the opposite side of the milling direction of the Continuous cutting tooth.
- the support of pointing in the direction of milling Cutting support area and the cutting edge through the pointing towards the milling direction cutting support area of the inventively designed cutting tooth maintained very well, when the concave transitions are strongly rounded are. This happens because, for example, the opposite to the milling feed direction and lying in the direction of cutting Edge of the gradation or indentation strongly rounded are.
- the danger that pointing in the direction of milling Cutting support area breaks off, is characterized by this advantageous Action further reduced.
- the movement component, in which the cutting edge 2, the soil lying in front of her severed, is referred to as the milling direction 4.
- the milling direction 4 for example, tangential to the circular motion of the cutting wheel or to the running direction of a milling chain.
- the component of motion, in the plane of circular motion the cutting wheel or the circulation of the milling chain is and perpendicular to the cutting direction 4, is used as a Fräsvorschubraum 5 denotes.
- the cutting edge 2 is counter to the milling direction 4, a cutting support area 6, whose task is to the acting on the cutting edge 2 during the milling process To intercept forces.
- a cutting support area 6 In the conventional milling teeth is the Width of the cutting support area 6 constant and the length increases from outside to inside, as shown in Fig. 8 can be seen is.
- the front side of the milling feed direction Cutting support area, hereinafter referred to as the feed side has an effective surface, which in a feed milling direction 4 opposes resistance. This effective surface corresponds to that surface parallel to the feed side, flush with the outer, free End of the cutting edge.
- the effective surface of the feed side 9 of the Frässchubraum aligned cutting teeth against the soil pressed and by the simultaneous movement this cutting teeth in the milling direction 4 gradually by wear abraded.
- Figs. 7 and 8 are illustrative of wear in two different states two Abschleiflinien 8 and 8 'drawn, the Abschleifline 8 represents an initial, still low Abschleifschreib and the line 8 'an advanced, strong Abrasion state illustrated.
- the presentation is so too understand that the area of the cutting tooth which is outside one of the abrading lines 8, 8 ', respectively is ground down.
- Figures 1 and 2 show a first cutting tooth according to the invention with a gradation 10 from the outside to the inside Feed side 9 of the cutting support area 6.
- the gradation 10 is here approximately parallel to at least one Cutting edge 3 directed, which opposes it the milling direction 4 subsequent portion of the cutting support area 6 counter to the milling direction to the tooth root has moved in. Due to the parallel course remains the Length of the effective feed side 9 with increasing Wear constant. Even with the same width Therefore, the effective feed surface does not change. In an area next to the gradation becomes the constant cross-sectional area achieved by that with increasing effective Length of the effective surface corresponding to the width a predetermined curve 20 is reduced.
- this surface is not increased due to wear, because the gradation 10 or the reduction of Width prevents growth of the ground surface.
- the transition from gradation 10 to the subsequent one Part of the feed side 9 is strongly rounded. Thereby shearing forces are directed towards the milling direction Area of the cutting support area 6 opposite the milling direction 4 of this portion of the feed side 9 intercepted efficiently.
- Figures 3 and 4 show a further advantageous embodiment a second cutting tooth according to the invention, at in a region of the feed side 9 lateral Indentations 11 are located. Between the indentations 11 there is a bridge 12. The indentations 11 are up to the opposite of the milling direction 4 edge 13 of the Continuous cutting tooth. The flank 14 of the recess 11th is strongly rounded and leads in her in Fräsvorschubraum 5 pointing area vertically upwards. Thereby becomes an enlargement of the ground surface of the Milling tooth substantially prevented as soon as the cutting tooth up to the direction of the milling feed direction 5 edge the indentation 11 is sanded off.
- the steep flank 14 of the recess 11 leads to the fact that the ground surface is only slightly propagates contrary to the milling direction 4. Only on the remaining, narrower surface of the web 12 The ground surface grows counter to the milling direction 4 on. By the web 12 shearing forces on the the cutting direction 4 facing area of the cutting tooth efficient intercepted.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show a device according to the invention Milling tooth with one over the entire width B of the cutting tooth extending indentation 15 in the cutting support area 6. Also in this embodiment, the milling feed relieved by the steeply sloping indentation 15 in combination with a wedge-shaped design of Side edges 16 in the cutting support region 6 of the cutting tooth an increase in the abraded area in the cutting support area 6 is prevented.
