Claims (23)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren und Auftragen eines flüssigen, breiförmigen oder pulverförmigen Produkts, insbesondere eines kosmetischen Produkts, mit einem an einem Ende offenen Behälter, der dieses Produkt enthalten kann, einer Auftragseinrichtung, der an einem Ende ein Auftragelement, am anderen Ende ein Greifelement aufweist, sowie einem Verbindungsorgan, das das Auftragelement mit dem Greifelement verbindet, wobei diese Vorrichtung außerdem ein Abstreiforgan aufweist, das mindestens zum Teil aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff besteht, wobei das Auftragelement und das Verbindungsorgan nicht in einer Linie liegen und wobei das Verbindungsorgan das Auftragelement und das Greifelement fest verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Werkstoff porös ist und dass das Auftragelement mit einem Ende an einem Ende des Verbindungsorgans befestigt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan aus einem axial geschlitzten Schaumstoffblock besteht, wobei die Ränder des oder der Schlitze im Ruhezustand aneinanderstoßen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement sich in der Verlängerung des Verbindungsorgans erstreckt, indem es mit diesem über ein axiales Ende verbunden ist, wobei das andere axiale Ende des Auftragelements das freie Ende der Auftragseinrichtung bildet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan (33) gekröpft ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan aus einer Stange (13; 23; 33) besteht, die an ihrem dem Greifelement (12; 22; 32) entgegengesetzten Ende verbreitert ist, um eine Aufnahme (19; 28; 38) zu bilden, die zur Befestigung des Auftragelements (15; 25; 35) dient.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (28) sich in einer Richtung (Y) erstreckt, die mit der Richtung (X) der Stange (23) in ihrem an die Aufnahme angrenzenden Bereich einen Winkel (w) von nicht null bildet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan mindestens zwei Schenkel (41) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (15) gekrümmt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (43) mit der Richtung des Verbindungsorgans (41) in seinem an das Greifelement angrenzenden Bereich einen Winkel (r) von nicht null bildet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement im wesentlichen flach ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (52) Wellen aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (90) einen Kern (91) aus einem starren oder halbstarren Werkstoff aufweist, der unter Bildung einer Kröpfung an das Verbindungsorgan (92) anschließt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (115) mindestens teilweise aus einem spritzgegossenen Kunststoff, beispielsweise einem Elastomer, hergestellt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (112) Haare aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (112) asymmetrisch ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (85) mindestens einen schraubenförmigen Faden bzw. Draht aufweist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (71) im Querschnitt eine allgemeine Kreisbogenform besitzt.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (118) einen oder mehrere Schlitze oder Hohlräume (119) aufweist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan mindestens teilweise aus einem Schaumstoff mit mindestens 5 % offenen Zellen besteht.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaumstoff aus Polyurethan oder aus Polyether besteht.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan in seinem Bereich, der sich im Kontakt mit dem Abstreiforgan erstreckt, wenn die Auftragseinrichtung auf dem Behälter an Platz ist, einen kleineren Querschnitt als das Auftragelement besitzt.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan aus einer Stange besteht, wobei deren Durchmesser in ihrem Bereich, der sich im Kontakt mit dem Abstreiforgan erstreckt, wenn die Auftragseinrichtung auf dem Behälter am Platz ist, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,2 und 2 mm und noch bevorzugter zwischen 0,2 und 0,5 mm liegt.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement eine Achse besitzt, die mit der Achse des Abstreiforgans einen Winkel bildet, wenn das Auftragelement das Abstreiforgan passiert.
