Description
Claims (10)
- Gebläsebrenner mit einem mit einem ersten Lochmuster (S) versehenen, zur Flammenseite hin ausgewölbeten Brennerblech (3; 13) und einem damit korrespondierenden mit einem zweiten Lochmuster versehenen, mit dem Brennerblech (3; 13) formschlüssig verbundenen und unter ihm angeordneten Verteilerblech (4; 14; 24; 34), das außerdem randseitig mit einem dessen Ränder umfassenden Brennergehäuse (2; 12; 22; 32) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Verbindung des Brennerblechs (3; 13) mit dem Verteilerblech (4; 14; 24; 34) in Form von Lappen (16) am Brennerblech und mit diesen Lappen korrespondierenden Schlitzen (15) im Verteilerblech gebildet ist, durch die die Lappen formschlüssig greifen. - Gebläsebrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lappen (16) die Schlitze (15) in der zur Flammenseite entgegengesetzten Richtung durchgreifen.
- Gebläsebrenner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Brennerblech und das Verteilerblech etwa rechteckig sind und die Lappen am Brennerblech und die damit korrespondierenden Schlitze im Verteilerblech jeweils an zwei einander diagonal gegenüberliegenden Eckabschnitten der Rechtecke liegen.
- Gebläsebrenner nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze im Verteilerblech als Langlöcher in dessen Längsrichtung ausgebildet sind.
- Gebläsebrenner nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Enden der Lappen (16) des Brennerblechs zu dessen kürzeren Rechteckseiten hinragen.
- Gebläsebrenner nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsseite der die Schlitze (15) bildenden Langlöcher, die dem Innenradius des jeweiligen Lappens (16) benachbart ist, eine Durchstellung (19) in Lappenrichtung aufweist.
- Gebläsebrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verteilerblech (24; 34) mit dem Brennergehäuse (22; 32) formschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Gebläsebrenner nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Verbindung des Brennergehäuses (22) mit dem Verteilerblech (24) durch Lappen (25) am Verteilerblech hergestellt ist, die durch entsprechende Löcher (23) des Brennergehäuses (22) greifen.
- Gebläsebrenner nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Verbindung des Brennergehäuses (32) mit dem Verteilerblech (34) durch Lappen (31) am Brennergehäuse (32) hergestellt ist, die die Längskanten des Verteilerblechs (34) so umgreifen, daß letzteres durch eine durch seine Auswölbung verursachte Vorspannung im Gehäuseinneren verklemmt ist.
- Gebläsebrenner nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweiligen Lappen am Brennerblech, am Verteilerblech und am Brennergehäuse durch einen Stanz- und Biegevorgang gebildet sind.
