Definitions
- the invention relates to a loading lever mechanism for a Self-loading handgun, with one with its breech connected, swiveling or displaceable, with a sprung handle provided loading lever, the Handle from a rest position, in the longitudinal direction the weapon has, is movable into an actuating position, in which they compared to the longitudinal direction as far as the Side is offset or pivoted that they can be operated of the closure is within reach.
- the loading lever was firmly attached to the closure, protruded on the outside out of the gun and accompanied the Movement of the clasp. There was a great danger here that the loading lever on a camouflage net, branch o. The like. Catch and thereby cause a load inhibition could.
- the loading lever must be exposed to the top a grip by the shooter's hand even with thick ones Allow mittens.
- the danger that the dated Locking moving loading lever disturbing with foreign bodies collides, is reduced in this way, but it is still given. If, for example, the one in cover In the event of a burst of fire, quickly raise the gun pulls, then the loading lever can very well on a branch o. Like. Accumulate and cause a charging failure.
- the aim of the invention is therefore the loading lever mechanism of the type mentioned to further develop that he in a trajectory covered from above and below can walk without sticking out to the side, but still effortlessly moved outwards (offset or swiveled) can be that he is wearing gloves loading is easy to grasp.
- a lockable spring mechanism which in the tensioned state handle in the rest position is loaded against a rest, can be released from the catch without reaching around the handle and then, by relaxing, the handle in Direction of their operating position moved so far that this is readily accessible.
- spring mechanism is too broad understand and means a mechanism in which at least a resilient part is involved.
- This resilient part can be the closing spring of the weapon himself, who opposed the loading lever with his handle presses a swiveling part, which by means of an external Projection or the like. ' can be pivoted and take the handle with it and move it outwards.
- Prefers is the spring of the spring mechanism set up by their strength then when a lock is released will move the handle outwards automatically.
- the spring mechanism preferably has a push-in type Trigger for releasing the latch on (claim 2), which also with chunky over-gloves can be operated, but preferred laterally movable at such a location is that it is covered by covering material, branches (e.g. when crossing a thicket) or similar foreign bodies or can hardly be operated.
- a push button on the side of the weapon can be used as a trigger be let in; however, the trigger of is preferred the handle formed or actuated (claim 3). It In this case, it is sufficient to move the handle sideways Press to cause them to go out in one ready-to-hand position is moved.
- the weapon therefore needs no other controls; besides that is Handle the element to which the trained shooter automatically intervenes when he wants to load through or a jam must fix. According to the development of the invention then he only needs the handle with his fingertip touch or tap to cause them to touch him sort of jumps into your hand.
- a separate charging handle There is preferably a movable, spring-loaded slide against a movable stop, the stop by pushing the handle out of the path of movement of the Slider is movable, and a spring is provided which the slider indirectly after the release by the stop burdened and in turn the handle for transfer or pivoting charged (claim 4).
- the mobile The stop is the trigger. Because the slider with the handle not through a fixed articulation, but connected by a flexible linkage (spring) the slide can move after its release, even if the handle is still pressed in. Will the Released handle, then it moves under the effect the spring to the outside and can be gripped immediately.
- the stop could be on a sliding carriage to sit; however, the stop preferably sits on a pivotable Locking lever, which by a spring in the Slider-holding position is loaded (claim 6).
- a such locking lever can when he to the longitudinal center line of the Loading lever mechanism is symmetrical, with appropriate training the handle or the loading lever and the slide be effective in both directions. That is, the handle releases the slide lever, regardless of whether it from the right or from the left.
- the loading lever mechanism is therefore for both legal and Left-handed shooters can be used.
- the slide loaded by a preferably helical compression spring is, one end of which is extended and the locking lever charged. It becomes the function by a spring two springs and thus the structure of the loading lever mechanism simplified. If also that extended End is centered, then it can be in its installed position remain even if the locking lever is turned over.
- the loading lever with a longitudinal Elongated hole on an axis firmly connected to the lock is pivotally mounted and in its working position lengthways the slot is movable into a holding position, in which one stop in front of and one behind the slot support the fastener firmly attached counter supports (Claim 9). So it is possible to protrude transversely Block the position of the handle by pushing it in. If the handle is pulled out again, then it swings back to their rest position.
- Figure 1 shows the loading lever mechanism in plan view and in a position he takes in a gun, the one with horizontal soul axis kept ready to fire becomes.
