Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for securing a firearm and a device for securing and / or storing objects such as those in the The preamble of claims 1, 2 and 3 is described.
  • US 5,461,812 A is a system for securing a firearm against unauthorized persons Gunshot known.
  • This weapon system includes an authorized one User assigned to the firearm in the form of a finger ring and a receiving unit assigned to the firearm for the by the transmitting unit of the Identifiable user signals.
  • this system comprises a programming device, with which the transmitter and receiver units are programmed or can be coordinated.
  • a firing with the firearm is only possible after positive identification of an authorized user. This identification is made by the receiving unit in the firearm, by this comprising the signals emitted by the transmitter unit Evaluates identification number.
  • the user's sending unit is one Switching device assigned via which the transmitter unit depending on the respective switch states with electrical energy from an energy source in the Transmitter unit is supplied.
  • the switching device is designed such that the Transmitting unit only with electrical energy from the energy source in the form of a Battery is supplied when the transmitter unit is worn by a user and additionally a metallic object or the firearm gripped by this user is what a metal detector is used for.
  • the receiving unit is in the weapon is assigned an energy source, which is dependent on a safety switch on the firearm with the electrical components of the receiving unit electrical energy.
  • the disadvantage here is that the receiving unit as also the mechanical switching devices assigned to the transmitting unit for controlled Power supply of the sending unit and the receiving unit naturally a have certain switching uncertainty.
  • the proper switching function of the two switching devices can, for example, due to oxidation of the Switch contacts on the finger ring or the switch contacts of the Metal detector can not be guaranteed.
  • by manually Switching device to be operated for the receiver unit in the weapon cannot be excluded. A serious consequence of this is that the Firearm is not operational in an unpredictable emergency, causing the acceptance of such a device will hardly be given.
  • DE 44 46 020 A1 discloses a device for controlled shot release, which is between an authorized user and a weapon Transceiver system is built.
  • the authorized user assigned a transmitter and attached a receiver on the weapon to be protected.
  • the function of the weapon is only released if a predeterminable one maximum spatial distance between the weapon and the authorized user is exceeded and the weapon in a suitable position to the authorized User is arranged.
  • To determine the distance between the weapon and the authorized Users of this system include a device through which the distance is continually increased and the spatial position of the weapon relative to the authorized user is measured. To do this, the transmitter and receiver are continuously in after the system is activated Contact and constantly check the current distance.
  • the activation or activation of the transceiver system can also be done by a large remote agency or authority or by the authorized user even with a PIN code, a credit card, a chip or plug.
  • Disadvantageous is that the device for continuous monitoring of the distance between transmitter and receiver or to monitor the position of the weapon fail or can determine incorrect measured values and this then leads to incorrect control of the weapon to lead.

  • This coding takes place via a coding device designed as an independent structural unit, via which also the batteries of the transmitter unit and the receiver unit can be reloaded.
  • the disadvantage is that in the case of premature or unforeseen Discharge of the battery in the transmitter unit no longer fires the shot is possible and a new programming or coordination of the associated Sending and / or receiving unit via the coding device must be done at all to get a sharp or ready-to-fire weapon again.
  • Another The disadvantage of this battery-buffered transmitter unit is that it is ready for operation of the system depends on the state of charge of the battery.
  • the disadvantage here is that the one providing the identifier or the permanent magnetic means generating the code or the barcode prolonged use is inevitably subject to wear and therefore these means of identification with increasing useful life more or less legible or even become unusable.
  • the reliability of the identification of the authorized user is thus, for example, due to abrasion on the continuous service life permanent magnetic means or by scratching the palm of the hand attached barcodes always lower, so that the authorized user Gunfire may be refused.
  • a device for preventing unauthorized use is also known from US Pat. No. 5,016,376 A Gunshot known.
  • This device includes one located in the weapon Electromagnet that release a mechanical locking of the firearm or can lock.
  • This electromagnet becomes dependent on a switching device powered by a battery in the gun with electrical energy.
  • the electromagnet is only supplied with energy when it is used as a finger ring trained permanent magnet comes close to the switching device and the in of this switching device, series-connected switching contacts close the circuit and thereby the battery the electromagnet with electrical energy acted upon.
